Mr. Clark was beyond helpful with my case. He answered all of my questions and was upfront and honest with me from beginning to end. Our custody case turned our world upside down. When I found Jess Morgan she made the whole situation easier to handle and process. She always kept me informed and stayed in contact through out the entire process. She is very detail oriented and stayed on top of everything. I am so thankful to have been referred to Jade! Prior to working with her I had lost confidence in the lawyer I had, so I started a search for a new one....the one I initially met with referred me to Jade and felt we would be a great fit and Jade had openings, as she did not. From the moment I reached out to Jade I felt more confident. She has responded to me from day 1 within 24 hours either by email or phone. She listened to everything I had to say, got creative with different options and had a variety of plans in place as back up to try to keep my original goal in the front of the priority list in the parenting plan. It wasn't too many years ago when I first met this wonderful company; and at that it was by chance. One day I was going to a local/ national chain of a fast food restaurant where as I went to get a drink, I slipped and fell on a spill that was on the floor. Well needless to say the fast food place was quick to try to usher me out the door and try to act as if it was my fault and not give me the support I deserved. Well a friend of mine happened to have R&M's number and told me how good they were. At first like anyone else is was skeptical and thought these will just be some ambulance chasers and just wanted to get quick money and would settle for whatever was offered and move on to next case. Well to my surprise and actually opposite of what I thought of them before I met them; this team was very invested in first my mental health with making sure I felt comfortable with moving forward on the case to my physical health with making sure I received the best recovery care way down to not letting the big franchise lawyers push me around and treat me like I was just looking for a check; I felt they made the franchise respect me as a person first. Sorry this testimony is long but to shorten it up a bit; R&M hung in there with me until a respectable settlement was mutually agreed upon and I felt my dignity was not compromised in any way.
This my friends is why I had no hesitation when I got into a car accident a couple years later the first people I called was R&M I knew I was going to get the same personalized attention and truth be told I feel the max when it comes to representation of my needs.

Hire her. Hire her. Hire her. She will meet and surpass all of your expectations. This was my first experience working with a lawyer and I am extremely pleased with my experience. It’s never fun to be in a situation where a lawyer is needed but having the right lawyer on your side is extremely crucial. I never once questioned if I made the right decision in lawyers. She really listened every time I expressed concern about something and always worked through things with me in a way I always fully understood and was 100% comfortable with. My case was regarding child custody and child support and it felt like I had a great friend on my side defending my rights. It was always refreshing to speak with her and I always left our meetings and conversations confident in my situation. I am actually a little saddened that we will no longer be in communication, as my case has come to an end (in my favor, I might add). I was in the process of negotiating an uncontested divorce (outside of court) with my ex-spouse, when I was surprised by a court summons I received in the mail. My ex and her attorney filed a contested divorce case in the middle of negotiated an uncontested settlement! The attorney that was helping me prepare the uncontested divorce documents referred me to a list of trial attorneys, including Ed and team.
I happened to interviewed two other trail attorneys first, but I decided to go with Ed after our first conversation. Ed really understood my situation. Not only is he an experienced divorce attorney, but he also went through a difficult divorce himself. He helped me to put my situation into perspective and helped me to focus on the most important aspect, which was my children.
I worked with Ed and Bryson for 15 months. There were lots of court delays due to COVID in addition to my ex and I not coming to terms quickly. During the intake meeting (our first meeting to discuss the case), Bryson walked me through what the divorce process would most likely look like. He explained all of the steps we will go through and all of the opportunities to come to a settlement before we actually go to trial. He explained why people go through each step and what is most likely to happen for me based on my situation. Looking back, we ended up going through that exact process he laid out; and settling 2 weeks before the court date which he expected based on how far apart my ex and I were. We attended Zoom court hearings, in person mediation, and late case evaluation; in addition to many phone calls discussing all the complex aspects of my case.
One of the first accomplishments we had was establishing a temporary custody schedule with my kids. This is something that would never have happened without Ed and Bryson's help. I was having difficulty getting any type of regular schedule established with my ex. They were able to get my ex to agree to a fair schedule, which included half of the Christmas break just a few weeks before Christmas break. This is even prior to the first 30 day status conference with the judge. Over the course of the 15 months of negotiation, we were able to establish that I would have my kids 5 days out of every 14 days. This was after starting with only having them every other Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon.
Bryson was great to work with. He is an experienced and knowledgable attorney; and he had longstanding relationships with many mediators, judges and other people involved in the Fulton County family court system. He was able to anticipate many people's perspectives, which went a long way with negotations. He is also an expert in family law with many years of experience. I recall one impressive moment during our late case evaluation. The late case evaluator was a former judge who is obviously an expert in family law himself. Bryson and the Judge were discussing some esoteric detqils of child support calculations as part of negotiating our position, when the former judge replied "Oh really? I didn't know that." Bryson referenced where the detail was explained and the former judge said "Wow, I've been doing this for 30 years and I never knew that. I still learn something new everyday."
The settlement agreement turned out to be extremely valuable. I have already cut and pasted from it numerous time in communications with my ex, when she decides rules don't apply to her. It has ended a few arguments before they even started. Even post divorce, Ed's advice is valuable and has helped me avoid problems as well as giving me a better understanding of legal options when my ex isn't following our settlement agreement.

