Very bad in keeping communication with clients and when you call for the paralegals, they don't call back, you will have to chase after them. You will however get calls from the one who charges your account without fail.

I got an immigration consultant service a few months ago. She told me it would have no problem to renew my EAD and she charded me $300, however, my EAD renewal was rejected 2 time. Very disappointed. I supost to give this serive a negtive star.

I retained this law firm back in either late September or October of 2022. They just recently got the FOIA request and the $500 was the most expensive email I ever received. I asked for it to be mailed to me and still haven't received it. They are overwhelmed and it reflects on the negligence to the client.
