Jason, is definitely the lawyer you would want when dealing with legal matters or if ur not sure if u even have a case!. I as well as others who didn’t know we had a case came to him “Jason” & he listened to my / our situation and then told us we are going to challenge the situation!. He had more faith in the case than I did. Long story short he didn’t give up, we got a great settlement & even while going through the case and after the case he checked and checks up on me!. He’s more than a lawyer he’s definitely a great person to have in your corner! U definitely won’t regret having this lawyer as your lawyer! It is hard enough when your in a car accident and your at a lost to what needs to be done between handling insurance company's, doctors visits, phone calls etc. I called Katherine Neal's office for guidance. Not only did I get the guidance i needed, I got the best personal care from Katherine and her staff that a person could ask for. Joel Beckwith helped me with personal injury claim that other attorneys said would be fruitless. My life was in shambles after being hit head on by a drunk driver. I was stranded without health insurance, a vehicle, or any plan. I had nowhere to turn. First , after going through this workers comp ordeal I would not encourage anyone to try and navigate through that without a Attorney !!! Silberman and Lam got for me exactly what they told me they would ! I really appreciate the service they provided. I would encourage anyone to retain Silberman and Lam if you have a Workers Comp case and allow them to do their work and be patient and sleep well cause its going to be worth it in the end !

I was injured in a bike accident. The driver was sitting in his car and opened his car door on me as I rode by. Ended up at the ER with 6 internal and 6 external stitches in my neck, an inch away from my carotid artery, a sore wrist which a MRI revealed to be a slight tendon tear and abrasions on my knee and hand, plus a sore shoulder. The driver's GEICO insurance tried to refute my claim saying I was 50% at fault for not looking to see if a driver was in the car. The police report said he was in violation since I had the right of way. I initially contacted a larger law firm I saw advertised on TV. They referred me to Braid.
Braid was great. He told me these things might take a while, but to be patient. GEICO initially offered to only pay my medical expenses, then a little later expenses plus $7K. Braid advised me to wait because he was sure he could negotiate more.
Eventually he negotiated a significant settlement, much more than I ever expected. The whole process took 7 months. I highly recommend him.

Before I chose Braid's office, I had done extensive research about legal firms specializing in motorcycle accidents in the San Jose and SF Bay Area locations. I shortlisted a handful of them and talked to them before I made my final decision. I am glad I chose the Law Offices of Braid Pezzaglia.
Braid is a very sharp, extremely knowledgeable legal professional, can assess tough situations quickly, can call lies in an instant, has kept me sane and the other parties involved accountable. I wouldn't recommend another law firm. Bob stayed in constant contact with me throughout my case. I liked that he responded back to my inquiries right away. When he wasn't available to answer my questions his daughter was very helpful in getting the information I needed. He has a wonderful caring soul. I meant to write this review a while back, but I got sidetracked. Recently, I was reminded about my past car accident and so I wanted to take the time say what a pleasure it was to work with Jahrmarkt & Associates.
As I stated earlier, I had been involved in a car accident and John Jahrmarkt and his team were able to get me a monetary settlement I didn't think was possible.
They worked very hard from start to finish. Tyler was assigned to my case and he always kept me in the loop with updates on my case. They assisted with finding an excellent rehab facility for my injuries from the accident.

Wow, not really sure where to start. I thank my lucky stars every day that I was fortunate enough to find John when I needed an attorney. Is he a great lawyer....you betcha! But whats even better is that he's just a great guy! In 2011 I moved I to Los Angeles from Detroit. I was not working, staying with friends, and had no health insurance. I had been in the USA about a year Two weeks after I arrived to LA I was rear ended on the Ventura Freeway by an uninsured motorist from El Salvador. I sustained injuries and approximately $6000 in damage to the car I had had less than a year. The only mileage on it really was from the drive from Detroit to LA. Long story short Michigan is a no-fault state and their insurance laws are a 180 degrees different from California's. AAA my insurer John sued for negotiating in bad faith. Anyways John navigated the two-state difference in law, got me the medical attention I needed, GOT ME LOST WAGES when I wasnt even employed and then got me the MAXIMUM SETTLEMENT allowed under my uninsured motorist coverage. Meanwhile the whole time John kept me in the loop, worked like a pit-bull, took a genuine concern that I was receiving the best medical attention, and sought to get me the best settlement possible. John has the ability to listen, never waffles when asked direct questions, and IS ALWAYS ACCESSIBLE. If there was a way to make it better it eludes me??? I can't stress enough that if you need legal assistance John is your guy!! I'd give him 6 Stars if it was possible!!!!

I contacted Attorney Studley’s office just over 2 years after my car accident (I was not at fault) because I started getting phone calls and letters from the other drivers insurance company. Mr Smith is by far the BEST lawyer I have dealt with in every aspect of the way. Patrick was not only extremely knowledgeable, and realized the obvious case of mistaken identity from the arrest report immediately upon our first in person meeting!!
He was highly sensitive to the fact that it was proving to be a traumatic experience for us.
From our first meeting, he explained everything in terms we could easily understand and was always very responsive when we had questions outside of our meetings.

At the time, in 2008, I had been served with divorce documents and I found myself with nowhere else to turn and found myself overwhelmed with the situation and downturn of events. It was then that I was referred to Attorney Patrick McGeehan by an acquaintance. Attorney McGeehan took the adequate time to discuss what I was facing and clearly explained the options that were available to me. Eventually, the matter was confronted and resolved with Attorney McGeehan's expertise and dedication to my case. Attorney McGeehan was always prompt to answer and or return my calls or texts. He also always arrived early to court to defend me before a judge and in front of an aggressive opposing attorney.

I came to Rocky with a work injury. I injured my shoulder while working for a commercial developer. What started as a bad dislocation ended up being a torn rotator cuff. I also had a neck injury with my cervical spine. Unfortunately my employer was not the shining star I needed them to be when I was injured. When I got in touch with Rocky my mind was IMMEDIATELY at ease. More importantly, he put my family at ease. My employer's insurance company did not want to pay for my surgery and Rocky fought them all the way until the morning of court - they relented rather than lose to this BULLDOG OF AN ATTORNEY.
