I have used Brett on my workers' compensation claims for the past 12 years. He has a vast knowledge and can provide relative cases if needed. He has always been professional, up-to-date and ethical. He gives very detailed summaries and prepares me for how he thinks the claim will resolve so I'm never caught off guard. He stays current on the changes and even provides me with how the changes will affect my business. I haven't had any bad experiences with him on any of my cases. Top notch.

I called Cathleen Bolek to help me with a complicated employment case with a well known, global company. My case was already confusing because I had started with a different firm, and then wanted her to jump In and make sense of a bad situation. I don't really want to go into specifics of my case (tl;dr it was sticky, delicate, and messy), and instead would like to focus my review on my experience with Queenie, who I hired to represent me. I'll start with results. Queenie was able to advocate for me, and I ended up with an agreement that provided me better protections. She was able to secure more for me than what I thought was possible. This is significant, especially because in these scenarios we don't always know what we can ask for. It's great to have someone in your corner who does, and will do the work to secure that for you.
The second thing I want to emphasize is how Queenie did this. She is experienced and knowledgeable, there is no doubt about that. But she also sought an environment that would give me the most leverage, using a wide range of tools and tactics. Queenie threw herself into this and was an aggressive advocate when she needed to be, and a measured advocate when it would be most beneficial to me. That was my experience with her. She also affirmed my role as the client and in the end gave me room to advocate for myself in a manner I could not before. I hope to not be in this situation again, but if I do, and for the many of us who end up here, you want someone like Queenie in your corner.

Mrs. Trujillo is someone who is ready to fight for you and will do everything she can to help you. She was a huge blessing to my family as we fought for custody of my son during my divorce proceedings. She has a flamboyant style and is always thinking ahead. My wife and I first hired Kevan in 2014 to established our Will and Testament.
We met with Kevan again at the end of 2020, to revisit our many life changes including the purchase of another property and having children. With the many changes in our life over the past 6 years, Kevan walked us through the entire process of not only updating our previous estate planning but also establishing a Revocable Trust, Advance Health Care Directive's, Certificate of Trust and Power of Attorney & Designation of Health Care Agent for Minor Children.
Legal terms and the law is confusing to the both of us. Kevan was patient while explaining and helping us to understand our distribution of our personal property, transferring assets to our trust and updating our Beneficiary's on multiple different accounts & policies.
Kevan is very intelligent and hard working. He was more than willing to meet with us not only around our work schedules but also around the crazy sleep schedules of our two young children. We had to update our will and trust and Kevan was incredibly helpful, knowledgable and informed. For him it isn't just a "one off," either. He's committed to working with the family as circumstances change. It's a great comfort knowing we have someone we can trust to take care of all these legal and financial issues for us well into the future. He charges by the hour (many lawyers charge a flat fee), but he's so efficient that it ended up costing much less than what larger firms quoted us. Very, very highly recommended.

I was very impressed with both Mr. Rudolph's depth of knowledge as well as his professionalism and kindness. This was quite a convoluted mess of a case, one with several outside hearings going on at the same time, sometimes interfering with the matter at hand, but once Mr. Rudolph took the time to research the validity of my concerns, he never wavered in his confidence and trust in me. He figuratively then literally stood by my side as my advocate the entire time, most impressively during mediation where I tended to get a bit heated. This case is just now coming to a close (1yr, 7 months since filing) with my desired results. The charged party used delay tactics in order to have me give up. Mr. Rudolph dealt with each delay in a calm manner, letting them know his client (me) would not back down, and finally resulting in a satisfactory settlement agreement. I recommend him without reservation.

I hired Mr Norman for a DUI issue I was involved with in the MD court system. He immediately told me he was not familiar with the judges in my county and didn't specialize in my specific type of case. He then offered to help me locate someone who was. I retained his services anyway and he appeared to work twice as hard as the oposition lawyers to compensate for his lack of comfort in that particular area. By the time we went into negotiations he knew the issues better than the other law team.
He went out and researched the issues and reported back to me with options. He brought in experts he found to bolster my case. He was willing to go to court if necessary, which many lawyers are not willing to do. I was impressed with his work habits and straight shooting approach and appreciated his honesty.

I like to joke with Shehzad that he is too honest to be a good lawyer.
Shehzad is warm, friendly, honest, trustworthy, diligent, thoughtful, caring, and tireless.
He took on my first case against a big employer, and he went toe to toe with the highest price Boston lawyers, and he won. He handled their posturing, their threats, their aggression with calm demeanor and the facts.
Shehzad's fees were more than reasonable. His bills were always detailed, specific down to what he talked on the phone about, not just "phone call" items. He was amazing with his turn-around time, and often asked me question late into the night as he did his homework for the case.
Shehzad's practice is a family practice, with his wife and mother-in-law. Each has their specialities, so if Shehzad is not the best choice for your case, one of the other family members may have the expertise required. The practice is small and away from Boston, so you don't get the suit-and-tie salesman treatment and then handed off to a paralegal or a junior lawyer, but just an honest, wholesome lawyer trying to advise and advocate your case with conviction and passion.
I highly recommend Shehzad Rajwani, and I continue to entrust his advice on our business and other legal matters. I have had a half dozen lawyers over the last 15 years, but now that I have Shehzad, like a good auto mechanic, I won't let him go anytime soon.

Shehzad was referred to me by a friend of mine. Shehzad was wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable. He listened to me and then explained what the worst and best case scenario would be. Of course, I hope to never need to use Shehzad again because of the situation, however if I did need an attorney, Shehzad would be the first person I would call. I thought he was fair, honest and an all around good family guy.

I reached out to Ms. Kingston on two different occasions regarding situations with two different employers.
On both occasions, Ms. Kingston analyzed all of the facts involved and put together brilliant strategies and responses. Subsequently, both situations were resolved by Ms. Kingston without need for further litigation. However, if the situations had moved forward, I have no doubts that I was very well positioned for very favorable outcomes in court.
Ms. Kingston is extremely knowledgeable and knows the law backwards and forwards. Also, you will find that Ms. Kingston actually cares and will take time to explain your situation with all possible ramifications.

Attorney Itzkowitz represented me in a federal suit I filed against some major American corporations after I was raped on the grounds of an American owned hotel in the Cayman Islands 20 years ago. The case was poised to be a truly landmark case on many levels. At the zenith hour to the trial, it was settled out of court for a sum that helped me regain my life and belief in justice. I hired Jim after a very detailed and thorough consultation, and after having consulted with other attorneys it was clear that Jim had the best level of understanding the nuances of my complex case. As a former political appointee at an old government agency, we are often conditioned that have no rights as we "work at the pleasure of the President". I received the reference for Attorney Jim Eisenmann following notice that post retirement from federal service I was being investigated. Since I had almost no information or context regarding this investigation there was little information that I could provide during my consult with Jim. Jim skillfully steered me to what I did know or suspected and based on that information he was able to extrapolate possible scenarios. Having no previous experience in matters such as this, Jim took the time to explain the law, outlined in clear language the steps in the process. Jim was never formally my attorney, but he did provide me with legal consultation when I had some questions. He was very thoughtful and interested in providing the right guidance. He felt it wasn't necessary for him to be my attorney (I just had some questions), so it was clear he was trying to provide only the most helpful consultation and nothing more. I felt Jim was genuinely looking to help without the unnecessary time, tasks, fees, etc.. I felt I could trust Jim (and I spoke with another attorney whom I did not get that sense from). I retained Ms. Fakiha Khans legal services earlier this year. My sister was going through a very difficult divorce with her ex who was extremely conniving and abusive during the marriage. We had changed several attorneys , and the case had still not been finalized in 3 years!
