Mr benjamin helped me tremendously.
My cases was different, my son was born and his mother married. I had to prove he was mine and get custody of him.
Mr benjamin was fast,smart, and fierce in the courtroom. My sons mom didnt know what hit her. He proved that she lied was on drugs and was unfit to have my son.

I have hired Jason on multiple occasions to represent me over the past 8 years. My most recent case was supposed to be a simple child support modification filed with the state turned messy. Kim was my attorney during my divorce. I was glad to have done my research because, in hiring Kim, I picked an atty with a strong background in difficult personalities, mental health issues and complicated proceedings. My case did end up with multiple difficult surprises that could have devastated me financially and socially, but Kim got me through it without a scratch. I am a decent writer myself and work with lawyers frequently in my work; but I could NEVER have produced the legal artifacts (letters) that Kim did. They were extremely effective and served to close a very difficult process relatively quickly with an emphasis on ethics. My case ended up being difficult enough that I don't think the average divorce lawyer would have done as well for me. I recommend Kim without reservation.

Hands down the best law firm out there! I contacted Attorney Scott Marlow last minute and he was by far, the friendliest, most helpful attorney in the area. I hired Amy Lopez for a Divorce, Child Custody and
Ex Parte Orders. I needed a Temporary emergency (ex parte) order because my ex-wife was unstable and on drugs and left in the middle of the night with my two daughters to a different County 5 hours away. Amy Lopez immediately filed an ex parte order to the Court to get my daughters back and I received a hearing date within days. So I was referred to Attorney rouse by a good friend of my mother. I’m a cdl driver so I was looking for someone to help me with a major traffic violation that could have my license revoked for a long time. I called Mr. Rouse and he was very open about how we could go about things and what we should do moving forward with the case. He actually was very reasonable with pricing and worked with me as far as my budget. He advised me before I went to court to take a driver improvement course and to do some community service to make it a little easier on myself before going in front of the judge.this was actually great advice. We went to court and to my surprise the clerks and judge knew him on first name basis(that made me feel good) everything that he asked for , the judge granted. I left the court room only with a 300 dollar fine and no points on my cdl. Well later that night I didn’t know the rules as far as punishment for serious violations for cdl drivers. I check the dds and my cdl is suspended for 10 years, for a major lifetime violation. I immediately called attorney rouse and informed him. He advised me that the only thing we possibly could do was withdraw the plea. Normally with most lawyers, after the case is closed you have to pay another fee just to consult again. Attorney rouse was at the court house the next morning, I met him there and we withdrew the plea. Days passed by and I was weary because i was in fear of losing my livelihood. Attorney rouse advised me that since the head solicitor was not willing to give us a lesser please maybe we should try a bench trial. In my head when I think of trial, if you lose it could be bad for you. Of course this came with another fee, I really didn’t wanna try it but I took a step out in faith and trusted attorney rouse’s suggestion. We went to the bench trial and attorney rouse ate them alive. He told me months before, “ you could possibly beat this off of a technicality” I’m thinking nah man I’m cooked! Attorney rouse did his research and I walk out of the court room acquitted, all charges dropped. Before the trial attorney rouse and I talked about the fans leaving the stadium in the at the Atlanta Falcons vs. Tampa game and they still won. I’m not gonna lie I thought I was doomed but I watched him work in that court room for 2 hours straight, objection after objection…. When we walked out he looked at me and said you left the stadium but we won in OT! Hire this firm…. We highly recommend this guy. He’s straight up and down

I was referred to Attorney Rouse after a few consultations I made with other attorneys that didn’t go quite so well. You can probably only imagine all the anxiety and stress that builds up by not knowing what to exactly expect (much like most) in an unfamiliar situation like this. I must say, most of my concerns, my questions and options were pretty much communicated to me in layman’s terms, I felt a sense of ease and quite impressed with my experience in every point of communication. I had a complicated criminal case that changed through the course of the two year case. Mr Rouse handles things in a professional manner comprehensive explanation of the situation once its time to handle his business he does just that I thought I was going to prison but he was able to get my sentance into something manageable. When he walks in the court room you can see the respect the court has for his work. He talks to you like a person not like a paid client doesn't make you feel dumb if your not educated on a situation he will explain in a kind clear and consice way. If you don't know who to turn to and you don't wanna get lost in a larger lawfirm but need a legal warrior he is your guy. And he isn't a coward or scared in court he knows his stuff. No one really wants to go through any family/custody battles. So when I was faced with this issues I had no choice but to retain an attorney. After numerous hours/days of research I found the Dorsey Law Firm.
I came to Mr. Dorsey with a lot of uncertainty with my impending custody case. During my consultation Mr. Dorsey was fully tuned in and very attentive. He answered every question I had very confidently. After I retained Mr. Dorsey, his team and himself started working on the case promptly. They filed an emergency motion and was able to get a hearing for temporary custody within a few weeks. I was granted temporary custody until the outcome of the final hearing.
In Preparation for the final hearing Mr. Dorsey and the team were with me every step of the way. They reassured me of the potential outcome, instilled confidence in myself and the direction of the case. During the final hearing Mr. Dorsey was very thorough, firm, and fully prepared. His cross examination skills, rebuttals, presentation, and delivery was superb.

