Kate was highly recommended to me by a friend. She came into my life when I was as low as an ant's little belly. She became my backbone and kept me upright during the darkest days of my life. She gave me the strength and courage to make it to the other side of divorce after 37 years of marriage. Our meetings were only as long as they needed to be. She is a no nonsense, experienced divorce lawyer I appreciated and would highly recommend.
After years of unsuccessfully trying to resolve marital differences on our own, I selected Kate Vetrano to help me initiate and navigate thru an 'Amicable Divorce' involving several million dollars in assets, so my ex and I could better enjoy my few remaining years.
She did exactly that. I received to-the-point pre-declaration advice, detailed post declaration 'to do's' and 'don't do's'. We/she negotiated a settlement that my now ex and I are both as comfortable with as can be. My 'ex' and I are still friends.
Kate certainly helped me start a new chapter in my life, and all was accomplished within 6 months.

Compared to a previous experience with a different firm, Jonathan was excellent at communicating every step of the way. I was living a nightmare for almost four years. I sold my home and the buyers' attorney fell for a scam e-mail, wiring my mortgage payoff to a fraudulent account at my servicing bank. All of the funds were completely withdrawn from the fraudulent account in a few days. I had no idea that any of this happened until the bank deducted a mortgage payment from my account weeks later. After my real estate attorney discovered what happened, the bank was notified of the fraud and told me not to worry, and that they would freeze the account until the situation was rectified. The buyers' attorney refused to take any responsibility, claimed to be a victim, and never notified the buyers that their home was subject to a lien from an unsettled mortgage. The local police and the FBI were notified and investigated and found that the scammers succeeded in getting the funds overseas. Everyone involved in the transaction denied responsibility and then the bank denied saying that they would freeze the account and referred me to collections, destroying my credit and putting my security clearance and livelihood at risk. I hired Tim and PLG to represent me in this matter, and when the bank refused to even discuss what had happed, he filed a civil suit on my behalf. Tim and PLG were relentless in fighting for me and helping me navigate through dealing with my employer as my clearance was in jeopardy. Were it not for Tim, I would have lost my clearance and my job. Unfortunately, there is little recourse for victims of this type of fraud and it is impossible to fight major banks, insurance companies, and attorneys without having the best on your side. I was lucky to have Tim and PLG on my side and I received a favorable outcome. Tim is passionate about what he does, seeking justice for his clients, fighting for "the little guy"! I hope no one ever has to go through what I did, but if you do, you need Parlatore Law Group in your corner!

Yianna has been my attorney for several years. Throughout those years, she has had my best interest in mind and kept me grounded with what will truly unfold in court. She hears me when I voice what I want and how I feel. She communicates promptly and effectively, which is very important to me with an attorney. I also feel she does not take advantage of billing like other attorneys have in the past. When I used a different attorney before Yianna, he billed me for 7 hours in court for TWO attorneys and when I double checked my documents, court was cancelled that day and we weren’t even there! I cannot say enough good things about Clepper Harrison & Duffy PLLC. From start to finish, I experienced the upmost professionalism and compassion. I ended every interaction with confidence and certainty. At the end of every call, Chanda and I both had clear expectations on what to do next--I had my tasks, she had hers, and every time we followed up, we were on the same page. She and her team are highly prepared, proficient, prompt, and consistent. I appreciated that the billing information was explained so well that I never felt like I had to wonder how much things were going to cost. I was billed on the 1st and the 15th of every month, and I personally loved that consistency. Although I have never worked with attorneys before, my personal opinion was that their fees were extremely fair and honest. Each bill had a running record of every item they completed, with times, dates, and explanations. I loved their practicality of providing phone calls and zoom calls, rather than meeting in person. My whole divorce was handled over phone calls/zooms and I never had to step foot into a court room. Although everyone's experience is different, I was able to complete an amicable, uncontested divorce that was finalized in just over 60 days. Without the help of Chanda and her team, there is no way I would have been able to do this on my own.
