Jeffrey Allen is an excellent attorney I have been associated with Mr Allen over 10 years he has always been there for me and my family and friends I highly recommend Mr Jeffrey Allen for all your personal, accidental injuries etc. He's a great attorney

My wife and son were in an accident in Virginia, they were hit from the rear, by a speeding driver. The car that hit them pushed their car into a pickup truck smashing the rear and front of the car. My wife and son were taken by ambulance to the hospital in Virginia. My wife suffered a traumatic brain injury. This accident happened on December 16, 2016. Geoffrey Allen was put on notice and agreed to take the case. Mr. Allen was vanished and was unreachable until the following year in January of 2017. My wife was suffering from migraine headache until it was brought to his attention that my wife was seriously injured and need to see a professional brain Doctor. When my wife did see the Dr. Doctor -Batipps the Doctor wanted to know why she had not been referred to him earlier. Mr. Allen and his staff did not do their job and get my wife medical treatment. After this lack of care and professional conduct, I had to request that my son be seen, by a Doctor, at which time, Mr. Allen felt the need to stress to me that, any treatment my son received would be coming out of my sons settlement. I had an on going conflict with Mr. Allen and his paralegal Jennifer Roberts in regards to the medical issues with my wife and son. They were in no way concerned with the health and well being of my family. I have known Mr. Allen for some years, and he has developed in to a money hungry crook. His “ paralegal “ Jen Robert, told me continueous lies, and was more concerned with my dialogue with my insurance company, than what my insurance company was supposed to be doing. Both her and Mr, Allen have their priorities misplaced. Mr. Allen was only concerned about quickly settling my wife and sons case, because he cannot file Suit in the state of Virginia, and is strictly a Washington DC, attorney. This law firm did several unprofessional things and I will never deal with them again. They tried to treat my wife and son like they owned them. I came to Mr. Allen personally to let him know that, his paralegal was not doing her job, yet he chose to go with lying Jennifer Roberts over a client that has known him for many years. I fired Mr. Allen and he still along with his paralegal told lies and tried to interrupt my wife’s medical treatment. Mr. Allen is a crook, heartless individual. This law firm and its staff are unempathtic to everyday people needs. I would advice anyone seeking representation not to deal with this law firm. They are a barrel of snakes.This law firm is horrible and if you want a quality representation, don’t get your case involved with this law office. And I will be posting more on yelp in reference to these crooks.
