Hired a forensic accountant but failed to apply the findings to help my case. Lost a Million Dollars. Old case, but one that deserves remembering. He made over $50,000 but was more concerned about his fees than my case. All of my settlement was in retirement annuities when I had children to raise and retirement was over 20 years away.

Called him "slow", harassed us about money all the time, missed court dates, used foul language at times, lied to us. NEVER went to see my boyfriend at the jail!! Always had excuses for everything!! Gina and her associates know well what they’re doing. Trust them and trust the process, they know the way. Personally, I entered into the divorce process lost, scared, and intimidated, and at the end of my process felt supported, empowered, and relieved. I felt that my child’s and my best interest was always at the forefront thru the entire process, my gratitude is immeasurable for their considerations. I was served with an outlandish protection order making very wild claims months after my ex-wife and I had divorced. The news was shocking to me and I only had 10 days to find an attorney to represent me. The original temporary order held little information. Gina agreed to represent me, was upfront about cost and options. She allowed me to mail bomb her office with all the potential texts, communication and support documents I had. She was able to sift through the piles of information and to suss out what was useful and not useful in my defense.
More than that she was able to identify the true cause of the problem, a desire to change the parenting plan for support money. I was the primary parent and my ex tried a desperate act.
Gina worked with my ex-wife's attorney to find a new balance to find a solution to make the time lost with the kids and the financial balance my ex-wife was seeking. She had a heart to make the case less difficult on the children and me. My ex-wife did not agree to any of the terms. And still wanted her day in court.
Gina danced circles around the plaintiff, expertly wielding the information and the understanding of a reasonable person's standards. The case was ultimately thrown out. Gina even followed up with me personally to ensure that I was ok.
I recommend Gina, especially to anyone who really is in a place where they know they are being wronged, and are willing to let their attorney be the expert on what is reasonable.

Avoid these people if you have any choice. They might help you, or they may decide to take a payoff from the other party in order to screw you, their own client, over. They are money-grubbers who are constantly trying to make up for their lack of funding by corruptly taking payouts. They did it to me. They might do it to you. They all need to be disbarred, especially Clara O’Brien and Tom Morosco.

It was a long road, but without her the jail time would have been way longer. Felony court is not a place you want to go to unprepared, especially if the state feels they have a strong enough case. Roxanne really does her homework and she will learn the case backwards and forwards. She is a very down to earth person but she's still professional when needed. I know we all wish return phone calls were quicker, but all lawyers are busy. She really handled my case well, and if I'm ever in the same position I would hire her again. I liked how she explained what everything meant, the charges, the options, best or worst of everything; witnesses, statements, depos, evidence, etc. She also has experience around all the local and some of the distant lawyer so she can navigate some as to what to expect from them if up against them in court. That is a huge plus. It was a very long case and I wished it away everyday for more than a year at least. Now that it's over looking back, I did the best by hiring her, I have my life back mostly and I'm extremely grateful for it. There were so many depos and statements to go over, page by page, sentence by sentence, making timelines, verifying each printed word, listening to recordings, asking for evidence from the SA can be challenging, especially if the case should have been handled by a different agency altogether. So many paperwork errors! As an example,seeing a date over a year BEFORE the incident date occurred. Roxanne honed in on all of it, I liked that, proving more and more of the injustice. If you can get a hold of your paperwork, double check everything! You won't be sorry. In the end, I really felt she did all that she could in my best interest, obviously dropped would have been better, but there is no such thing anymore as an accident. Oh, it took me awhile to figure out why the process involves so much and costs so much, its like planning a wedding... You have all the preparations to do and pay for and the waiting until the day arrives, but... either the bride or the groom WILL change their mind.. you still needed everything for the wedding whether it happens or not, just like hiring expert witnesses and things like crash experts, reconstructionists, High tech blood lab experts, mapping experts, Coast guard personnel , rule book interpreters, etc. These are all necessary for the case to go to trial, whether it goes or not, you still need them there and ready for the big day. Roxanne handled it all and she explained the purpose and lines of questioning for each. You will feel at ease with her, whether because of her professionalism or her down to earth personality. I'm not the best writer, but I think you get what I'm saying. She's good at her job and she cares about you as well, and I felt it. I was so nervous on the last pre-trial conference day, but she got me through it.

