During what was undoubtedly the most unsettling and difficult time in my life, Nathan did a phenomenal job representing me as a father, and ultimately winning my case for primary-custody of my child. Nathan is very well-read and articulate, which was apparent whenever he had the opportunity to speak on my behalf or during cross-examinations. I perceived his calculated demeanor to be completely appropriate for my situation, which required some delicate handling. I had the pleasure of getting to know Lisa Harding! When I called her to represent me at a conference hearing I was surprised that I was able to get her on the phone the first day. She was much more informative about the court system then my last lawyer concerning child support. She didn't just show up to conference she communicated with me through the entire process prior to. She answered questions and concerns of mine whenever I had them I genuinely felt heard. She made sure she reached everyone involved at Family Court to do what was best for my case. Kathleen was great and fought for me every step of the way. I was left in a terrible spot financially and had an uphill battle of fighting against a prenuptial agreement. We settled with an outcome where I could continue to afford living on cape cod. I also was able to get 50/50 custody of my child. Something I was worried I wouldn't get. I've dealt with some health issues which can limit my ability to work full time and she was able to use those facts to ensure I was still able to pay my bills and take care of my child even with those setbacks. She was there to make sure I'd keep my emotions in check. She was always the adult in the room. I appreciated that because it was the hardest thing I've had to go through. Having someone fight for you when you're feeling vulnerable was really helpful.

Put so much work and time to get my ex husband to cooperate, because he was really trying to drag our divorce as much as he could .
Kathleen was my attorney but put so much effort and patience into making sure my ex husband filled out and signed all paperwork.
Communication was very well, great mediation skills and cost was affordable and reasonable , not to mention determined to get the process done in a timely manner .

Attorney Tannian was determined to help me get my divorce ,even though she was my attorney took so much time to talk to my husband and make him cooperate, because he was extremely uncooperative and unwilling to sign . She put a lot of effort and patience into talking to him for hours at end to make sure he us in the same page so we can move on , I appreciate very much her mediation skills because I don’t think this divorce would happen without her .
Not to mention she kept cost affordable and reasonable.. I am beyond grateful and relieved, because my ex husband was trying hard to drag it!

As a business professional, I have required legal services for countless situations over my lifetime. Mostly for normal business dealings, though a few were more adversarial in nature. In either case, selecting the best attorney for the situation is obviously important. When our family was faced with a situation involving a family member being falsely accused, I found myself out of my element as family law was an area I had never needed to explore. I did know however, not having the best attorney in this particular case would mean a devastating outcome and a tarnished record that would haunt us for a very long time.
My vast and extensive research brought our family to Usow Law and thank goodness it did. Simply put, Jody Usow is an extraordinary attorney in every way. From the beginning, she was great at managing the expectations, the process and our family. Even though our emotions and frustrations would sometimes run wild due to the unjust accusations, Jody always managed to recenter us and focus on the law and her plan to succeed.
Jody's experience and overall strategy in dealing with the opposition was brilliant. I was very impressed with her proactive tactics that set the stage for a favorable outcome. Watching Jody in the courtroom was a sight to behold. Measured and mild-mannered up until the petitioner's testimony became clearly disingenuous, and the lion was unleashed. In this day and age when we have so little accountability, it was thrilling to watch a dishonest person eviscerated on the witness stand during cross-examination due to their lack of integrity and vengeful actions. Needless to say, Jody was so compelling in the courtroom that the case was dismissed without her client (our side) ever needing to testify. Jody brought this 4-month nightmare our family was living, to an end!

I initially hired Jody to assist with a temporary restraining order case I was facing where my child’s mother over exaggerated an argument and lied to police to get the TRO. Jody stepped in last minute literally the day before, heard my story, met me at court and represented me for the hearing. The TRO was granted but Jody being the realist she is, let me know going into the hearing that it would likely be granted and why. Even then I appreciated her honesty and willingness to represent me on such short notice. After the TRO hearing my child’s mother decided she did not want me to see him so I continued to work with Jody with the goal of getting 50/50 custody and placement. Jody has proven to be a beast in the court room at every hearing we’ve had. She is very professional, down to earth, respected by the court and she knows her stuff! Her assistant Nick is just as awesome! We all worked together to accomplish the end goal and they were both very professional, nonjudgmental, and willing to educate me every step of the way. Nick even took the time to call and find out officers were in office, and ride his bicycle to the district to serve them for a court hearing the next day because they had not been able to be reached or served. I enjoyed working with Jody and her staff especially with this all being new to me, she would always answer my very long emails or phone calls in a timely manner, she worked with my family members/friends who were helping me with testifying or confirming information, and she understood how important it was to me to be apart of my sons life and have him be apart of my family and his siblings lives. She took time to educate me on what was happening throughout the entire custody battle and was patient with me when I did not do my part in a timely manner. At the end of my case, I got everything I wanted 50/50 placement and custody, even with the mother having representation and even with the TRO in place- which was a blessing in disguise because Jody fought for the mother and I to have court ordered communication through Our Family wizard where everything is documented for lawyers or the court to be able to access with no way for parents to delete information. Jody has been a huge blessing to me and my family and was worth every penny! Even after my case closed she followed up, gave me great advice and encouraged me to reach out to her if needed. I highly highly recommend and she will be the first name I give to anyone going through any family court disputes.

