I have a close friend who was falsely accused of a horrible crime and he and his staff handled the entire case as a real pro and got her an extremely fast acquittal from the jury. Mike is a defense attorney "force to be reckoned with"! Not only is he extremely professional, qualified and experienced, he also has an AMAZING and UNMATCHED presence and demeanor in a trial setting. To quote my husband..."Watching him in the courtroom was mesmerizing....Mike was BORN to do this!" Worth every penny!

Dan's law firm helped me with an embarrassing charge for which the prosecuting attorney wanted ten years in prison and at least ten more years of registration, a felony B. At the initial consultation Dan very professionally and courteously outlined a plan how to defend the case. He and his partner Joe Flees fought a long fight to bring it down to an amended charge of a felony D (E on current statutes) with no registration and I got probation.

My son,had got himself in trouble with drugs and started to run with people who you would say had questionable character,and of course they did . I am his step dad,and have been in on and consulted with his Attorneys and have not been left in the dark. Mr. Huston has rescued me on two seperate occasions. When i signed for prison time i was terrifed and he made sure i was able to acquire all of my back time and told me i wouldny serve very much of my prison term. I did 19 days on a 3 year tdc sentence and i am grateful for having the best attorney in the great state of Texas.

Mr. Huston is a phenomenal lawyer and worked incredibly hard on my case even though he was appointed to me, not hired by me. He got me misdemeanor time on a state jail felony case that I was originally offered a year on. He went even further and fought for me to have my time served on the weekends only, in county jail, and everyday I am there counts as two days. he made sure that I was able to keep my job and be at home with my wife and daughters the majority of the week. He recently went out of his way and got the time pushed back that I go into the county jail, while still getting credit for that day, so I could pick up an extra shift at work, which he did not have to do. If I ever were to get in trouble again this man would be my first call. I would highly recommend him to anyone with a criminal case. He's highly intelligible, easy going and hard working. If he did this good of a job on a case where he was appointed by the court, he's obviously worth every dime someone would be paying him.

My Son was facing serious felony criminal charges which could have resulted in multiple years in prison. In all honesty in Mr. Poe being his court appointed attorney we really were not expecting much. Sadly this wasn’t my sons first time in trouble and our experience with both hired and court appointed attorneys hasn’t been the best. They’ve often been difficult to reach and we’ve found ourselves to be just another case file. This wasn’t the case with Brian Poe. Not only did we find him extremely knowledgeable in federal criminal law, he was compassionate and treated my son and our family with respect. He took NUMEROUS calls from my son and myself and always took the time to explain every step of the process. Brian actually would take the time to message me when he would meet with my son just to let me know that he was doing okay. He’s genuinely just a good man. In our experience with Mr. Poe we found him to be a dedicated, knowledgeable attorney with a great working relationship with both the DA and the courts. In court he fought for my son and was able to get the minimal amount of time on his sentence. I sincerely don’t believe we could have done this without him. Ms. Qassim is a phenomenal attorney, I was facing 10+ years in federal prison, in the federal system cooperating with the government is a big thing and reduces sentences, which this is nothing that i would do. Ms. Qassim never once asked me to jeopardize my integrity to make her job easier ( Mad respect)!!! Once Ms Qassim knew that cooperating was not an option she prepared extremely creative motions and augured for for my freedom. I knew that it was going to be a very hard case and that jail time was emanate. Ms. Qassim spent hours with me going over discovery and showed passion and care! She was always available to speak with, returned calls immediately, very detailed, and made sure that i understood the whole process. During my sentencing she argued to get me the lowest of time on my plea agreement and she did it!!! I will say that she also never tried to just make me plea out, trial was always an option and she made sure that i knew the facts and she never comes sideways, always straight, nothing hidden. Ms Qassim is fierce, intelligent, creative, resourceful, and knows what she is doing. Thru Ms Qassim's hard work i ended up getting less than 4 years!!! I had a newborn that i would be able to actually be with him while he grows, thanks to Ms. Qassim. I know that there are fees for attorneys, I feel though deeply indebted to her because of how everything turned out. Also during my prison term Ms. Qassim checked in with me to make sure that i was being treated properly in the system and make sure i was staying in good spirits!! Ms. Qassim goes above and beyond, that is the truth!!! It would be not well researched to go any where else, Ms Qassim is the attorney you want!!!

