Mr. John Redfield is one of the best attorneys I have had the privilege of interacting with as a client. He helped me at first through a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy I filed once before prior to meeting him. I had attorneys with the first bankruptcy case who were dodgy, passed my file around from one attorney to the next, kept me in the dark and then lost the case overall when I was trying to amend out amounts I did not agree with.
When I filed the second time with John Redfield I had a completely different experience. He was able to help me successfully navigate a second bankruptcy while I relocated to pursue an education as a primary care doctor in a different state. I never once had to go to court for anything except one meeting, and Mr. John Redfield was there for that himself, not a legal assistant or some lay person.
He is extremely knowledgeable, down to earth and accessible. These attributes are something that should be at the forefront of your mind when considering retaining legal representation. His prices are extremely fair for what you get. He does charge top dollar for his Chapter 13 defense, but it is totally worth it. He would complain about all the work I made him do for bottom dollar, but we still won the bankruptcy case.
Lastly, he just secured a $45,000 cash settlement for me for an alternate matter. He is overall a fantastic attorney. Some specialize in one area, and in my opinion that is the way to go, but he is still very knowledgeable and resourceful and when I approached him concerning an alternate legal matter he took the case right away and we got top dollar overall in retrospect, even at settlement in law court with a judge at pre-trial I am still extremely satisfied. I could not have done better navigating all of this myself. Truly worth every penny in legal representation he charges, and it is a completely fair price.

I was extremely satisfied with the representation I received from Randall Herriott. I was going through a very difficult child support/custody case and I hired Randy several months into my case after realizing my first attorney was not getting the job done.
During my initial consultation, Randy was both professional and very knowledgeable about family law. My daughter’s father is self-employed and was not being honest about his income. I cannot say enough good things about Clepper Harrison & Duffy PLLC. From start to finish, I experienced the upmost professionalism and compassion. I ended every interaction with confidence and certainty. At the end of every call, Chanda and I both had clear expectations on what to do next--I had my tasks, she had hers, and every time we followed up, we were on the same page. She and her team are highly prepared, proficient, prompt, and consistent. I appreciated that the billing information was explained so well that I never felt like I had to wonder how much things were going to cost. I was billed on the 1st and the 15th of every month, and I personally loved that consistency. Although I have never worked with attorneys before, my personal opinion was that their fees were extremely fair and honest. Each bill had a running record of every item they completed, with times, dates, and explanations. I loved their practicality of providing phone calls and zoom calls, rather than meeting in person. My whole divorce was handled over phone calls/zooms and I never had to step foot into a court room. Although everyone's experience is different, I was able to complete an amicable, uncontested divorce that was finalized in just over 60 days. Without the help of Chanda and her team, there is no way I would have been able to do this on my own. I was very pleased with my outcome, which is astounding that I am even writing this sentence, because I am a person who never thought divorce was an option. Cares about clients and wants to get you a positive outcome without bankrupting you. I have learned that you can pretty much divide divorce attorneys into 2 categories: one group that simply wants to churn information back and forth between attorneys as well as between attorney and client in way that simply bills hours and accomplishes little until the 11th hour when it could have been settled in the first or second hour. And then there is a group, like Karen, that truly wants to problem solve, propose solutions, avoid litigation and get an outcome for her client that is both fair and reasonable in cost. Karen is honest, dedicated and she told me what I needed to hear rather than what I wanted to hear. I cannot recommend her highly enough. I was fortunate to have someone recommend her to me and, every time I mentioned her to someone in the legal community in Maryland (4x), the response from each attorney was overwhelmingly positive. If you are looking for someone who will be in your corner, fight for you, shoot straight with you(the good and the bad), look no further than Karen Amos.

Jesse is representing me in a divorce and custody battle that made international headlines. I have to say at first when you hire an attorney your so nervous, scared, confused, and uncertain. I felt that way at first, but Jesse took my case seriously and is taking the safety of my son seriously and was a bull dog in the courtroom. My divorce was not an easy one by any means. The other party did not want to be a participate in the process that she initiated, be fair financially, and was in character throughout the two and half yr process. Veronica weeded through this from minute one.
Veronica jumped on board in my case more than halfway through the process from the recommendation of my previous attorney to get my case resolved. There is a reason he recommended her. Veronica was forceful and stern during the negotiations(mediation) with the other party and was always looking out for my best interests financially which included doing everything possible from the first day I spoke to her to avoid trial which is where my case was headed. The reason for the referral from my previous attorney.
During one of most difficult times of your life, Veronica attempted to understand everything on a personal/emotional level as well beyond the business aspect of divorce.
Veronica is extremely knowledgeable of the NJ laws of divorce which is so important. She is professional, cordial, assertive, and great at explaining things/answering questions. Veronica also will hold you accountable if she needs to which is important in this process.
The firm in Springfield is professional and welcoming; which is includes her paralegal Diana O who I would like to acknowledge as well.
In divorce, no one wins or loses. My JOD was fair and equitable at the end of the day which is what should have happened. Veronica accomplished that for me with honesty and sincerity from day one.

I appreciated that the billing information was explained so well that I never felt like I had to wonder how much things were going to cost. I was billed on the 1st and the 15th of every month, and I personally loved that consistency. Although I have never worked with attorneys before, my personal opinion was that their fees were extremely fair and honest. Each bill had a running record of every item they completed, with times, dates, and explanations. I loved their practicality of providing phone calls and zoom calls, rather than meeting in person. My whole divorce was handled over phone calls/zooms and I never had to step foot into a court room. Although everyone's experience is different, I was able to complete an amicable, uncontested divorce that was finalized in just over 60 days. Without the help of Chanda and her team, there is no way I would have been able to do this on my own. I was very pleased with my outcome, which is astounding that I am even writing this sentence, because I am a person who never thought divorce was an option.
