The most amazing lawyer ever. I was completely satisfied and more than happy how he took time and cared deeply about my future and well being. I hired Mr Urbani as my divorce attorney and we spent almost two years together going through a horrible part of my life. We hung in there and he put up with me and a few tears along the way. Always, had a Kleenex box for me and a joke to make me smile. He was amazing in trial. I wish I had a video of it all. He will take special care of you and his staff is wonderful and prompt. I have known and used Anthony for over 21 years. I have recommended many clients to him - and never has there been a complaint. He wins. He cares about his clients, but tells you like it is. Doesn't sugar coat anything, tells you the law.
I find myself needing to use him again - and I will prevail. I will not stress over my current situation, because he is that good. His life is in his hands and I'm completely comfortable with that.

This was a tough case to begin with. Sarah Jacobs-Manwarren was not our first attorney, she handled the appeal process. It was a year and a half long appeal. Kristen is, in a word, sensational.
But, of course, I will expand. My divorce was complicated. I came out of an incredibly high-conflict marriage and knew almost immediately that the divorce would be the same. It was. It included false allegations against me, as well as a number of other incidents that rattled me.
Through it all, Kristen was a steadying constant. In the beginning, when I was the most emotionally wounded and the least capable of rational thought, Kristen took the time to help guide me through the healing as well as the legal process. That is to say, she went well beyond the concepts I would have expected of a lawyer. For her, our professional relationship wasn't just about getting me through a complicated legal process; it was also about getting me through an even more complicated personal journey.
Of course, she was equally great in legal matters. She's an expert who knows her business and who draws upon years of experience to tirelessly advocate for her clients. In my first conversation with her, Kristen predicted what would happen. Every prediction ended up correct, no matter the roadblocks we faced in getting there.
Except for two things, both self evident positives. She told me what the financial settlement would like but in the end I walked away with an even more favorable outcome than she guessed I would. She also predicted the divorce could take between eighteen and twenty-four months. It took ten. In both cases, I am convinced the positive outcome owe directly to Kristen's efforts.
My favorite part about Kristen's counsel, by the way, was that she never told me what I wanted to hear. She told me what was necessary, what was true, what was legally right. And she did it with empathy, concern, professionalism, and sincerity.

I guess I call it good luck that I was so fortunate to find Kristen! In the past I had dealt with terrible attorneys that just ripped me off. I had THE divorce the from hell, very messy with multiple properties and it lasted 4 years with a trial and then an appeal, (yes he was a narcissist!) I got into some trouble with theft in the workplace. I had gotten a recommendation from a good friend.
So when I went to consultation with him, we was very insightful and straightforward with the laws and process. As I have never done anything like this.
We went to court and worked out with a probation and resititution.
It was nice to be charged a reasonable rate and have a lawyer you can trust with your life!!! Would definitely come to him with any legal problems in the future. Very Trustworthy!!

Mr. Potter came recommended to us from a colleague whom has our utmost respect. After interviewing attorneys for assistance in my very serious and distressing situation, I was beginning to feel helpless. I had an impossible case where I lost terribly every time I went to court. Eventually I would run out of money and then I would have to represent myself until I had enough money to get another lawyer. This went on for 10 years. Finally I met someone who was friends with one of the most powerful lawyers in Philadelphia. Through him, I was referred to Robert DiOrio. When I went into Mr. DiOrio's office, I could not see my children at all. I was only allowed to speak to them on a speaker phone with my ex-husband listening. This went on for about a year. He had gotten an Emergency Custody Petition that was granted without a hearing. He had used this tactic a total of four times and the order of his choice was signed every time without a hearing. I had been a full time mother with small children. I never guessed that I would lose my children when attempted to escape my abusive marriage. Later I found out the 94 percent of women who leave their abusive husbands lose custody and most of them are given supervised visitation. When Robert DiOrio heard about my case and saw the court order, he was outraged. He took my case to court and I got custody of my children. I went from nothing to everything. Lawyers in the past told me the best I could ever get was joint because you can't go from nothing to everything. Robert DiOrio did and he won. Since that time, we were in court again and Robert Diorio won an even greater victory. I respect him and am so grateful for the time I now have with my children. I never want another lawyer.

Gail Kenowitz is extraordinary! I divorced in 1991 and, at that time, I was too stressed to even think about the future. I remember telling her at that time that I did not care about his pension and wanted nothing from him. I remember her standing in her office with her hand on her hip saying
“I will not allow you to do this - you may need it someday”. Move forward to 2018. When it was time for my ex husband to retire he had to give me part of his pension.
