I hired Ross to represent me with my EEO case against the government and he did a great job. Ross is an intelligent, hard-working, honest attorney that always made himself available. During my case, Ross demonstrated that he was concerned about my work life and how things would affect me after the case was complete (besides just a payout) which meant a lot to me. At one point during the case, my Agency's attorney tried to make excuses for their behavior and poke holes in my case, which was pretty infuriating and disrespectful.
