Keith NEVER left any stone unturned when he handled our case. He was bold like a lion, aggressive like a tiger. One day, when he had to meet a dateline, he drove over 300 miles round trip so that the filling could be done. On another occasion he risked arrest to make sure that our voice could be heard. Our case needed multiple appeals and he went through them without bothering us with the details. We needed somebody to speak for us and he more than accomplished that for us. He was a good listener whose ultimate goal was to do what we wanted. His co-counsel, Sarah, despite the fact that she was a young female, apparently learned well from him because she was as aggressive, effective and efficient as he was. We totally appreciated and their well organized and well seasoned tandem operations. Our case took a couple of years and they were NEVER tired of us or showed any type of resentment, fatigue or unwillingness to fight on. They always welcome our input and worked toward our goal. During the process, we learned a lot about the law and how some of the tenets of law are interpreted. In other words, they educated us on what the outcomes might be and what our expectations should be. We became informed clients which helped our working relationship. By the time the case was over, we were like family to them because of the professional way they handled everything and the way they treated us with courtesy and dignity. Our opponents got to respect us and the experience changed the way they conducted their business. This was not the only case we had with the opponent but this set the tone and has tremendously influenced the way the other cases are unfolding. When I met Keith the first time, I told him that I wanted him to give us a voice. At the end, he gave us more than a voice. He gave us a platform, he gave us power that we never knew we had, he gave me freedom to be able to look our enemies right in the face and tell him exactly how we feel about them. The education we got from Keith and Sarah has propelled us in to a place we never knew we dare dream to be. The crowning moment came last year when my niece was deposed by one of the attorneys in another segment of the case. The attorney told her: you should seriously consider going to Law School. I believe you would make a formidable attorney. That was nothing short of the training she got from both attorneys of the Pearson Law firm. We love them, have kept in touch with them since the case ended. We unreservedly recommend them to anybody who needs a well seasoned attorney who would handle their case or cases as if that was their only case. One thing I know is the fact that they will leave there much more educated than they got in. We will not hesitate to reach out again to them if we needed other representation. It might help to know that their office was at least 180 miles from my home. That, in itself shows the obstacle that we had to overcome throughout our interactions. Believe me, that much distance never slowed down the process or affected the thoroughness of their work. As I look back now, I can't help but thank God that our paths crossed and we were privileged to have the luxury of dealing with such fine people.

I cannot say enough about Rons professional ability. My case was a modification of alimony.
As soon as he heard details of my case he said he believed I had a good one. In fact he had just won a similar case. So he went to work. At his recommendation, we hired a forensic accountant which was a great idea, so that Ron could focus on the law and the accountant could crunch the numbers!!
We ended up going to trial, and his preparation and delivery was amazing. He methodically delivered the facts of the case. His exams of all witnesses were incredible.
All along he worked to keep me calm and confident.
His paralegal Jamie was so understanding and patient with me during the whole process.
So bottom line, alimony was "modified " to zero!!! After negotiation with opposing counsel I didnt have to pay opposing counsel legal fees. And finally I could sleep at night because he negotiated that there would be no appeal. His outcome was 3 for 3 in decisions and negotiations.
Thus I give Ron my highest recommendation. Let him review your case.

Jim worked through my difficult divorce which took a few years to complete because my ex moved out of state and was hiding assets, missing appointments, etc. Even with every hurdle my ex and opposing attorney's threw at him, he remained professional and kept me informed all along the way. I came out of the situation ahead, with dignity, the majority of the property, and primary custodial custody of the children.
When the new girl figures my ex out, I can make a recommendation.

First of all, Attorney Boni-Vendola is an outstanding lawyer and I give my strongest recommendation.
Attorney Boni-Vendola is my third lawyer for my divorce case, and I only regret I didn't find her earlier. My first lawyer is from a pretty well-known firm and was referred to me by someone I work with. But very surprisingly, she went to the judge's chamber and made a deal on behalf of me against my will (even though I was very clear about what I wanted before she went to see the judge). Furthermore, she pressured me to sign the agreement. Thinking back, I don't think she was ill intentioned, she just wanted to get me divorced as soon as she could and she may not have enough experience for cases like mine. After talking with other professionals, they all suggested me to change a lawyer. With a friend's referral, I started with my 2nd lawyer. He is super nice, but he is very busy and didn't have much time for my case. I had worked with him for a little over a year (COVID made all the divorce cases delayed) and felt very frustrated. That's when a professional recommended Attorney Boni-Vendola.
Attorney Boni-Vendola is a completely different experience! She is very experienced (you will know by the suggestions she gives, how she works with another party and the judges), efficient (never waste your time when speaking with you, and get right to the point), listened to what I wanted and fought on my behalf, would not let me waste money on things not necessary. Most importantly, she was after me for what I should do, not the other way around. Examples include knowing that I wanted the divorce trial to happen ASAP, she filed for objection right after my ex-husband submitted his request to postpone the trial date. I only found out these activities through online notifications altogether with judge's approval to our objection a couple of days later. I really appreciate the way she handled this and her consideration because it would only add my worry if I knew. She also standed on my point of view to think and gave me invaluable advice. Mostly importantly, she did not pressure me on anything.
I am very grateful that I had her as my attorney and I strongly recommend her without any reservation.

