I remember when I met Matthew back in March. I was completely overwhelmed with my situation. Paperwork, dates and the unknown of different hearings was just too much for me. I turned it all over to Matthew and he did an excellent job. He is highly experienced in situations regarding the law and driving offenses. He explained everything thoroughly from one court date to the next, and he was always available to return a call when I needed him. I felt a sense of ease every time I spoke with him or had an email exchange. He is kind and soft-spoken and knows EXACTLY what he doing and talking about. Recieved a ticket in dc for a moving violation/illegal u-turn and was unsure on how to go about it I did some research and was able to get a lawyer (Matthew chapman) who handled my case very well he reviewed all the info for my case and answered all my questions was very prompt with responses via text/call I was very pleased with the outcome of my case as I didn't get points on my license. Well worth the money as I would've ended up spending the same amount with insurance if I got the points. Hope I don't get any tickets in the future but if I do I will definitely be using again.
