I have used Lynne Bernabei over many years in various employment-related legal disputes. One matter she handled for me was a very complex employment issue with a lot riding on it, including substantial pension rights. Ms. Bernabei handled the matter in an incredibly astute manner and it was favorably resolved. In my judgment (and I am an attorney), Ms. Bernabei is one of DC's finest labor and employment lawyers, representing employees. If you are in a real jam with your employer, she is the person to see. My personal experience is that opposing counsel hold her in very high regard. I would strongly recommend Ms. Bernabei to anyone involved in an employment dispute.
