All the reviews posted here are two years old, time for a CRITICAL UPDATE: -Eric said he is currently too busy to take my case (Feb 14, 2024), so don't waste your time with an inquiry. -Eric did NOT even review my case even though his form letter I received said he did! The form letter was sent literally minutes after my 5 minute intake call with Intake Specialist Charlotte, and Eric then said in his form letter that he reviewed my "file," but there is no such "file" for him to have reviewed, only Court docket entries. In any case THEY ARE TOO BUSY WITH OTHER CASES TO HELP YOU AND WILL NOT TELL YOU THIS OVER THE PHONE>

I fought the VA for everything up until I had exhausted my appeals at the Board level. Once I filed my intent to appeal to the USCVA, I received a deluge of ads from attorneys. I narrowed it down to three and contacted each of them for more info. Two just sent more literature, but Mr. Gang called me, himself. I was very impressed with him and warned him up front that it was a very complicated case. Once I'd retained him, they went immediately to work. To the credit of Mr. Gang and his excellent team, the complications (mostly caused by the VA) seemed to only make them dig in. He actually had several chances to dump the case and still stuck with me. I can't express how grateful I am after he successfully ended my 9yr journey through hell in less than two.

I personally couldnt have been happier with the end result of my case thanks to Mr Gang. As you can see he is totally qualified in all aspects and all the different levels of litigation that you can expect your case to go thru on your own case.His paralegals and staff were absolutely a delight to work with and very knowledgeable and professional throughout. I personally couldnt trust a VR and as the saying goes “a layperson who represents himself in court has a fool for a client “totally fit my case until I came to my senses and admitted This was way more than I could handle let alone understand. So save yourself all the mistakes i made and have total confidence in Mr Gang to get you the benefits you deserve but will elude you for years without Mr Gangs professional representation.

It takes time with VA claims and lots of denials and trial and error to receive what is owed to us. He won’t take a case without knowing he will be sucessful. So, if he takes you’re in good hands. Very good office and no BS.

November 2018 My name is Juan A. Marin. I am a Desert Shield/Desert Strom Veteran. My unit was deployed in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait for 7 months. hello, my name is Steven i'm happy to be finally writing a review for Eric Gang. Eric Gang is very helpful. I've been fighting the VA for almost 5 years. I got out the Army on an OTH, and I wasn't able to recieve VA benefits. I got out the Army in 2011 I filed a claim and it took 2 years and it was denied. After that I saw a lot of things about Eric, if you want to win your case I wont play around. In the military you go through a lot of stuff, and you dedicate your life, and sometimes you have the wrong leadership. Anyways. the VA just upgraded my discharge to honorable for VA purposes. The victory is not over cause I haven't been compensated. furthermore, Eric is the man you want on your team. He's very supportive. Steven. Thank you

I would like to recommend Mr. Eric Gang and his staff. This is an attorney that really cares about making a difference in disabled veterans' lives. Mr. Gang and his staff always take all of my calls and handles them very professionally and with care. He uses all the tools at his disposal to make the legal process as easy as possible. My fight with the VA started long ago. I didn't know much and even worse couldn't get knowledgeable help in fact most of the help I got was ill informed or mundane at best. All they wanted was an easy case with little work required. This ate up 16 years of my life and during much of that time I had no or little income. You see my condition caused during my military service took my health, my career ,and most of my energy. Over and over I was told by not only Lawyers but people that was being paid to advocate for me, that there was NO WAY I would ever win with the laws as the were.