When first meeting Regina it was initially to create a pre-nuptial agreement, never thinking we would meet again to handle divorce proceedings. The prenuptial agreement was done timely, accurately and her advice was very exacting. When the separation/divorce was imminent she was not only a most knowledgeable legal representative but kind and emotionally available. I’ve used the services of the law office of Christopher S. Biely for matters concerning custody and so far they have come through for me every time. From my perspective unless you have unexpectedly come into a huge sum of cash no one wants to speak to an attorney. Chances are if you are seeking legal counsel either something bad has happened, or is about to happen in your life. I equate hiring an attorney to purchasing insurance; you’re never happy to write that check but if you’ve done your research and chosen wisely that initial expenditure should far outweigh any potential long term monetary and emotional costs. Having recently been through an emotionally and financially devastating event I can say with supreme confidence that I had chosen wisely when I retained Gary Weiner. I’m not aggressive or confrontational by nature, in fact in many respects I’m probably too passive or “soft”. It is all fine and dandy to want the proverbial “pit bull” or “heartless” type of attorney portrayed in TV and movies until the reality sets in that you too, must deal with that persona. You may think that you are emotionally tough but unless you are without soul, you will feel tug on the heart strings when your family is entwined in legal battle. Gary has somehow mastered the ability to be relentless, aggressive and intimidating in representing your legal interests while still maintaining the ability to truly empathize with his client. In retrospect there were times he was a quasi therapist, patiently listening to me excessively lament and offering insightful advice and experienced guidance. Never once did any of my interactions with Gary feel contrived or insincere. Gary is as genuine a human being as I have ever met; he is without question a very good man. I honestly don't even know where to start. My divorce case was a complete nightmare. There is no worse feeling as a parent, than to know your child's best interest lays in the hands of someone else. It was terrifying. At the end of my case, I can honestly say Ms. Evans was the best lawyer I could have ever asked for. She fought hard for my daughter. Jana and her team went above and beyond what was necessary to make sure all the details in our case were covered. My mother had a separate guardianship case handled by Melissa Dacunha. I was dealing with a related probate case but I was not a client of Melissa. The escrow title attorney made a request within two weeks of the closing of the estate sale. Melissa changed her schedule to accommodate my mother and I by filing a petition with the guardianship court in one business day. As you can imagine, the legal matter comes with a huge frustration, a lot of stress and lots of unpleasant time. Sometimes, well most of the time, when we end up in this situation, we can be extremely rude and inpatient. Well, when it comes to hire someone to deal with your problems a lot of times lawyers just saying "ohh, well, don't be a silly jerk just sign it" however this approach is NOT acceptable, it is all about your life in a long time. I have been in that situation but i was lucky enough to find Deborah who isn't just helped me but also explained to me in very fine details all the implication of making one or other decision moving forward, she was so patient with me and helped me to make educated decision and not just a "whatever" approach. I'm so grateful that i have had such lawyer who helped me to deal with a craziness of our laws and next to nothing protection of me as a citizen. My case had multiple facets to it, but I was most interested in getting the finance aspects of my divorce taken care of by dividing the finances appropriately, rather than fighting and the courts getting all the money. My need was to modify or eliminate (if appropriate given the opposition financial situation) the alimony from my 2004 divorce. To help me select an attorney I did my research on the process and requirements for modifying alimony. I had initial consultations with 4 or 5 attorneys.
What separated Diane from the others was: (1) Diane talked with me and not to me. She kept the conversation at an appropriate level for a lay person. She did not attempt to overpower me with her knowledge as a powerful attorney. I felt comfortable talking with her, and that was important to me. (2) Without knowing the specifics of the case in the initial consultation, Diane presented a generalized overview of the process to modify or eliminate alimony.
After agreeing to represent me we got to work immediately. Diane works quickly. When I provided detailed information and supporting documentation she would quickly get back to me with questions. This was a complicated financial case and she made sure she understood every aspect of it before submitting anything to the Court. I was genuinely impressed with her knowledge of the various financial documents.
Once the discovery process started her knowledge of the Court, the process and the involved parties (Judge, Mediator, Defendant Attorney, etc) really came through. She was consistently anticipating future actions of all involved parties and made sure we were prepared. During the meetings with the Mediator we were quickly able to answer every question. It was during those meetings when I realized I could not have chosen a better attorney. While the Mediator did a great job controlling every meeting, I was impressed how at every opportunity Diane kept pushing for the ultimate outcome I wanted. She stood her ground on every issue, even pointing out to the opposition how the outcome I wanted was advantageous to them and why they should accept it.
Post Mediator or Court meetings Diane supplied requested information to the Mediator or Court within 24 hours. She acts quickly.
At the conclusion of the entire process it turns out everything Diane first told me about the process was on target, even the predicted outcome. She took what could have been a complicated financial case and turned it into something simple that all parties could understand.
For alimony modification I wholeheartedly recommend Diane McNeill. Having observed her knowledge, ability and work ethic I am confident in recommending Diane in all areas of her practice.

Traci is professional. She stood by me and worked with an opponent who did not play by the rules. My ex lied and hid our assets and started cashing out our retirement almost before I even hired Traci. My daughter lives with me who is handicapped and I with serious health issues,’he tried to leave us with almost nothing!! Believe me he quit his job and threatened to move to Mexico. Year or so later my daughter and I are safe. He had to pay me 2 years in advance alimony for him to get a job. I may need to hire Traci again if he has or finds another lame excuse to his fiduciary responsibilities. Was with my ex for almost 40 years. I've had 3 lawyers since I got divorced 10 years ago and this is the first one who actually did what she said and said what she did. I'll admit, it was a rocky road at first. Kristen is relaxed and hard to rattle, and that was new to me. She helped calm me down when things got dramatic and asked me to be patient with ththe process, and I'm glad I did. When I hired Kristen I was a wreck, scared I was going to lose my kids. She listened to me throughout the process and was very reassuring. She was thorough and fair in representing me and always worked to fix things instead of creating more conflict with me and my ex. Thanks to her we settled without having to go to a trial and I was happy with the terms we agreed to.
