I was in the process of purchasing a house and they were something that was hurting my credit. Some of these items that were hurting my credit are: Affirm (30 days late 3/2023), Affirm (30 days late 4/2023), First Premier (scheduled to be removed 3/2024), Rent Recovery (Paid Collection) Never received prior notification of a debt. I retained Attorney Shore for a divorce agreement modification. All I can say is WOW. Hands down the best Attorney I have ever hired in my entire life. She is tough, smart, and not afraid to tackle difficult and sensitive issues with a firm and caring hand. I have never seen someone stand up for my rights in court the way that Attorney Shore did. She worked with me out of state, spent long hours on my case, all while she was EIGHT MONTHS PREGNANT. I can not put into words what her representation has meant to me and my family. Words can't even express the amount of gratitude I have for all of you. This court case has been so extremely stressful and I would have never gotten this far without you all! I hired Gillian for what I already expected to be a difficult and complicated divorce, and which ended up taking unforeseen twists and turns I could not have ever imagined. I can't say enough about her knowledge, insight, and professionalism. She is a master multi-tasker, and most critically, was available and immediately responsive when my case became a series of one true crisis situation after the next. Even when my crisis cut into her personal time, she was there for me. There was no hand wringing or floor pacing wondering when or if she would respond ... it was always almost immediately and if she was tied up, she let me know right away when she would be able respond. She is a no-nonsense lawyer, extremely efficient, and caring. All of her gut assumptions about what I should do turned out to be accurate. She doesn't tell you what you want to hear, but rather what you need to hear. She freed me from the need to feel as if I had to micromanage my case, eased my fears, and when my case extended far beyond a routine divorce situation, she connected me with other professionals who were likewise immediately responsive and highly skilled. I don't have enough good things to say about Gillian. No matter how complicated or bizarre your situation may be, she is capably able to handle it. When I reached out to Mrs. Pierce Nichols, I was distraught, for I had done what a lot of women do. I had trusted a man to look out for me instead of looking out for myself. I saw no way out of the horrible situation I was in. Mrs. Pierce Nichols was very caring. Very encouraging and very sympathetic. She reassured me that everything would be okay. I recently found myself in the middle of a "gray" divorce. 70 years old, married for 13 years to a woman that turned on me. I decided to represent myself in court, defending my pension, Social Security, health care, non marital assets, bank accounts and such. It didn't take long for me to realize I needed a professional consultation as her attorney's proposal was outrageous and would ruin me financially for the rest of my life.
Karen's name was highly recommended by a close friend. A quick email to her office and I scheduled a consultation.
I'm a good judge of people and immediately knew she was the person I wanted representing me. No nonsense or small talk. Straight to the point. Professional and knows the law. I knew she had my back.
Once the dust settled, I was able to keep 90% of what I worked my entire life for. To say I am happy with her service would be an understatement.
Regarding payment, her billing was straightforward and well documented. The entire process cost me much less than I expected.
In short, I would highly recommend consulting with Karen first. You won't regret it.

Attorney Gersten is a top divorce attorney in the area. She did an amazing job and what seemed to be impossible to me a year ago. I went through a very difficult divorce. Before hiring attorney Gersten I interviewed 4 other attorneys and I am glad I chose Karen. She is very efficient and has fair charges and accounting of hours practice. Karen is very knowledgeable and well respected in the court. She always fights to protect interests of her clients, while open to settlement without unnecessary trials if her clients are satisfied with outcome. If presented with challenge, Karen is open to face it without hesitation and do research of precedents to be used in the court. Karen is always confident and has genuine care for her clients. She always comes to the court prepared and ready to protect your interests. Karen is working hard to make sure she provides high quality service. I wish I could give Karen more than 5 starts.

I hired Attorney Gersten to represent me through a divorce from my now ex-husband, and it is the best financial decision I have ever made by a LANDSLIDE. Karen is the absolute pinnacle of professionalism, legal expertise, and client advocacy. Her legal counsel is worth every penny (and then some).
After finding out that my husband was having an affair, I wanted the best representation I could find. I was blind-sided and had no idea what I should expect navigating a divorce. I met with a few other divorce-specializing lawyers locally before finding Attorney Gersten. The consultations I had with other lawyers all seemed to end up in the same place-- a cookie-cutter response, and dismissive approach to the dissolution of my 9-year marriage. Not Attorney Gersten. From the instant I met with her to discuss my situation, I knew I'd found the person to help me get through the toughest season of my life.

I decided to read reviews already written. I could identify with some of the personal struggles that were written and understand the sincere sentiments of praise for Sarah. Truly a profound feeling because Sarah helped us navigate through a difficult chapter in our lives. Unfortunately, for most, divorce is not an easy journey especially if children are involved and your ex is difficult. IMHO, Sarah handled every situation with unwavering tenacity, utmost integrity and professionalism. A 5 star review is not enough. My elderly father and I met with Mr. Crouse to discuss asset protection. We found out early in our consultation that Mr. Crouse would not be able to help us going forward, because my father lives out of state, and he would need an attorney from his state to draw up the trust.
However, Mr. Crouse still spent over an hour with us, educating us about our options. He explained everything in a way that we could comprehend. He answered all of our questions and really made sure we understood. He could have easily sent us home, but didn’t!
I highly recommend Mr. Crouse. He’s extremely knowledgeable and you can absolutely tell he is passionate about his calling.