Mr Grossman did not do his due diligence and cooperated with the DA to cause son to lose a trafficking case. We now have two young girls that will not see their father for many years. Run as far away and fast as you can.

My ex-wife and I hired Grossman to defend our son who caught a ride from some questionable people in you from Pensacola to Atlanta where I live. He was asleep in the backseat of the car when he was rudely woken to being in the middle of a high-speed chase from the police. The driver and his wife were throwing drugs out the window my son was telling them the whole time to pull over and to let him out. Of course they were all arrested and drugs were confiscated picked up alongside the road along with some weapons and other items. None of the evidence that was picked up had my son's fingerprints on it or DNA or any physical connection to him. And yet my son is now sentenced to almost 30 years in a federal prison thanks to the inability of Grossman to object to things like the video of the car chase. Why was that even submitted into evidence when he was in the backseat of sleep. The wife of the driver even said that in a recorded statement. She also said a bunch of other stuff that went along with my son's side of the story and yet no one but Grossman could have gotten him almost 30 years and a federal prison. Now I know Christmas is going to have a response to this and how he did everything he could and what I'm saying is not true. Well if anybody's lying it's him. I'm not calling him a liar but if he contradicts what I'm saying then he's lying. Don't waste your money on Richard Grossman.

Mr. Grossman is an excellent lawyer and we cannot recommend him highly ENOUGH! He answered our plea for a lawyer on a Sunday afternoon and helped us navigate the legal system smoothly. We had never had need for a lawyer before and Mr. Grossman worked several months on our behalf, keeping us informed the whole way, and got the case dismissed. His knowledge, concern and experience were greatly appreciated!!

Mr. Johnson said he could help me. He appeared caring initially, until I’d paid him a large sum of money, then his attitude changed. He took my money but accomplished nothing. I was frustrated with his lack of communication and failure to help. I terminated his services and hired another attorney that was very successful. I deeply regret hiring Mr. Johnson.

Mr. Johnson’ s agreement contains a clause that I agree to be honest. I needed an agreement where he agreed to be honest. He wasn’t. He was ineffectual and costly. After paying him a small fortune I hired another attorney that actually helped me. I do not recommend him.

Every document is circulated to numerous associates, each accruing fees. It gets very expensive, very fast. He was too lazy or too disinterested to help despite advertising that he will aggressively fight for you. He failed to do, or try to do, what he had agreed to do. I terminated services because I was disappointed in his lack of concern. I regret hiring him and do not recommend him.

I hired Ms. Allison to represent me for a feeling case after speaking to her I felt that she understood me. At the beginning everything was great, I paid the retainer fees and roughly a week later communication with her became impossible. When I finally get in touch with her she would forgets important key information about my case, I ended up dealing with dcf alone as regard to getting my child back. Fast forward to court date, the first one she missed. No calls no shows. The judge reschedule once again no shows. Strangely each time we have court dates she would disappear and claimed to have been in the hospital. I tried firing her but she pleaded with me not to, being young and dumb I retracted my statement and allowed her to continue to represent me. Thankfully the state didn't have much to go on with, they offered me to classes and they will close the case... great I accepted however she had to sign the papers stating that we agreed once again she's a no-show, no calls. The case dragged on for another 2 months at this point the judge is getting frustrated with us and turned around and asked "if I wanted a public defender" I accepted and we signed papers and closed it. Ms. Allison failed to do her job as an attorney, the moment she got the money everything changes. She's careless and negligent. I wouldn't recommend her for nothing. I even filed a complaint with the board, this woman have zero business in the courtroom or practicing law.

