I was noticed today that my case was not taken for almost 3 months due to someone vacation and left the firm. I called every 2 days for 3 weeks and sent almost 8 emails to the person in charge. The only thing they were able to tell me that they were truly sorry but this case is my future, they are not taking it seriously

Buen servicio, ingrese mis papeles con la firma de abogados Motion Law en el 2021 y no tuve ningún problema en mi caso de cambio de estatus. La abogada y paralegal siempre estuvieron pendientes de mi caso e hicieron todo lo posible porque todo saliera bien. Hoy 2023, llego la aprobación de todos los documentos y no tuve ningun problema con la firma de abogados o el ucsis. Gracias!