I had never used a lawyer before, and was going through divorce after 17 years in the relationship. Mark balanced patience and urgency with me during a deeply challenging time. He handled my divorce and custody terms with incredible pragmatism. My emotions were all over the place! When discussing specific options, he was awesome at keeping my mind focused on what I needed in the decree and how to manage going forward. There were a number of more complex terms, and he was intentional in explaining things to me as well as how the language works in these documents. I am a lawyer, though not a divorce lawyer.
When my daughter was a the start of her divorce proceeding, she asked if I knew any lawyer in the field. I spoke with a former colleague, a family lawyer who was about to retire, and she whole-heartedly recommended " a great younger lawyer" she had worked with -- Hayden.
My daughter interviewed and hired him. She was thrilled with him, commenting often on his expertise and, as important, his empathy. He took the time to listen and understand her concerns and problems.
Though she was Hayden's client, several times during her proceeding she asked Hayden to talk with me so I could provide my views to her. He was great from this fellow lawyer's perspective. His explanations were clear, very helpful and concise. (There are few things I hate more than a rambling lawyer who runs up the cost meter).
My daughter's proceeding ended very successfully a few weeks ago. I share her views that Hayden very effectively represented her interests and secured the best possible settlement. I will be forever grateful for his excellent representation of "my little girl."

Kirstyn and Catherine were great advocates when my Ex was infringing on my parental rights with visitation. So often, and particularly in WA State, fathers are at a disadvantage when trying to enforce parenting plans and court orders. Kirstyn was able to provide balanced advice telling me what is and is not possible based on our prior Court Orders, and we determined that my Ex was in fact in contempt. We then created a case and roadmap setting expectations of possible outcomes, and Catherine represented me in court. Even though the judge was blatently against us in court based on his opinion of our verbal argument (his own bias), the written contempt was ironclad and indisputable and as a result we won, creating better and healthier boundries with my Ex. I was even awarded some of the money from the judge based on the degree of contempt and Catherine's ability to outline the ramifications.

I received Ms. Palmisano’s number for and I promptly gave her a call and she picked up. Right away she went to work and got everything that we needed to start. Gwynna helped me successfully mediate a divorce. I was given her name by my financial planner, as Gwynna has successfully helped high income people through a messy process. She engaged a forensic accountant, helping me trace a lot of assets as separate property. Well worth it! Really prompt communication on the status of the case. I wasn't always happy with the speed of the process but that's primarily because the other party hired a dork and things get worked in the order they are needed. Cory is an amazing member of her team. I knew if I found an error in one of his documents, I was batting 1000.

I found Gwynna through other reviews. I met with her for a complimentary personal meeting. I came prepared with questions and some paperwork. She was very up front with me about what would be realistic in my situation and how she could help. After our meeting I felt confident that she was the right person to represent me. Divorce is HARD no matter what the circumstances are (or are not). I had my ideas of how it would all pan out....but my way was not all the "right way". Gwynna was very much on my side, to be there to support me, guide me and calm me down when I felt like I was going to lose my mind! She was up front and very honest. Supported me, but also helped me understand how the court system (and judges see things) so that we could make this the best outcome for me. I do have 2 young adult girls, so there was no decisions to be made with child support. But we did figure out fair amounts to be paid towards college. It was a LOT of work (on my side and hers). I trusted her, she VERY MUCH knows the system and how things work. She was able to handle my husbands narcissist personality and was great at adapting to the 2 lawyers my husband had through out the process. I can definitely say that she took care of me throught this 10 month process, explaining things to me, working with me through the bad and good, got me through mediation (instead of court) with a good outcome, and really showed empathy and compassion. I highly recommend her to anyone going through a divorce!

We cannot recommend Ashley enough. She helped us navigate a complex and emotionally taxing divorce case. The opposing party was extremely erratic, difficult and clearly displayed narcissistic tendencies that made the process even more challenging. What I like about Sarah Rose and her assistant, Danielle was that They are fast and responsive. I was in a bad situation with domestic violent, got CPS involved. They got me Protect Order right at the moment where I needed the most. I thought my case would take awhile to finalized but It resolved at the time where it should be. I got what I was asking for. The best experience during a worst case scenario. My son was facing false allegations of a Title IX violation. We researched and consulted several leading legal advisors throughout the country. Several took the approach of "fear factoring" us into needing their legal services but didn't necessarily express a true regard for my son's state of mind. After initially speaking with Atty. Joseph Lento, and immediately being treated with the utmost sincerity and having been acknowledged for our feelings with the matter, we felt we would be moving forward with obtaining their counsel. They even granted a follow-up call waiving an additional consultation fee to allow us the opportunity to address a few points with no pressure to choose their firm. At that point, we knew they had more interest in our comfort level and goals than simply collecting a payment. Once on board, we were assigned to Kyle Adams, who had the knowledge and expertise in this area of law and whom was an absolute pleasure to work with. He made himself available in the evenings, weekends and on his direct cell via telephone, Zoom, as well as in-person simply at our request to ensure my son was comfortable, even though he was over 2 hours away.