Misplaced case info. did not move in a direction to help my child who was harmed, abused. She questioned me and kept saying claims made by my child did not make since. She kept inflating charges billing. She threatened to tell the judge, she had to drop me as a client for non payment. I gave her all I had. This woman as my lawyer, was no help, to a domestic violence survivor. She acted unethically. I chose this woman because she is Chair on the Philly Bar Association. Wrong choice. Not a good burromitor of her work. The case file was empty when I sought to retrieve my docs to give to my new atty and retain for my record. Why would she Elaine dissolve key info on an active case. I handed stacks of docs to her. Don't use Elaine. One truthful customer complaint with painful consequence is enough. Child best interest, with violence not focused too much risk. It appears there is another complaint. Similar actions. Over billing. Bully behavior, minimal result. Oppositional, not compassionate. I paid Elaine a huge retainer. She kept seeking more money.

Epic bad experience/waste of money, time and energy. To be succinct his staff couldn't be more rude and unhelpful which is actually the highlight of his practice. I made at least 13 unreturned phone calls to his office. With an impending hearing I felt desperate and disconnected from my case which involved my home. As my court date drew near I had no recourse but to call the Florida Bar. They were extremely professional and helpful and explained that they would send him a letter (which would take about 10 days). When I explained that my hearing was in less time than that they asked me to hold and called his office immediately. They returned to the line and indicated that he would be calling me. Surprisingly, he did. He was very agitated that I had the gaul to call the Bar. It was obvious that the only reason he called was because he was being exposed for the unprofessional he is. I wouldn't hire this guy to detail my car, much less do important legal work. You are the reason people group lawyers in with used car salesmen.

Of particular importance, she helped me understand the difference between what I wanted and thought was fair, based on what I read about California family law, and what were likely outcomes given the reality of California family law and the family law system in Shasta county. I was very impressed by Carmel’s ability to maintain her integrity, composure, and good humor despite the difficulties of this flawed system and the challenges of dealing with opponents who are willing to sacrifice their integrity and constantly mislead the court to gain an advantage. After years of feeling like a deposit that should have been returned, and was not, I feel that I was taken advantage of.
I never saw a bill only had conversations with him and he never put anything in writing.
All was well until I asked for the deposit back for my son's case, since there WAS NOT TRIAL.
He bent and stretched words and did not even have the decency to return calls or emails. Did not make complaints that he said he would regarding the conduct of the DA.

Due to Mr. Perry's arrogance and incompetence, I spent three years in prison. How would I know this? I was a lawyer myself! He made several references to my race and religion and didn't want to do a lick of work. So far, he has gotten away with it; but once the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals rules on this issue, he won't. In all fairness, he might be worth hiriing now, as long as it isn't a complex, white collar matter. and you can mortgage your house tro make him happy.

My review of Brad Ball would be a 0 out of 5 if it were possible. I wish I had considered that the few reviews out there are dated. Recently, I retained him. He was my lawyer for two months, one of which he did not charge me because he ignored my case for one whole month. I have given him $2000, not including the filing and serving fees. During the second month, his unresponsiveness caused me even greater stress. It is ridiculous that I had to beg him for almost 30 days to follow through with what took no time on his part. As a teacher working two to three jobs all year, losing that amount of money for that little work and that much added stress is a huge hit. That being said, after talking to others including getting objective legal advice, I was urged to cut my losses, which is what I did. I have finally secured an established, forthright, and competent female attorney. It has now come to my attention that he did not file many of the documents needed nor was he open and honest about the process I would face. So, I paid him $2000 for what looks like less than an hour’s work. Not to mention, everything he filed will now have to be amended because it is incomplete. Furthermore, he continued to send incredibly sensitive documents including my full social over email without so much as a confidentiality notice at the end of his email. Not only has he taken my money but he has cost me invaluable months and put my financial information at risk. I have never written a negative review. I am only doing so because I want to protect people like me, who truly need someone to care about their case and see it to an efficient and quick resolution. At least for me, he was the antithesis of that. Please beware. I will be reporting him to the Florida Bar.