I hired Kenneth Kaplan to help with me with a very complicated divorce case. A number of attorneys preceded him and were unable to make any forward progress: in fact, a couple of them only served to make things worse. He reviewed over 1000 pages of case files and quickly had a thorough understanding of the issues. The case involved custody of a minor child and a number of financial matters. I found Mr. Kaplan to be a consummate professional who not only took pride in his work but also cared about the outcome of the proceedings. He was easy to get hold of and always returned my phone calls promptly. His advice and court action were always based in fact and tempered by financial practicalities. His advice created appropriate expectations and oftentimes served to dampen down my desire to move forward in a manner based more on my emotions than on my intellect. In the end, I avoided useless court time and unnecessary fees. The results he obtained for me on every level have been wonderful, a real blessing. I can recommend him without qualification to anyone who needs assistance with divorce. You will not find anyone better.

I had been contacting several lawyers about getting a divorce when I couldn't locate my spouse and they were tremendously expensive for this type of divorce. I contacted Mr. Marlowe about this and he was very reasonably priced so I hired him. His staff is the best and handled every detail swiftly andprofessionally. The communication was extraordinary an d they kept me advised at every step along the way. Finally the completed the process of trying to locate my ex with no luck and were able to get me a signed decree of divorce by the judge with no issues.
I couldn't recommend anyone more highly than Russell Marlowe and his staff. You can place you issue in their hands and relax because if they tell you they can get it done they will.
I almost wish I had another issue to hire them for, they were that efficient and handled it all from start to finish.

I hired Mr. Marlowe for a somewhat complex interstate family law matter. My issues were heard in Pasco County and Mr. Marlowe secured a favorable decision for me.
Mr. Marlowe’s staff are courteous and professional and there seems to be good continuity in communication between him and his employees. I never felt apprehensive about reaching out to him or his staff because they’d kindly receive any messages or phone calls. If they were, unavailable or needed to look into something, they would return my calls extremely fast and would have an answer for me.
In the Court Room:
Russ spoke clearly, concisely and accurately. Our Judge had no questions for my side because of how Russ prepared my documents. He clearly defined the issue and gave expert legal foundation for the arguments he presented.
Mr Marlowe’s most outstanding quality to me is his responsiveness and attitude towards me. He never seemed bothered or hurried in conversation, allowed me to speak and listened to my concerns. His fees were all reasonable and he was gracious with his time.

Gabriela Asrow gave me my freedom.
My divorce and post divorce was extremely complicated to say the least.
Gabriela jumped in head first, knows the law and my allocation back and forth, and represented me with gusto and professionalism.
I was often shocked by the information she knew in an instance about my case in particular. Only because it seemed knowledge that I would have front of mind, and no one else should. Gabriela did.
What I truly appreciate about Gabriela is that she listened to my wants and needs, told me what was reasonable and what was not, and WHY!
Understanding the why allowed me to be more flexible and realistic in my expectations and needs.

My divorce was extremely contentious to say the least. Negotiations were extremely difficult. However, Ms. Gabriela Asrow never gave up. The mere fact the divorce was finalized in a little over a year is a testament to her hard work. I appreciated her vast knowledge of the law which was very helpful during this difficult process. This was a tough settlement. However she got it done and was tough with me when necessary. She also cares deeply about children so I highly recommend her if should children / visitation an issue.

Hiring Gabriela for my pre-nuptial agreement was the best decision I could’ve made. Not having a legal background, she quickly brought me up to speed on the critical concepts covered in the agreement & ensured I understood the risks to each.

Chris helped me with a long aggravating divorce which was made harder because of a some other family items outside of just my marriage. I initially spoke to Chris when a friend referred me to him for consultation regarding starting a divorce process. However, it was soon evident that I would need to hire a lawyer to help me navigate what was potentially going to be a messy and long divorce, mostly concerning money and our one child together. Timely correspondence, knowledge of family law, especially in custody matters, and actual care of the situation were all an 11 out of 10. Attorney Noll and her team represented me for both my custody agreement and subsequent child support filing. When I say her and her team are the absolute best, I mean it! I had partial custoday of my childern and she helped me get 50/50 custoday when my kids mother was being extremely difficult. Julie was amazing! When I first contacted her office I was extremely nervous, but the front desk was very kind and receptive. I had been through a rough divorce prior, now changing my parenting plan I assumed it would be a huge challenge. Julie and I met shortly after my initial call, she was very detailed and thorough during our meeting, we discussed EVERYTHING. There were a few items that would be a challenge but she was open and honest about it. Julie did not discourage my desire to pursue the challenging aspects, she was just exceptionally realistic but agreeable of my requests.
