Mr Kloth helped out my in-laws with a lawsuit that was filed against them by the people they sold their house to. There was a water issue that popped up due to a lack of maintenance by the new owner of the property. My in-laws were being sued for $200,000. Mr Kloth was able to get them the information they needed to mount a successful defense. He laid out the costs of moving to a jury trial vs a settlement. After deciding to settle, he helped negotiate a settlement that was very favorable to my in-laws. We would strongly recommend Mr Kloth.

I trusted Michael Kornbluth with my future, career and livelihood. I met with several other attorneys before Michael and knew they could never handle my case. The day I walked into his office I trusted my husband, myself and no one else. I was a victim of harassment for many years and my harasser was enabled and protected by the highest figures at the company where we both worked. When I walked out of Michael’s office I knew I had found an attorney who was not afraid to take on a very powerful man and organization. Michael did not promise me an endless bank account at the end of this fight, he promised me my abuser and his colleagues would be held accountable for their actions and that my family and I would get our lives back. Michael delivered. He also fought for and incredible settlement. He would have gone to trial with me and I would have humiliated many executives in my home town. I had been humiliated for years so I was not afraid of a trial. Michael educated me to the advantages and disadvantages to trial vs mediation. He helped me decide that years of trials and appeals would not put my life back together. I sat in a room at mediation with the highest officials of the organization we both worked and had my day. They were ashamed. I don’t think they were ashamed of their actions, just that they had been caught and were being held accountable. Michael Kornbluth is a great attorney and more important an incredible person. When I pass my abuser and his colleagues in public I hold my head high and they look anywhere but at me. Brenda helped me with my unemployment cases. UI refused to Pay some claims and just royally messed up other claims for no rational reason.
I have hired many attorneys for a variety of reasons and most are not worth their weigh in dirt. Brenda is NOT one of those,
Brenda helped me with many administrative hearing. She was always professional and prompt. She knows the system and the ALJ's well.
One hearing got lost. She fixed it.
She helped speed up the process and cut the red tape.
Out of 12 hearings we won all 12 hearings easy.
The UI system in 2021 - 2022 is one Messed up arbitrary system of over worked amateurs.
With Brenda's help I got all the money I was due. Late but I got it and I would never of survived the COVID years without those funds. I would of been homeless.
Brenda told me what I needed to know and how to present myself in the hearings. (Keep quiet, listen carefully and make your answers short and to the point.) Great advice.
Brenda is a problem solver, without compromise and does not miss a beat. She thought of many things and strategies I would of missed.
Though we never met in person, I owe Brenda a drink and A hug.

Mark was great as my attorney. Prompt, together, knowledgeable and most importantly empathetic. The Courtroom can be very foreboding environment to to find yourself in and Mark made it a point to ease my apprehensions. My case was a wrongful termination. I had a medical condition which required surgery. Two weeks after surgery my employer terminated me, even though the previous month my annual review was all positive and indicated everything was fine. To add additional injury I was over 60 years old yet not old enough to retire.
Like most everyone in the year long process for justice, I was under enormous emotional stress. Kaarin did not get wraped up in my emotions but stayed focused on the case.
It was clear Kaarin and Halunen knew the aplicable laws, it was assuring to watch Kaarin in depositions asking the right questions to get to the underlying issues in order to prove my case.
Kaarin showed her expreience and skills in the mediation process with the defendant and mediator.
The case has come to a favrable end for me and much of the stress I've had has been relieved by obtaining justice.

I worked with Mic (Michael) after I opened a business that competed with my former employer. I had been sewed for allegedly violating a covenant not to compete with my prior company. We knew that for various reasons the non-compete was invalid, and Mic fought hard to protect my ability to earn an income in the only business I had known for the past decade. My name is Joseph M. Percoco and this is not another B.S. Review story. As a long term driver and valued employee of Fed Ex freight making over six figures a year who never once took a vacation in over 10 years and has earned yearly safety awards as a safe driver with zero accidents where I would have to drive 648 miles each day awoke one morning not able to return to work and was denied unemployment by my employer and was also denied workers compensation.
I can not go into detail as this is an ongoing case but I must tell you that I was turned down by other prominent law firms and was told that this case would be to hard to win and they were not interested because the amount of man hours that would have to be put in would be grater than the end result. My case was rejected by Lenahan & Dempsey , Merwinw Hanyon & Kaspszyk and a handful of others that you see on T.V.

I have read all the other reviews and I wish I could give 10 stars. I was with a larger law firm after a very difficult time in my life, and it was all about the money and the fact that they couldn’t make enough so they couldn’t take my case. It was like that saying when God closes a door somewhere he opens a window. It was then I found this incredible law firm and my attorney was Tiffanie Benfer. She walked me through everything. She called me. It was incredibly shocking because attorneys don’t call people. They have other people call you. The whole we will have our people call your people. I could ask a question in an email or text on the weekend and get a call back ON THE WEEKEND! Tiffanie was with her family but took the time to answer my question because I was concerned and scared. She would actually apologize if it took her a few days because she had been in court or have her staff call me to say she’s in court and then she would call me that night after a long day my Attorney would call me on her family time. She didn’t push me to accept settlements or decisions she knew were wrong just to get my case over with. The staff was incredible. It’s like dealing with people who really care about you.. Thank you.

i was an underdog with the deck stacked against me. my first lawyer was assigned and openly stated his bias in my parent vs grandparent rights case, so he was dismissed. my second was retained and was only interested in settling and not going the distance or asking for a recusal of a judge who also displayed biased and was giving a grandparent the status of a parent without giving the benefit of a trial. ms jones was my third lawyer, who not only secured the judges recusal but listened to all i had to say, worked hand-in-hand with me, and went the distance, all the way to trial with a replacement judge and was successful in terminating access with a very meddlesome and contrary grandparent.

I was a student at one of the most prestigious educational institutions in the US, and undoubtedly, the world. I had been away on a medical leave of absence for a year after my first year and the school was giving me a difficult time getting back in.
