I had a bad slip and fall last year, and broke my leg due to the negligence of a poorly managed building . It was a very trying time for my girlfriend and I, with complications arising at every turn.
But Keith Sullivan was there from day one. He was a constant and steady advocate, who listened, empathized and then fought with all that he had. He always kept us in the loop with what his office was working on, and every member of his firm was attentive and knowledgeable.
I had set a high bar for what I wanted as compensation. I had suffered a great deal and wanted the number to reflect that. Jerry Wallentine was my attorney for a reckless driving I had this last year. My first email to his office, I got a response from Jerry himself and within minutes I was on the phone with him and he had a game plan. I did look around comparing attorneys since I wasn’t from that area and by far Jerry was my top pick. Jerry absolutely knew what he was doing and seemed to know people in the right places. We weren’t able to get diversion due to certain things on my end and when my court date came, Jerry was right there with me. The court room was completely full and I still can’t believe it but Jerry got me to be seen first. We got exactly what we wanted out of it and Jerry saved me from losing my license. Marlon is the best! I was involved in a car accident in November of 2019 and had severe bruising afterwards. It wasn’t pretty, but I had no breaks or tears and didn’t think it would be a high-value case. Marlon disagreed. His extensive experience has shown him how that type of injury can have deeper effects that emerge over time, and boy was he right.
Over a few months I ended up with knee issues (still present) and nerve damage. He helped me find a wonderful PT and I underwent imaging and injections. The bills still weren’t high, and insurance wasn’t even offering to pay enough to cover them. Marlon kept me constantly informed about the conversations he was having with the insurance company, and knew that if I was ok to wait and be patient, they would come around.
I understand that not everyone can afford to wait, and I was very lucky to be able to. It took just over 2 years, but the insurance company agreed to pay limits, and then some. During that time I was able to seek care and do PT and know that Marlon would see to it that I got those costs back with the settlement.
Marlon’s transparency and encouragement made me feel like I was doing the right thing the whole time, and I trusted that everything he suggested was in my best interest. I can’t even tell you how many times he told me “The important thing is getting you better.”
He cares deeply about his clients, he knows everything there is to know about the processes and the insurance carriers, and I felt extremely comfortable with his expertise.
I went into our first meeting thinking my injuries weren’t a big deal, and I’m so glad that he encouraged me to take the time to make sure I was ok before accepting the first (super low) offers. Sure enough, I needed more care than I initially expected, and got the care I needed without fear that I would go into debt for it.
I can’t recommend him highly enough, he was such a great resource and friend during a nerve-wracking time (no pun intended). Should you be unlucky enough to need a great attorney, Marlon will absolutely make the whole process painless (no pun intended again haha) and do everything he can to make sure you’re taken care of.

A previous employer stated I was a no call no show. The reality is that I was laid off during covid. After several appeals on my own to no avail and a missed hearing, I was referred to Cristine. The state wanted several tens of thousand of dollars in back payment. It was a truly terrifying situation to be in, with Cristine's help the judge decided he would hear my case. Ultimately the ruling was in my favor and could not be happier with the outcome. Definitely would recommend her to anyone with any issues regarding unemployment. John was recommended to me by another attorney to handle a very difficult and complicated case. We have a lending company ,our client passed away but prior to his passing he took a very large deposit on this property from one of his employees on a promise that their would be a credit for that amount and she could purchase the property ,
Upon her employers death she decided that the property was hers and she became a squatter unable to buy the property but decided she owned it. The woman then decided our company and myself were responsible for her loss. She sued us for fraud, conversion of the funds, unjust enrichment and anything else she and her attorney made up.
Fast forward John Harkevy to the rescue. He analyzed the case and on 5 seperate actions against us won summary judgement in our favor on all 5. He then started an action for possession and back rent which we settled on favorable terms. Thankyou John who I would highly revomend for his knowledge and how well he handled such a difficult and complicated case.

Dale and her team at Robinson & Henry are amazing! I was involved in a rear-end collision in November of 2018. The next morning in knew something wasn't right when I had difficulty driving to work. It unfortunately was my 4th concussion. After 6 months of continuing symptoms I choose to retain Dale and her team.
Immediately Dale provided me with 2 resources: High Definition Physical Therapy and Atlas Brain and Spine.
After only a couple of visits with Dan at High Definition I started to see the benefits. My headaches, dizziness, and nausea started to diminish.
I met with Brittany at Atlas Brain and Spine. She performed a number of X-rays and it was determined that the Atlas in my neck was not setting correctly and it was causing the discomfort in neck and shoulders. It was also contributing to my headaches.
Brittany and Dan worked in conjunction to develop a treatment plan that would best work for my concussion and it was amazing! After months of treatment I was released and now only need to follow up as needed.
The difference is incredible! The stress and strain that my concussion put on my family was unbelievable. I was irritable, had mood swings, and had to focus on easy day to day tasks.

The story started two years ago on December 2016 when I was doing a red light and a careless driver hit me in the back give me a whiplash and more injuries I didn’t know I had at the moment, this accident cost me cost me headaches and migraines constantly, for the following two years .

Thank you Mr. Nguyen for your persistence in helping me with my case. I was rear ended at a stop sign and the other car ran off. I was able to take some pictures of that car. The first attorney I hired tried and gave up as the other car said she did not do it. My first attorney FIRED me and my doctors also STOPPED treating me.
I came to Mr. Nguyen’s office with 4 months of gap in treatment and helpless. He was very confident and spent over 2 hours with me explaining everything to me without promising anything. I’ve never spent that much time with an attorney. Since my case was a loser I didn’t have any hope left. Mr. Nguyen sent me back for the treatment I needed and I was so thankful for that as my neck was still in a lot of pain.
Mr. Nguyen was able to make the other car pay for my repair and medical expenses. He was able get the entire policy limits on the other car and my own full-coverage policy from my own insurance plus the medical payment. I’m very happy. Thank you Mr. Nguyen again for all your help. I will refer all of the people I know to you because I know you’ll fight hard for your clients.

When October 2020 you will not be able to get on a plane without a passport or driver license TSA approved with a star not knowing that my divorce paper were not correct.