Ms. Zoschak did not do discovery, did not prepare for my MESP and refused to talk to me about the panels conclusion. I was not told until after it already started that I couldn’t attend. She was supposed to call me right afterwards, but never did. I called and emailed her for 9 days until I finally went down to her office. She wasn’t in. She never is. Another lawyer called her and told me while she was on the phone that it wasn’t a good deal and not to take it. Jen didn’t even have the decency to talk to me herself because she knew she messed up, big time!
After that I pleaded with her to at least get my rightful amount of child support. She lead me on for months, but never actually applied. I’ve lost out on thousands of dollars of support. I make 1/5 the income my husband does. I have a permanent restraining order against him and she refused to help me get my support and also refused to get him to pay the kids court ordered medical bills. My children’s primary doctor refuses to see them since his share of the balance is so outstanding.
Jen doesn’t care that my kids and I are struggling. I wanted a lawyer who would fight for me. She won’t even return my phone calls or emails. Jen let me down. I would have been better off representing myself.

Jennifer is the most caring lawyer I have ever had the priveledge of knowing. Going through a divorce was the hardest thing I ever had to do and I know I couldn't have gotten through it without her. Jennifer makes sure that you are always informed with what is going on, she is very prompt in answering back phone calls and will go the extra mile for you. She is open and honest and looks out for your best interests. She made sure everything was done as promptly and accurately as possible, she never made me feel uncomfortable about anything. I couldn't thank her enough for everything that she has done for me. When you go through a divorce your emotions are all over the place and she understood that, and was very patient and caring with what was going on. What divorce attorney would allow their client to sign away all of her rights to a community property estate worth $$ Millions after a 35-year marriage and take a payment of $25,000 + from the opposing spouse to expedite it? Ms. Mushkin further injured my position going into negotiations by canceling a court date without my permission or knowledge 48 hours prior to the settlement meeting that would have awarded me Attorney's fees of $180K. I do not recommend Ms. Mushkin. In fact, her actions should be reviewed by the State Bar of Nevada.

Rhonda Mushkin and her associate Beth Rosenbloom did outstanding throughout my 6 years working with them. I had many challenges with the military side of divorce and custody and they both did great.
From the Office personnel of Christina and Adam to Rhonda and Beth, they are top notch and professional at all they do. They are very honest and straight forward which was nice to work with.
Rhonda is active on committees and her professional associations which enables her to stay on top of what is going on. She has many years of experience and I wouldn't recommend anyone else. I have recommended her to many acquaintances.

I was referred to Andrew by Legal Shield. The initial call was great, and I sent him the file on my case. After review, we spoke again, and instead of taking the case on contingency, Andrew wanted to do a retainer with hourly plus contingency, which I agreed to, and even insisted on increasing the contingency percentage. I told him I could fund the retainer and start the case in about three weeks. At this point, his demeanor changed significantly, and it got awkward. I called him back sooner than originally forecast, 20 days later, ready to start the case and fund the retainer, but it went to voice mail. Over the next few days I left several voicemails and texts until I finally got a text reply that he wasn't interested in working with me. I said I was sorry to hear that, and asked why but did not receive a reply. I sent a follow-up asking for the reason, but still no reply. Very unprofessional; should have believed the other reviews.

I first retained Penny back in 2001 when I separated from my husband of 20 years. Penny prepared our separation agreement which eventually was to become our divorce agreement. Fast forward 15 years and my ex-husband filed against me to be relieved of his maintenance payments. Penny had prepared an iron-clad agreement which held up. This is my second lawyer and I regret not picking her years ago. I’ve been in a battle with my ex for over a year. My case is extremely difficult and has a lot of pieces to it. Rebecca listened to every detail and was able to direct me properly. She explained everything in English and was extremely patient. She really looks out for your best interest. I went to Rebecca in March 2021 for an issue of recovering Child Support arrears. I had a phone consultation (re; COVID) where she outlined what my options were & the steps she recommended to take to to recover the arrears. Her office staff emailed me a retainer agreement which i signed & paid. As agreed, she wrote a letter to my ex-husband that struck the exact tone and tenor I was looking for to motivate him to become current on his child support.
Rebecca was very responsive to my follow up emails and i was successful in my recovery.
Only con was the billing process... I never received a 1st bill which included the drafting of the letter. In fairness, the postal service hasn't had a stellar performance in my neighborhood during/since COVID. In any event , once I received the 2nd months bill, I was able to figure out the cost of the letter ($300.00).
Rebecca is calm, professional, honest and polite. I feel she was an active listener and heard my concerns.I easily give Rebecca my highest recommendation.

