I went to Mr. Clinton in distress when I was experiencing some issues at law school. Thankfully, I ended up just transferring to another law school and ultimately did not pursue my issues. I am still writing this review years later because I feel reviews can help people so much when selecting an attorney and my consultation with Mr. Clinton is one that really helped me to find peace.
Attorney Clinton came across as a very knowledgeable and helpful person. I have interacted with many attorneys as I am one myself and I can honestly say that very few were as kind as Mr. Clinton. Oftentimes, attorneys can be snippy, but he was not. He is honest about if he can help you or not. At the same time, he remains a very sympathetic person whether he can help you or not. Rest assured, you can tell him your about your possible case and all your problems with no judgment. I also like the types of cases he worked on. I felt they were very noble causes and this was the reason I called him to begin with when I was having the issues I was having.

We have tried several times to contact Ms. Holliday over the last several months with no response. We had to contact the district court to find out that Ms. Holliday failed to appear in court on our last court date. Her negligence has landed us all Failures to Appear on our cases. All of her clients in this matter would really appreciate a response from her and want to know how she is going to fix this.

Non responsive , irresponsible time management , etc. hired this gentleman and paid $1,000 before ever meeting him. After being rescheduled 3 times due to him “ being busy /sick/ out of the office I knew then and there he wouldn’t be able to properly represent me. While waiting in the waiting room , On our well awaited first meeting , I was groped on by another client of his whom was around the age of 60-70. I didn’t press charges since the other ladies in office were so sweet about removing me from the area he was in. Properly settled and appreciated. I wish I could say the same for my experience with the attorney I hired. I was rushed in my first meeting. I believe it lasted 3 mins before being abruptly told “ to reschedule since he was busy for another court date “ after that any phone calls in regard to my case and or emails were never answered and I never saw him again. My case was dropped by him about 8 days prior to my docket call ...If you’re looking for an attorney that is on top of his game , responsive , there for you , and has great time management , then he’s not going to be the right person for you. I had a simple harassment case and now have another attorney. If I had seen these reviews prior to hiring I would’ve went with someone else. Mr. Clemmons was very responsible in picking up his pieces in dropping my case last minute and offered wonderful alternative routes as well as was responsive in a very timely manner. If you need to hire anyone from this firm I’d suggest clemmons , sensing , but not grimes. I just don’t think I got what I wished which was to be represented wonderfully.

Mr. Sarantos does indeed come off as someone that cares and is the right guy. Don't be tricked. I will attest to my personal experience, one that I still am dealing with.
2 weeks ago I consulted. On 10/24 I paid $1000 for just a demand letter for a denied $20k claim against my carrier that I intend to take to small claims. I am new father, a student, fighting cancer, and have a full time job. I got weaseled by my renters insurance on some bs after I had my home invaded and was robbed of almost everything of value. Due to the loss I have had to drop two classes and probably will drop the others to save my gpa because the situation got me very far behind and without any electronics to do online coursework. He knew this and after receiving payment has gone radio silent ***except when I called off my friends number , he answered , asked me if I had given him the loss inventory and some contact info that had already sat in his inbox for 4-5 days. He said he was on it and has gone back to zero communication(no text, email, or phone call back).
Taking money with intention of not rendering service or with the intention and delivering this quality of service is just wrong and why I give one star.

Nadine Orliczky is part of a capable and motivated family law firm. She is an excellent strategist who helped me navigate a potentially complex and difficult case. Whenever we met, I received her undivided attention, and I felt my family’s well-being consistently considered. The firm became the clean-up team for a divorce that had already gone bad. I wished I had met the team at BGD at the beginning.
It is noteworthy to share that the entire firm showed efficiency with my money which was exemplified by clear and ethical billing practices. Staff were knowledgeable, friendly, organized, and worked well as a team.

I hired Tayane Oliveira with the expectation that she would help mediate a family matter and simplify the process. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Instead of streamlining the issues, Tayane's approach only made matters more complex and resulted in significant expenses. It felt as though her focus was more on benefiting financially rather than genuinely assisting her client. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend her for simple legal services. I was forced to file a motion to withdraw her legal expense at additional costs.

Miserable experience with Denise. In my experience she was woefully unprepared for court. Looks like paralegal does what little work they actually do. As aggressive as a wall flower expect when it comes to billing. Pushed around by opposing counsel at every turn. Would have been better off as a pro se with chatgpt. Substation of counsel could not come fast enough. Wish I could leave one star.

