Mr. Palma came into my case as a supporting attorney and at first I was hesitant but he made sure I felt comfortable with his services right away. He's very knowledgeable, makes sure there is no concerns or doubts about your case, he personalizes every case and makes you feel like family. Cesar was one of the best experiences I've had with lawyers and I will definitely recommend him. He keeps you updated. He will answer every call or if not he will call you back as soon as he can, but he will never leave you hanging. He makes sure to take care of every detail and I mean, every detail. He even traveled to the hospital where I had surgery to make sure i was ok and satisfied with the treatment and services of the hospital and to make sure I had everything that my family and I needed. He treated me like a family member and went above and beyond to win my case. He will go to extreme measures if necessary to get things done and that's what you want to look for in a lawyer. Rob has become a friend in the process of fighting for me. He stands on ethics and isn’t a mud-slinging attorney. I goofed and went before a local Judge whos known for not liking DUIs or gun cases in particular, unrepresented. Long story short Mr. Fox was able to get my sentence reduced by quite a few years after the matter. I paid alot more for alot less in a Legal matter not covered by Mr. Fox elsewhere so I've got to be honest, what Mr. Fox charged me was more than reasonable. He's a down to earth dude too. I remember eating lunch in Downtown Hamilton and he'd be there always cordial with even random Strangers. Yet, he knows Ohio Law and fights for his Clients. He's had several go to Supreme Court so he's not going to just laydown and kiss the ring if the Clients been wronged. Highly recommend. I hope I don't need his service again, but if I do there's no way I'm calling anyone but Mr. Fox.

Mr. Jonathan Fox was retained for my husband's case in 2018. He found that he had been over-sentenced by one year on a prior charge. This error slipped through two attorneys and one judge. At first I thought it was going to get thrown out then he said he can get it reduced to dangerous driving then he surprised me and got me reduced to physical control with no points on my license 2 years non-reporting probation monthly payments for the court 50 dollars a month. It really helps not to have a criminal background have a clean background check and if you get a ovi operating a vehicle under the influence that you didnt have alot to drink or that your blood alcohol content isnt way over the legal limit. My pee test came back 3 points above the legal limit. He is a awesome attorney at lower cost (Hes really good you could get the same as me if you do have a criminal background and if you do drink alot but it helps if you dont). Kristin is an incredibly sharp lawyer. She did just a good a job of answering my questions and empathizing with my pain as she did with arguing my case.
I was hit by 2 cars while on my bike - one right after the other - and neither driver had insurance. Regardless, she worked my case for some 2 years and ended up getting me a generous settlement.
I never thought we'd get anything, and she got us enough money for me to cover my hospital bills, pay back my student loans, and then some. She's trustworthy person, and I'd highly recommend her.

Karo is the most gentle, understanding attorney I've ever had, and he really is able to give you a picture of your situation from both the ground level, and at 30,000 feet. He was so good at informing me of all the contingencies I should expect to deal with along the way, and we talked extensively about those contingencies and how we might deal with them if they arise. When you have a lawyer who is able to give you insight into all the unexpected things that might pop up along the way, you feel much better prepared and much less nervous. Every other lawyer I've ever had just makes things worse and makes me more anxious than before I retained them. It makes you wonder "why did I even hire a lawyer at all if they are going to only raise my anxiety levels?" Karo was the exact opposite of that. He made me feel confident and sure of my position. But what surprised me most about Karo is that despite his gentle nature, he is quite a fierce litigator. And he is worth his weight in gold on so many levels. When my husband and I learned of his ex-wife's habit of doing drugs in front of their children we were horrified and had no idea what to do. On the recommendation of a friend we contacted Earl who took a heartfelt approach to our case and helped us immensely. Jim was referred to me by a friend during a very difficult time in my life. Over the next 3 months, Jim was always just a phone call away, either answered me right away or called me back within 5 minutes. During the process, he helped me understand the laws, provided sound advice on all of my issues. Most importantly, he got shi7 done in a timely fashion and got it done correctly. He's not one of those lawyers interested in stringing you along, creating drama, or digging his heels in on immaterial items just to rack up legal fees - quite the contrary he always looked out for my best interest in the most rational way. I was on the receiving end of a car wreck back in 2019. Two days later I could hardly walk. I knew I was in trouble physically so I reported my work. At that point it was a worker comp situating. After several doctors appointments and physical therapy sessions I decided to do some homework for an attorney. Jim was recommended to me by my employer’s attorney. I trust my employer to send me to the best attorney. They did. I reached out to Jim and he took my case. He told me on the front end that this case would be difficult due to the reputation of this particular insurance company. He is great at communicating and keeping me in the loop.
