I have a disability EEO case with my workplace. So far, through consultation, I've spoken to Kyle twice and he is very thorough. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood the strong points of my case and gave me realistic advice/ expectations. He is going to make sure you make the most out of your time and money. I was at my lowest after leaving a job I loved due to continual and increased harassment and discrimination. I got really bad advise from an EEO counselor which ultimately caused me to not win my case as I sought legal advice to late. I wish I had know Mr Ingram existed sooner before I was at the point that if I had not got help I would not be here today. He was professional but also a person I felt I could talk to and cry to when those people I had looked at and loved like family had hurt me more then any person deserved.
