I filed Mandamus with Hacking immigration Law for my father, and I only had a few months until his medical expired. Before signing the contract, I mentioned that I would like to file asap. It took more than a month for my case to be filled. I provided all documentation and full payment on the very first day, but they took a long time for my time-sensitive case. The paralegal I was working with was not responsive to communication. Several emails from me with questions about the case did not get any responses, or her answers were unsatisfactory as I wanted to receive full details on the case filling timeline and updates, especially when my dad’s passport was stuck in the embassy for one month to be issued the visa. In the end, my father’s case was approved a week before the medical expired, and we had to re-do the medicals, which was why I filled out the mandamus to expedite the process within the three months period. Their price is on the lower end of filling mandamus compared to other firms I reached out to, but if I had to go back and pick a firm, I would pay a little bit extra to get faster results and be less frustrated with working with an immigration lawyer.
