I had consulted with Miss Bernier or legal advice on a divorce. My divorce was not normal by any means. I had to do with a high profile case in twined with my divorce. Because of that, it made it a very lengthy and expensive battle. Mrs. Vernier and her co-council were absolutely amazing. Everyone was willing to do everything they could to help me win my case. On a personal note, she would do everything she could to keep me saying and help me on the emotional side of the case. It was very long and drawn out, but in the end, things ended up in my favor. Vernier and all of her staff have become more like family. They were always willing to do everything they could to see that things were going to end up in the best scenario possible I would not hesitate to hire this firm again for any legal reason .

It was so relieving having Raj handle my divorce. Two days after I told my ex I wanted a divorce she went into a court and filed a protection order, kicked me out of the house, and proceeded to hold my dogs hostage. Raj got the protection order dropped and helped reach a settlement outside of court that I feel was fair. My ex was very aggressive and vindictive, but Raj completely dismantled her in court and helped me have a successful divorce.

Called Jason a couple days before my court date. After a couple of other attorneys wouldn’t return my calls. He called me in for a consultation and I gladly hired him. What I liked about him is he didn’t make any empty promises that some of these guys will make. He did promise to work any angle he could use to get my charges lowered or dropped. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome facing a minimum 120 days in jail and a 6 year license suspension. This would have ruined me financially. I ended up with a plea down to 48 hours and charged with a first offense charge. Honestly think I might’ve got out of it all together if I asked him to go further with it but it wasn’t a risk I was willing to take with that great of an offer. I also want to say that under the circumstances I thought they were going to fry me if they could. He was worth double the money I paid him. In fact I have paid twice as much with not near the results. I hope I never need an attorneys services again but if I do there’s no question who that will be. Hi staff was great as well.

The contrast between the lawyer who represented my ex-wife and Sam, who represented me, was dramatic: her lawyer's idea of advocacy was to be confrontational (luring my ex to also become confrontational). She went after everything, no matter how small. She made empty threats. She did not question her clients claims and did not damp her unreasonable expectations. Why should she, she got paid either way. Sam, on the other hand, was firm but willing to negotiate and find solutions. He has a lot of experience, treated me and the opposing team with courtesy and respect, he took into consideration how a judge might rule, he did his research, he sought solutions, and developed a big picture plan which he executed, in consultation with me, in record time.
In the end my ex has a huge legal bill, and did not get more than what she deserved, and if she did, it was in consideration for our son.
The conclusions to be drawn are obvious. However, if you still have doubts concerning what type of lawyer you want, I would strongly, and without reservations, recommend you discuss your case with Sam before you decide.

Sam and his amazing staff assisted my husband and I in a custody modification of children from my previous marriage. Ultimately the modification ended in my husband being able to legally adopt my kids. Sam and the staff were always available to answer any questions that we had. They also always responded to emails. I started the modification journey with a different attorney that made us feel like we weren't getting heard and we constantly felt ignored. I had recently divorced and my daughter's custody arrangement was not going well. She was back and forth way too much and she wasn't happy. I wanted to go back to court for a better parenting plan but my original attorney was on a leave of absence. I spoke with several attorneys but each one of them told me "it was too soon" to go back to court. Emily took my case and in the mean time, my daughter was falling apart with the current plan. We went back to court and we are currently working on a new plan. Emily was a blessing to me and my daughter. I highly recommend her. She is a fighter and she has become a friend to us.

Divorce was not something I wanted. Of course, nothing I ever hoped or planned for. I was hurt, sad and scared of what was to come. And now I had to take the huge task of finding the best divorce attorney in Williamson County. When it was time, I took the recommendation of meeting Will Holloway from one of my dearest friends. Thank goodness she was on point.
I was very direct and organized with Will and he never once let me down. His communication skills were impeccable and timely. His willingness to get what I wanted done in my time frame was met at every way. I never doubted any information or advice he gave me. I was referred to Neil specifically because he is skilled in complex divorce litigation. My divorce case was lengthy, difficult, often frightening, and highly toxic. You don't want just any divorce attorney for such a case. Neil is tough when he needs to be, but in my case he also worked for the best interests of my children and made every effort to reduce conflict when he could. I called Dana and hired him to represent a family member in a DUI case. Dana looked at all of the discovery materials and one thing didn’t quite feel right to him. He requested follow up documentation from the DA’s office, who stalled and deferred for close to a year, postponing court dates multiple times. Dana didn’t back off, and the DA finally admitted that he didn’t have the media Dana was requesting.
He negotiated a favorable plea agreement that was far better than what we thought was possible. I’d hire Dana again without hesitation.