One of the first things that impressed me when I came to her was that she made me feel validated and heard. While I understand that "a lawyer is not a therapist"....wise words of my previous attorney. I do believe understanding my story and how I feel, what is important to me, aids my lawyer in fighting for what I want and being able to legally vocalize those things to paper. She nailed it. You took no bull and she fought me on days I didn't fight for myself. It paid off and I am appreciative of her hard work and expertise. Her front office staff is also very awesome. Having to deal with my legal issues was stressful. I don’t know what to expect. When I met Michelle for the first time she was easy to talk to, answered all my questions and explained how things would go each step of the way. She was always available to answer my questions. I’m still rebuilding from this tragic mistake. First red flag was when paralegal Lery said I could not check the box to seek reimbursement for the costs I’d be incurring in the case as plaintiff despite my actions being needed to simply locate our daughter despite it being a box on the required legal document used to initiate proceedings as plaintiff.
Getting Elizabeth to advocate for me was like dragging a heavy sharp rock or performing invasive dental work. She appeared as if she didn’t have time to brush her hair and arrived a couple minutes late to the hearing time but at least in plenty of time before my case was called. While, I can accept and appreciate her advice that some of my evidence demonstrating the erratic behavior of my ex, wasn’t relevant to our custody situation in San Diego, her unwillingness to present more evidence resulted in tragic results as far as ultimately limiting my involvement in our daughter’s life.
My Ex made unfounded allegations that I assaulted her, without any pictures, notes from seeking medical care, video, witnesses etc during our relationship in Point Loma and later La Mesa in Riverside County ~ 91 miles from where we lived. Elizabeth suggested I represent myself in Riverside County Court in August 2021. She said that if she decided to make the drive to Riverside she wouldn’t say anything since there were no grounds for a restraining order. Elizabeth didn’t question why there was no evidence and didn’t submit photographic evidence I had provided. My Ex cried during the hearing. Although, a restraining order wasn’t granted, a finding of domestic violence was made against me. It seemed as if she was unaware that such a finding could be made without a restraining order. This finding was the start of exponential life of misery for me.
In September 2021 in San Diego East County Court in El Cajon, at the conclusion 3 Ex Parte hearings resulting in me getting only 6 hours per week visitation with our daughter initially before more time would be considered, it became apparent it would have been in my best interest to request a 30 day delay in the Riverside County restraining order hearing and I likely would have had a more favorable outcome in my San Diego ex Parte hearings.
At the conclusion of the hearing Judge Miller (now assisting Supervising Family Judge in Central San Diego), asked Elizabeth if an October 2021 date CUSTODY & VISITATION &CHILD SUPPORT would work. Elizabeth told Judge Miller she would be unavailable that date due to vacation, however she took the October Court Date for me explaining another attorney (presumably Kathy Minella since she was the only other lawyer) would cover for her vacation and appear virtually for my hearing date.
As it got to be 1-2 weeks before my court date, I requested to speak with Kathy Minella to update her on my family issues etc since Elizabeth wouldn’t be representing me. I was then informed Kathy Minella was gone on maternity leave (presumably she would have been aware of this & Elizabeth’s vacation schedule when I retained their firm) and unavailable. The firm actually tried to connect me to another lawyer Dawn Luchessi via email but then that didn’t pan out. (presumably they tried contracting with her as a temp). My own law firm Manilla had to ask for a continuance of our lawsuit because no one could show up virtually in court on the date they said would. If Elizabeth would have just answered Judge Miller question in a forthright manner, no the Oct. 2021 date wouldn’t workout, we could have likely gotten a date in November 2021. Since we asked for a continuance within less than a week or two of the hearing, my 1st CUSTODY, VISITATION &CHILD SUPPORT hearing after ex parte wasn’t until Jan. 2022 close to 5 months after I had retained Lefiti

This attorney, took $4900 from me to do nothing but cost me my sons paternity time to be thwarted by not giving me notice that I had a child custody hearing. She was unprepared in a TPO order prior and would not assert herself to a lying & vindictive wife. Today I’m having to get another attorney to clean up her mess. She dismissed herself from my case without advising me of my child custody case court date. As a result I haven’t seen my son in almost 8 months. Now I have to fork out another $2500.00 for another attorney. Thanks Joyce for a splendid job that you managed to foul up. GREAT JOB!