I was recently cited for a moving violation. Being a retired police officer, I knew I had not committed the violation I was cited for, and I also knew that the side of the road was not the place to plead my innocence. My biggest mistake with my divorce was in using a mediator at first and not engaging Laura completely and fully from the beginning. When custody and other issues came up, Laura was able to help me achieve pretty much every goal I set out to accomplish. Gabriella was so amazing! From the initial consultation she was friendly, understanding and honest. She explained the process, addressed the what-ifs and discussed options. I met Benjamin back when I was an adolescent aspiring to be an attorney and he was my younger brother’s basketball coach. Ben’s family and mines would travel along side each other as our boys played travel basketball. We all bonded over meals and shared hotels. Ben supported my dreams and even let me tag along on his cases to experience the real deal. Who would know a decade later I’d need him to defend me, I was at the wrong place and wrong time. I ended in jail , and with 5 felony charges for a crime I did not commit. I was told I would get 3 years in prison and i was having a very hard time in jail that I ended up on suicide watch . In 2010 I found myself being charged with 6 felonies. I had never even had a speeding ticket and didn’t know the difference between a felony and a misdemeanor. I literally chose Attorney Smith at random out of the phone book. He not only met me for case discussion but also made sure to keep every meeting and/or scheduled meeting with the police, as well as attended every court hearing. In the end, my original charges (6 felonies) were all reduced to 1 Disorderly Conduct, a 4th degree misdemeanor. To say he is anything but a Godsend would be an insult. Ross represented me years ago for a criminal case and to say the least he got me a deal that i thought was impossible!! During that case he even went to lisbon and got a driving charge dismissed for nothing!! When fishing for lawyers on AVVO, Ms. Gray instantly stood out. I didn't look at her credentials, or years of experience, or what have you when it came to choosing her. I based my decision purely from how she was honest on about why she was late responding to my inquiry. Reason being it was some family matter, and I felt that was just really...and unnecessarily...honest. I felt that she could have given me any reason, she could have said it was because of work, or saving a bus full of children. But it was just...honest and from there she has been nothing but honest.
Not only that, she is very responsive and the phone conversations that we have, she makes me feel like I'm a person and I'm just having a conversation with another human. Sometimes I hear the dishes in the background, the fridge opening, her sitting something down, the echo of my voice through a car speaker, versus feeling like another number in some office.
Her professionalism is outstanding. If there is something she can do to help you with your case, consider it already done. I hired Ms. Gray and immediately she went to speak to the opposing attorney on my behalf. She is honest and upfront about what to expect during a trial, the do's and dont's, and how to present yourself in a trial.
I could keep going, but at this point, if you haven't decided you want a lawyer who cares, then why are you still here? Go be just another number to some other attorney.

To say I had a complicated divorce would be the understatement of the century. Yet Brent took my case head on and fought harder than any attorney I had used prior to him. He always made sure to listen, hone in on the details and actually take action. A friend of mine recommended Hal after my friend went through a tough divorce with joint custody. I expected a difficult joint custody battle and wanted a lawyer who was willing to fight. Hal was always very knowledgeable, direct, professional, and polite. He politely but directly let me know exactly why some of the things I wanted were inconsistent with Texas law. He also set expectations of mediation and if we had to go to court. Hal's ability to read people is even greater than his knowledge of the law. This review is a long time coming. I've worked with and relied on Shannon on three separate occasions over custody disputes of my eldest daughter. On all three occasions she was able to improve my situation and on two of those occasions where my situation was improved, I was on defense where I was the one that got served papers.
I believe that Shannon's prowess as an attorney actually comes from her compassion for her clients. We had our child via surrogate; however, during the height of covid the number of guests in the hospital was limited. Our gestational carrier agreement was in another state and our child was birth in TX. The hospital couldn't do anything to help us and the birth mother was listed as the mother on the birth certificate. To have this change to my name was a challenge.