Well, I can't say enough about this lawyer. After seeing a higher priced lawyer, with NO 'bedside manner' we were referred to Rebecca by a friend. From the first 5 minutes in speaking with her we knew we had our lawyer. She listened and was patient and empathetic. We needed to answer these questions that were very in depth. She then wrote her OWN questions to fire back and they were SO great! After submitting those questions...the opposing party was then willing to negotiate. Again, she is beyond helpful and very thorough. This is the ONLY lawyer I will speak to in the future. It's too bad you can only give 5 stars because I would give 100!

I met with Sam about my files lost. He said if I could prove it , he said he would sue for millions. He told me to get affidavit from constable stating and I did and mailed it to him. Never returned my call. Then hired don bailey. Federal judge didn't seem to recognize attorney's we were suing and representing other side , represented federal judge in at least 2 prior lawsuits.

Robert Langford is a true professional. I needed a help with a matter that was extremely personal and very urgent, and Robert helped me take care of things in a fashion that was prompt, discrete, and above all: friendly. Robert Langford acted interested in my criminal case and as though he wanted to help--I paid him the entire retainer up front. One week later, he very publicly withdrew from representation and kept the entire retainer for doing absolutely zero legal work. On top of that, he personally insulted and degraded me. I have never experienced a more terrible attorney--he will absolutely take your money and withdraw ASAP. Do NOT hire him unless you want to be scammed.

Brett helped me with a terrible situation with my husband back in July. Unfortunately in September we tried a reconciliation that did not last due to my husband's infidelity. A new Separation Agreement was prepared. Due to my fragility, he not only counseled me, but he tried to protect me in any way that he could. He answered every email and/or voicemail that I left him. If you find yourself in the unfortune position of his guy representing you against your child's mother, consider yourself without a lawyer, he will help your child's mother and leave you high and dry. I got Zeitlin thru my employment, after I initially saw how he was misrepresenting me, I asked to get another lawyer from the firm he's at. The firm refused to give me another lawyer, I spoke with his supervisor, got no satisfaction. Attempted to change to another lawyer, four times. He was horrible with my divorce. I wish I would have never met him or heard of William, Willig and Davidson.

at 10 am. its now 5;20 pm.

she tries to do everything by text message...
she talks the game ,
but frankly you should not fall for it.

Best attorney i have ever seen much different from most. He tells it how it is wont tell you what you want to hear to get your money like most. I first saw him at work when he took a close friend of mines cases he was up a creek with out a paddle so to speak with a long record of drug gun and violence charges to come with it. but this time he didn't really do he was just in the right place at the wrong time. for a prole person that was all it takes now he was facing 38 years. Kunal worked day and night on his cases trying to get all the witness to show up he made late night phone calls went to peoples homes to take witness statements he worked weekends and i could tell in his voice this wasn't just a job for him. In the end my friend took a deal that got him 2 years. much less then the 38 they wanted the cases took 18 months and he was given time surved.
After seeing how hard he worked i sent my brother inlaw to him. he had a baby on the way and was facing 2 felony duis assault on a peace officer and many other stupid little charges his bond was set at 30,000 . that was way to much for his family to pay. Kunal out of the kindness of his heart took their cases and worked with them on the fees. He had him out and only getting 2 years probachion in less then a month. now thats what i call hard work. he dont mess around he gets stuff done it wasn't a easy case dude to his long record. however he makes it look easy.

I would not recommend this lawyer if you want to be sworn at, put down, and not contacted when things need to be taken care of. He did not give me any paperwork involving the case. The only document he ever gave me was a little receipt that looked like an apartment rent receipt. The points that I really wanted to be brought up were pushed to the side. I was very disappointed with his work on my fiances case and I would NEVER recommend him to anyone.