I can only say, with all my heart, thank you very much! I came to see Attorney Marilyn Colon's after having hired two different attorneys who I felt were not representing me to their best extent.
On the first visit, I saw how professional attorney Colon was and as well as her team. She was surprised by the situations in my case and I remember her reassuring words; "You are a good father and you will have time that you deserve with your daughter."
She took all of my information about my case and started working right away. I hired Mr. Wade to expedite my divorce after being with an ill-prepared attorney for 1 1/2 years in which I didn't get past the discovery stage. I got quick results with Mr. Wade and my divorce was finalized after 4 months. His support staff quickly responded to all my emails and returned my calls. Mr. Wade is very experienced and knowledgeable and found an error in a filing by my ex-spouse's attorney and took immediate action on her behalf which saved me money and didn't prolong the divorce proceedings. He is involved in all the cases in his firm. Every Wednesday he conducts a meeting with his associate attorneys to consult and monitor their progress and provides them with his expert advice when necessary. After reading another great legal answer from Attorney Routledge here on Avvo, I came today to write a review thanking her. Then I saw another similar recent review (from July 2023) saying many of the things I would say; I would recommend you read that review, if available, from July 28, 2023- I fully agree with the author's feedback.
But as for me, I am a paralegal helping my wife with a custody case, as we previously had a disastrous experience with an attorney (someone with a family law "specialist" designation, no less). With that person, we expended significant amounts of money to not only fail in our case but also to largely receive far less valuable insights and good information than received just from reading Attorney Routledge's detailed responses, including her feedback to a handful of our questions.
Based on her thoughtful responses here on Avvo alone it is clear that Attorney Routledge cares about helping people and that she is VERY good at what she does. She is a true family law specialist, someone we would absolutely be happy to be represented by if we were in her geographical area. I would also recommend anyone call her for a consult, if she has time, to clarify issues and get insights for hiring someone in your area. We definitely plan to do this.
Like I said, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND talking to Attorney Routledge; I was self-educated on the family law process the first time my wife went to trial (including after hiring an attorney) and then got my paralegal certification as a result. And I can say Attorney Routledge's answers could serve as a Family Law class in and of themselves.

Joseph and his team are incredible. I was dealing with a long distance divorce/custody case, with homeschooled children. I'd had a couple of attorneys, only one of whom actually helped, but then things seemed to fall apart. I needed to make some changes because my children were not doing well.
Our plan hadn't been finalized yet, so time was of the essence.
A few other mommas, in a similar situation, recommended Joe. I consulted with a few attorneys, but none of them were willing to really listen. All of them left me feeling hopeless and very triggered. After years of psychological and emotional abuse, I wasn't in a place to be able to handle those types of attorneys.
Joe was different. He was careful, calm, kind, and compassionate, but still straightforward with no b.s. I felt safe. I think that's what all of us want, really. Joe stayed in communication with me. I originally retained an attorney that came highly recommended from other attorneys in the area. I highly recommend Marshal and all the legal staff at the Willick Law Group. I hired them to assist me in a complicated family matter and they were simply amazing in their handling of my case. The paralegals are so knowledgeable too and the team approach they utilized was paramount in the success of my case. I reached out to Heather regarding a fairly complicated post-divorce, post-alimony dispute related to health insurance coverage for my ex-spouse.
After an initial consultation where she educated me as to the uniqueness of my situation, she described a path forward that would provide closure. Though the issue took over a year to resolve (due mostly to the pandemic) I felt that Heather was attentive to my needs and generally cost-conscious in her approach.

My divorce started with a different attorney. A firm I will not name here who honestly took a great deal of my money with very little oversight.
