Gardner has done what I thought was impossible- enforcing my divorce decree. My ex-husband is a lawyer and even though he agreed to the divorce decree, after it was final he told me he wouldn't pay child support and would bring my son home when he felt like it. He said if I didn't like it then to take him to court.
After four years, of trying to be understanding and work things out, I reluctantly turned back to the courts to intervene. Gardner was recommended by a trusted friend. He understood the situation and the personality of my ex-husband immediately, which was incredibly helpful. He was focused and never gave up through all the legal antics. Much quicker than I ever imagined possible, he stopped my ex-husband from changing the schedule and he also actually got him to start paying child support! I am still just amazed.
I've learned firsthand that Gardner is confident in taking on the difficult situations in family law, because he has the tenacity, skill and experience to fix them. He cares about his clients and will be your champion through difficult situations. He has my highest recommendation.

I came to Me. Eastland when I needed help handling my divorce. Before I even hired him he agreed to review my case and help me. Once hired it took only a few weeks to come to a settlement and complete the divorce. Any questions I had during the whole ordeal I would text to him and get an immediate response. Even to this day, 4 months after my divorce was finalized, I can send him a text if I have any questions or need some advice. I highly recommend Mr. Eastland if you are looking for a great and reliable attorney to help fight for what you are looking for.

Hired Mr. BURLESON to defend me against a bogus charge in Harris County. Supplied him with video/photos of my vehicle and took a polygraph test (passed) , he compiled a report, presented it to the GJ and a month later my case was dismissed. Can't ask for much more than that....

I needed to find an experienced immigration attorney and was contacting different lawyers. Unfortunately their consultations were not informative at all and were even controversial. I was very disappointed.
Luckily, one of my friends told me about Alexander Dranov. I was impressed during my consultation with him. He was so knowledgeable, so patient. Kyle always knows what to do. He presents you with many options, the reasoning behind each option, and allows you to make a well-informed decision. He takes the time to really get to know your case. I recently hired Roger to help me revise my custody arrangement for my two children. I am extremely happy with the results as well as the entire management of my case from start to finish. I am confident this is the last time I’ll have to return to court regarding the custody of my minor children as Roger was so effective in resolving the case to their benefit. I would highly recommend Roger to anyone dealing with a difficult custody situation. You have to be willing to listen to Roger’s advice and expertise. He knows the ins and outs of the court system, understands the tough relationship dynamics at play in divorce and custody agreements, and will be your best advocate as long as you are willing to do your part as well!
I also really appreciated Roger’s use of the MyCase software. This web-based platform contained all of our appointments, communication, files, invoices, etc. He kept everything very organized on the site and I always knew what was the status of the case, the next steps, and what to expect. The transparency on my case was very important! Best experience I’ve ever had with case management.
And as a bonus… before I worked with Roger, I had a lot of anxiety surrounding attorneys, similar to the “white coat syndrome” that many people experience around doctors. Roger calmed my anxiety not just in regards to my custody case, but also my anxiety around attorneys in general. He is not just a great attorney, but a great human and it shows in all that he does. He made me so comfortable, I’m now in a serious relationship with a wonderful man who also happens to be an attorney!

My husband & I used Lori to take care of our adoption (which was an open adoption for our great niece). My husband and I hired Lori initially to help us terminate my Ex’s legal rights to my son and allow my husband to adopt my son. It ended up being a long, brutal, custody battle with my ex who had resurfaced after being absent for years from my son’s life. Lori fought hard for us, prepared us every step of the way, took time to listen to us but also told us ways we could cut costs by handling certain things ourselves. She told us our options along the way and explained why she recommended one option over the other. She helped us see things realistically and at times helped to reel in emotions and keep things focused on our son vs my ex. With her help we were able to come to a sustainable agreement that kept our son safe. My ex was granted supervised visits that would graduate to unsupervised, then overnights, then short summer visits then eventually 3week summer visits. Lori told us this was the best solution to give him time to prove himself or enough rope to hang himself. I contacted Mari Luna after my mother-in-law passed away. Family members were coming out of the woodwork demanding assets. It was a very stressful time. During our initial phone conversation with Mari she took time to listen and thoroughly understand our situation. We needed to divorce, but we also really needed to save money if possible. We wanted to do it ourselves, but the paperwork was just too overwhelming. It was hard to know where to start.
Mari gave us a free consultation and explained the divorce process to us. Then, we booked an appointment and got started. She worked with us to mediate a fair parenting plan that worked for us & our kids, determine reasonable child support, and then mediated with us to divide all of our property. We agreed to everything, and in the end, it seemed very fair to both of us.
We tried to fill out some of the forms; then, Mari reviewed them, made changes if needed, & completed them for us. She told us how to file the Petition at the courthouse ourselves and then appear for the Status Conference to give all the paperwork to the judge so he could approve everything and make our divorce final.
When we compared our experience with some of our friends, we were happy to report we finished our entire divorce for much, much less than any of our friends paid. Also, Mari kept emphasizing how important it was for our kids to know how much we both loved them and that they weren't responsible for our divorce in any way.
My husband and I were able to negotiate everything reasonably & still remain on cordial terms during the process. Now that some time has passed, it's easy to see how much this matters to our kids and us. All things considered, we're all doing really well!