Joy is amazing. She always listened to me to understand what my needs were and she did a superior job executing my request. Although I just met Joy, she managed my case like she was a close family friend who sincerely had my best interest at heart. During the trial she was not thrown off by the other party's spontaneous attempts to sneak in invalid information. She even fought for me all the way to the end when the Judge was giving the decision; she recommended an alternate proposal which would benefit me and the Judge accepted. I am so glad she knew what she was doing. From the first conversation with Joy I felt confident in her ability to handle my case and from the day I hired her I never worried again about my case. I am not one to typically write online reviews, but perhaps my experience will save others money. I consulted with Mr Loucel for estate planning advice for myself and my mother specifically about methods to protect assets from Medicare claims (he home). He charged me $500 to do research to confirm an irrevocable trust was the best path. After a couple of non response to my emails, I went to another attorney in the same field. At NO CHARGE, i was given a totally different answer. If estate planning is his specialty, in MY OPINION, he should have know about homestead exemption limits on property which would have negated the need for an irrevocable trust (again based on advice from the other attorney as i am no expert in law.

I hired Mark for a case I have in Florida currently. However he withdrew in the middle of the case because I would not agree to what HE said I should take. I am the one who hired him meaning if I don't agree with what he wants then he should try to fight a little more. He didn't try for anything I asked for and I was forced to represent myself in court. Attorney Karen Velez is a compassionate, helpful lawyer. She is an angel. It is unbelievable that even now I get emotional thinking about how much she helped me. My experience was that I met with her about a divorce case. My husband and I have a child and I was done with the marriage. As a mom I was struggling with getting divorced because my child is close to her dad. Karen met with me at her office and then spoke to me a number of times about my case. I signed the retainer agreement and moved forward with the divorce. I told Karen that I wanted the divorce filed and asked that it be done as soon as possible so I could start 2020 out with the process almost over. Karen drafted the documents for my case and then we spoke one day to discuss the financial affidavit and financial documents necessary for the case because she was ready to file the paperwork with the court. I then had my second child and as I spoke to Karen to discuss the financial documents needed for the case, I was sad and also discussed my personal situation with her. Karen listened and heard my frustration and counseled me to pause the divorce. She said that it sounded like I wanted to give my marriage another chance and actually gave me ideas. Real ideas on how to take a couple of weeks and discuss the problems and situation with my husband.
That night I sent Karen a text letting her know that I was so grateful that she is a mom, and human being first. It was incredible. She is a lawyer with a heart!
Most people would not believe that a lawyer would meet with a client, sign the client, take the money and work the case,but then tell the client to hold off on that case. Whoever heard of a lawyer having a heart? Ultimately, I decided not to get divorced. I would recommend her to anyone! Call her.

I highly recommend Karen. I went to a local lawyer that does not handle family law cases that recommended her to me. I met with Karen on a child custody matter and had lots of questions and concerns. You want a lawyer that listens to your fears and questions and addresses them. Karen is the kind of lawyer that listens, answers your questions & puts your mind at ease. She was also available to answer calls at 7 at night and meet on a Saturday at her office if that is when you can meet. She was excellent in court.
Karen is a great lawyer. I recommend her to friends and to anyone with a custody, divorce, time sharing, child support, legal matter.

On initial meetings she claimed she would fight for me, but what she did instead was cut deals with my abusive ex-souse’s lawyers (her former colleagues, definitely conflict of interest), and charge me through the nose for the simplest tasks. Her paralegal was rude and dismissive. They both allowed my souse continued free access to my home, where he continued to verbally abuse and harass me even though he was living with his mistress. When I became deathly I’ll with COVID (double pneumonia), she continually sent me messages that were all about his sides’ wishes and pressure for next steps; meanwhile, I was barely able to function. She was going to allow his side to. cheat me out of my rightful share of the marital home after 16 years of marriage and allow no alimony even though I had proof of his infidelity. She treated me like I was a crazy person and like I was the liar, but all in a condescending, phony way. After the trauma of the marriage, she further traumatized me by not having my back and draining my bank account. Worst lawyer experience of my life. I cut her loose just in time for the case to get moving and tackle my needs.

