Kamal Nawash encourages clients to engage in perjury and is terrible attorney. He creates ghost accounts and gets family/friends to write positive reviews. I am not an attorney and had to instruct Kamal Nawash how to view DC case status and the DC superior court remote portal that’s be in use for the last two years. Kamal Nawash has little familiarity with the DC Courts or is known or respected there. My judge even refused to give him an opportunity to do an opening statement. Before my hearing, Kamal Nawash didn't even bother to print or review documents and evidence sent to him 5 days prior. Kamal Nawash continually forgot information I told to him. Again, Kamal Nawash encouraged I lie under oath to a sitting judge. After all of this, I of course cut off services and then Kamal Nawash then refuses to refund my remaining balance. Disgusting person and attorney.

This most recent review below mine is a lie. Kamal Nawash had never represented anyone against or provided mediation against American Airlines. Kamal Nawash was my attorney less than a week ago and it was the worst decision I ever made. He has no experience with the local court system; nor is respected there. Kamal Nawash writes ghost positive reviews of himself. No assistant, secretary and is unorganized. Please someone report him to the Bar Association.
