Not once did I feel like a number when dealing with Ms. Piper. Each conversation left me with a feeling of confidence that I was in the most competent representation imaginable.

I consulted with a few different attorneys in Franklin & Crystal was the only one that made me feel as if she really was listening to what I was saying. The others, for the most part, made me feel as if we were being timed & I had to race through my situation.
I hired Crystal after about a month when I was ready to file for divorce. She walked me through all of the scenarios & her paralegal gave me a bunch of information to help me when I needed to refer to if I needed it, which I found so helpful.
I’m still going through the divorce process but they’ve made me feel like I’m not alone.
Crystal is a straight shooter which I like. She doesn’t charge for every little thing and she genuinely wants the best for me & my two kids. I can feel that with every conversation I have with her. I can’t imagine going through this process with any other attorney.

Cannot give enough credit or positive feedback for Mrs. Etue and her staff, especially Erin. They are what a lawyer should be when it comes to truly knowing and advocating for their client. They took the time to truly get to know me, my situation which two previous attorneys had blundered horribly, and then on principle, dug in and scratched and used their extensive understanding of the law to clear the minefield my ex had laid out. They saw the truth, dug hard to get the facts and evidence to support it and overcome opposing sides efforts to conceal and hide crucial materials. I had almost been broken by the process and stress, but they gave me a glimmer of hope, then fed it and worked so hard to stand up to the opposing side, and now, we clearly are in an incredible position to get the results we sought and then some because they fought the right fight and took a stand against an opposing side based on values and principles. You cannot go wrong hiring Mrs. Etue, just be honest, forthcoming NO MATTER WHAT, because they are the poster child for integrity and can handle anything put forth as long as they aren't blindsided. I went into this with an attorney from a different city and then Ms Poland was recommended to me. To be honest, I had spent so many years terrified, this had gone on so long, I was scared to call her office. But so glad that I did.

Clayton Tullos gives one exactly what is needed in the courtroom...an experienced litigator who is quick thinking and a powerful advocate. I write this review with the status of my case still pending, but I wouldn't change it regardless of the outcome. Clayton did a skilled job passionately advocating for my daughter and her rights as a person in a difficult custody case. Clayton was willing to work with me on what I could afford, and was efficient in selecting relevant evidence and resources for trial. Most importantly, Clayton cared as a human being and this was evident in his argument. Clayton isn't the best layer for everyone, but he is a skilled litigator, was honest through the process, and he cared, which is the most one can ask for of an attorney. Highest recommendation.

I am a single father in the military and have custody of my son because of Robin. Without her I don't think It would of been possible. Her devotion to the case and able to relate was incredible and way above par. I never had to worry that she wasn't looking out for my son and mines best interest. Going through a divorce has been the most stressful thing in my entire life, and it is not something I could have done on my own. Before contacting Shane, I had interviewed several lawyers over the course of a few weeks. By far, I felt the most comfortable with Shane and Kayla. I felt they understood my case better than anyone, and it was clear from the very beginning that they would give 100% to my case. Through the entire process, they responded quickly to emails, were great at giving legal advice, and not only were they extremely professional, but they were also personable and sensitive to my needs during this trying time. My case was just finalized yesterday Dec.5,2018. It was custody based. Anyway, Mrs. Walls truly fulfilled every promise advertised and more. She was available when I needed and I know I was probably very worrisome at times she but remained a comfortable level of professionalism. Just to be clear, she wasn't overly professional or just telling what I want to hear either. Her knowledge of the law was motivation for me to read and get my own understanding. Throughout the process, Mrs. Walls continuously reassured me as well as helped me maintain a level head when I doubted myself. My daughter was involved in a two-car head on collision accident. After the initial scare about her health, I was not too concerned about the legal aspects until I found out that the other driver's family was planning to sue even though the police report supported that the other driver was at fault. I decided that we needed a good lawyer on our side. My friend recommended Steve Black who represented her in a divorce settlement and I thought that he could recommend a personal injury lawyer. It turns out that Steve has done a lot of personal injury cases but does not advertise this component of his expertise. He was very impressive during our first interview, asking pertinent questions, providing thoughtful analysis of the circumstances, and recommending various plans of actions. I hired him on the spot even after he recommended talking to other lawyers before making a decision (a big plus for hiring in my mind). We have been extremely happy with his thorough preparation, accurate predictions of the likely responses and ultimate outcomes of the participants, amazing patience (my daughter is not well organized), and the successful conclusion of our case - maximum settlement in our favor. I give my strongest recommendation for hiring Steve Black in a personal injury case.

I hired Steve for my complicated, post divorce matter that has persisted for years. Steve is highly intelligent, and while I had been previously represented, Steve is the only attorney that was able to discover my ex husband's true income which was exponentially more than claimed. Steve is extremely detail oriented and will get to the truth. He also doesn't look for ways to overbill his clients, he is fair. He kept my emotions in check and remained strategic. Kelly assisted with my divorce and she was amazing through the entire thing. She is knowledgeable and realistic. She won’t convince you to “over reach” and displays compassion and sympathy throughput the process. Furthermore, she got the judge to agree to my ex signing a voluntary parental relinquishment of my son, which I hear is actually pretty difficult. You know that slimy, slick feeling you may get when speaking to a lawyer? Not for a moment did I ever feel that way with Kelly. She was gracious enough to take my custody case when my previous lawyer failed and I thought I stood no chance at winning custody of my kids.
Kelly was kind, firm, and my voice of reason when I thought I was drowning. She left no stone unturned against my ex and destroyed any credibility he thought he had. Not to mention, she was incredibly polite, organized, and likeable in front of the judge.
I say with absolute honesty that I never would have won custody without Kelly. She knew exactly how to pick apart his lies and show the judge why he was unfit to have them.

I just wrapped up what could have been a very difficult divorce. With the help of Attorney, Nick Pugesek of Ventrelli and Simon, I was able to dissolve my marriage with zero hiccups and was able to retain all non-marital assets.

Almost two years ago, I began researching attorneys for my husband as I knew we would be trying to make a huge family decision for him to become primary custodian for our three beautiful step children. I had posted questions on avvo in the past in an attempt to gain insight on our situation and some sort of direction with how to approach such a HUGE request of the courts. Ron clearly knew the ins and outs of estate work, for which we hired him. He made me and my family feel we were in very capable hands after a most trying event, the loss of a beloved family member. Ron returned e-mails and calls almost immediately, often within a few minutes. He was thorough and detailed in his responses and in our meetings as well. He is capable of very assertive conduct when need be but for us as clients he was polite, friendly, and attentive to our questions and needs while being professional.