My child's mother is a wealthy doctor who was mad at me for being messy!!! That anger turned to resentment, and soon we split up!!! She than hired the most expensive and feared lawyer in the county. They used lies and a backed up legal system to deny my child his father for 6 months!!! I hired and consulted multiple lawyers and none of them could help my baby!!! Then JESSICA SUPER WOMAN ARNDT CAME FLYING IN WITH HER LEGAL CAPE!!! My ex's hi powered attorney was stuttering in the presence of her wizardry!!! It was truly a messmorizing experience!!! Within 2 weeks they begged for mediation!!! When your hire Jessica, just listen to her!!! I know these moments are the worst of your life, and I know this review sounds intense, but I promise I'm understating what this woman did for me and my child!!!

Caprice Hicks-Bunting has been a great advocate for my family and most importantly my child during our custody case. Caprice Hicks Bunting is a no nonsense attorney who gets the job done !
She was involved in a custody case for our family and did an excellent job. Being in Lancaster County and also being a male wanting shared custody is an uphill battle which she handled with ease. She did this while charging a reasonable price. If you want a lot of fluff and a fancy office don't bother calling but if you want a tiger by your side who does what she says she will then this is the attorney to contact. I hired this man to try to expunge my record in tennessee. Communication was great at the start so i paid him and waited. After more than six months i emailed him for an update g so after a month or so i called and spoke to him he said he would call back that evening, he never called. After a couple of days i tried calling twice but he was screening the calls and didnt answer. I finally emailed him to get my money back and he responded right away.So after giving him 750.00 dollars i got a check for 600.00. Cheap lesson i guess My advice is to look elsewhere if you need an attorney. From my experience he will take your money and then try to ghost on you!!!

Less than a star after being proving flat out lies. 1 meeting what she said would happen, however never was fully explained the process and what else could or would happen. I had trusted her and let me tell you she may have been a good attorney in past, but, this is a different person, as others had warned me also, but I didn't listen till too late. Please call around and pay someone who actually cares and listens and doesn't just tell you what you want to hea. I recently went through a child custody/support case. As you can imagine this is a very stressful time for everyone involved in the case. The case went on for over six months, and I can honestly say, I do not think I could have successfully gone through the experience without the assistant of Attorney McPhail. I had what was a slam dunk situation (described by Ms Brown and another respected lawyer) in my favor and the way Ms. Brown wrote up the paperwork, it not only got denied by the court. It was filled out wrong and I had to go and scratch out parts of her work and rewrite parts of it. Once my situation was denied, I tried calling Ms Brown and I couldn't even get a return call from her. I hope local residents avoid this attorney. So many better options out there and you deserve so much better treatment from an attorney.

Hired for my divorce. If I wasn’t actively calling or emailing them, they’d let weeks go by without reaching out even when action was needed on either end. I think the divorce took twice as long just due to slow responses and the inability to be proactive. I paid for legal advice to avoid losing more than I had to in mediation and ended up not getting much in the way of advice at all. I could have gone to a friend for free if I wanted to hear that it was all up to me in the end. It’s pretty upsetting to hire what amounts to a glorified $350/hr paper pusher.

Andres did nothing in the case of my son. He took over the case from Ashely Whitham, who was doing a terrible job and Andres continued on with it. He scared my son so bad that he took a plea deal that he never should have taken just so Andres did not have to work to help my son with his case. Do not use Andres if you want to be treated fairly and have a positive outcome to your case. Do not use Andres if you do not have the money to pay him because money is his main motivation, if you do not have any, you lose. Do not use if you expect him not to work with the prosecuting attorney to throw the book at you. Does not keep your best interests to heart will only use you to further his career. Do not use unless you want to lose your case.

This attorney is a certified scum bag. He's a scam artist, unprofessional, his personal hygiene is embarrassing, highly unprofessional, dishonest, no zeal or advocacy for his clients, no regard for bar rules, he'll dodge all communication attempts, the list goes on and on.
A public defenders representation is far superior than that of William Fredrick Treabold III. I wouldn't accept his services even if offered Pro Bono.
Avoid him or any firm that is foolish enough to associate with him. Unless of course you want to waste your time, your money and you prefer incarceration over freedom.

Rachel never gave up. She fought hard and always had a great strategy. She puts her whole heart in. I had 2 attorneys prior to finding her. My divorce lasted almost ten years with several custody’s evaluations and a contentious community property settlement. The first two attorneys were only in it to run the meter and overcharge me.