I hired setara back in 2018 and was facing a minimum sentence of 10 year for trafficking marijuana along state lines in Florida . I came to miss Calvert last year, with a domestic violence charge, I had warrants for my arrest, a battery charge, a breaking a court order charge and a vandalism charge, I was scarred as hell! I actually found Miss Calvert on this website, I got in touch and within no time at all I was free of the warrants with no arrest..she then tackled the criminal charges, ( each of witch carried a year In jail, that's 3 years not to mention possible immigration consequences witch could follow ) the DA came back with a. Few pleas, but miss Calvert handled me and the situation swiftly, with skill, precision and a smile! She was able to get just a few anger management classes and the charge will go away, with no possibility a for immigration to then get there hands on me! The best possible outcome is exactly what she gotta. She made my fear go away, she was very communicative and honest with me, I found the way she handled everything, well for no better words, ABSOLUTLY FLAWLESS! If I were the DA in Sacramento, I'd either be sending all my assistant DAs back to Law school or I'd be trying my best to recruit her! ( I'd put money on the DA at some point does try and recruit her ) she has the energy, charisma and skill none of witch I have seen I any DAs office or any law firm for that matter! Attorney Miglore is THE G.O.A.T. (Greatest Of All Times) when it comes to Criminal Law. He was able to do what others said would NEVER EVER happen. My spouse had an issue that he was grandfathered into when the laws changed which was out of state that required him to register as a sex offender. We lived in Illinois for a brief period and to be in compliance with the law he had to register. The out of state Judge granted an order to remove him from the registry nationally. Since we lived in Illinois briefly, he was on the registry and was told that he would be on the Ilinois registry for the rest of his life, even though we don't reside there anymore. My wife received a ticket for not properly stopping by a school bus in a school zone. it was total B.S. she was stopped the bus was moving with his sign out! Naturally there was a ticket maid from the government to watch and nail her with a ticket. He probably sits there all day. Its just another revenue generator for local government. Its a very serious ticket because they threaten to restrict or suspend your license ( its all about kids safety right?lol) Plus she works as a nanny and submits to background checks. she was interviewing with a couple when this happened and this ticket came up in a check on care.org and they suspended my wife's account like she was guilty!!! what happen to innocent until proven guilty. it was a real mess.
Sal got it changed to a changing lanes violation with online drivers improvement school and a probation period. These over paid ticket maid are out to nail you and generate revenue for the local government. thats their real job. Do not let them steal from you. You have rights. Hire Sal!
To end a bright note the couple hired my wife with a four year contract. They said everyone knows what the cops are up to so it didn't bother them in the least.

Entering Liberty County on a poss < 1g enhanced indictment (while on bond for same offense in Garza County, TX) Mr. Schaffer, Liebermann & Sorreson (his team) negotiated a probated plea for me. The beauty of the plea was FACT, my first TDC # was 367859, second was 412479 & BOP # 16639-077. I would have screamed FANTASY from the highest mountain however this firm is the REAL DEAL! No unrealistic expectations along the way either, just straight to the point facts. Great post conviction work as well, the firm handled an appeal for me up to and through the 5th circuit and I ran out of defense funds or I think & believe in the US Supreme Court the case would have been reversed. If you need top shelf representation spend the money and retain this firm it is worth every dime. Good luck to all!!

I recently was charged with a serious felony offense. I went to see Mr. Schaffer and at first I was a little put off by the price. The several other lawyers that I spoke to were much cheaper, but since my freedom was at stake I decided to spend the money. Mr. Schaffer and his team sprang into action and they left no stone unturned. My case went to the grand jury and Mr. Schaffer made an excellent presentation that resulted in my case being nobilled and dimissed. I don't know if another lawyer could have got the same result, but I doubt it. I have my freedom and a clean record and I am totally satisfied with the way my case was handled. I would recommend him to anyone.

Cory came highly recommended to me. I'd heard that he was a near legend miracle worker in the courtroom (a repeated D.U.I case that might have ended up really bad, he made really right.) . But I"d never needed a D.U.I. fixed. However! Crazy things can happen when you least expect it--a police officer going through your purse and finding EXACTLY the wrong thing for instance. Other attorneys said i needed to take a deal that was ending up with time. Down to 30 months. He informed me what trial would cost and due to officer statements and other statements forced out of a witness in writing most likely not being able to be thrown out easily a trial was risky. He threatened with some solid motions even using an existing motion written by my last council in a much better fashion. It was effective and at least a deal was mad for some probation instead of doing time then possible acquit in an apeal. Sadly did end up taking a deal but was an amazing end to the situation and rapidly was taken care of. Definitely would recommend him all over the nation and thankfully I had some friends to help cover the costs that i was able to pay back. He is expensive but if there is a exploit in the case he will find it.
