I contacted motion law as a second opinion, they gave me positive information about my case, it was a short phone call and they were not able to speak for very long. When I call back with more questions and for them to provide more details on the information that they provided me they did not. They have ghosted me, they don't reply to my emails or take my calls , this has gone on for months. I would NEVER recommend anyone using these services, if you have an alternate option, they do not seem very credible and unwilling to provide me with the information they were giving me. SUPER DISAPPOINTMENT BECAUSE I BELIEVED what they told me until they couldn't support it...

This is one of the worst law firms I have ever encounter, they don't pick up the phone , they are busy with other cases and wait until the dead line to do anything , don't review the documents properly don't answer emails , or messages and even worst any updates with the case , forget to submit petitions , I have to keep wondering who is taking care of my case cause lawyers keep quitting and have to re assign another lawyer and start all over again, they are clueless of what is going on and the urgentcy of the case as new laws are about to take over , making this process drag for a longer time . I suggest you read carefully and follow up with the way they handle there business, cause you are for a long ride .

I had a terrible experience with Motion Law and want to warn others about what to expect. It felt like they only took my case seriously after my husband threatened to file a complaint with the Bar Association. Communication was practically nonexistent—Andrea and lawyer Nadin, who were responsible for my case, would take two months just to respond to my emails. It’s incredibly frustrating to go through such a critical process without proper support or updates. Don’t be misled by the fact that they don’t charge for a consultation; you’ll end up paying in frustration later. I truly regret choosing them to handle my case, as they did not give it the attention it deserved. Do yourself a favor and seek a more reliable and responsive lawyer for your case—you’ll thank me later.

If you feel like spending 8k for them to make you wait a year to submit a application then feel free to use motion law. If you want to keep emailing them for a status update and never actually talk to a lawyer they're great. If you want 3 different paralegals to quit without giving the new paralegal the documents you already sent them they're wonderful.

This experience made me understand “quality comes at a price”. They do provide the free consultation but just on the specific field, and the experience was pretty bad. 1. They called me with a wrong appointed time and remembered my information wrong. In a 20 minutes call, there were three times the attorney was doing something else on the other side and not listening at all so I had to repeat my whole question again. 2. I don’t know about the procedure. That’s why I call an attorney and ask. But the attorney laughed at me on almost every question, and didn’t want to answer my questions - I was told to check on USCIS website by myself a couple of times. I held it and didn’t get unhappy with that. But the attorney was actually the one said “I was not seeing this conversation going anywhere and now I’m having another call coming.” This attitude is not a professional should have. It made me doubt if the one I was talking to was a real licensed lawyer, coz she sounded more like an intern or an assistant, wasting my time. 3. There is no purpose to have a free consultation like this coz it is just chasing away clients. I’m paying to consult other three different law firms but I wanted to see how a free consultation feels like, and I also want to know more from different lawyers. That’s why I did this. And this experience taught me. Maybe Motion Law has good lawyers, I don’t know, and I don’t care, coz the free consultation stopped me at the first step.

I was asking to pay over 6000 dollars for i 601 waiver. I wonder how much they charge for visa and green card . Denfenfly not recommend this law firm unless you like to get rippied off
