During the years I needed Mr. Phillip Chalker expertise on three separate occasions. First, with a tenant that refused to leave the property. Secondly, was with a contract release of a shady management company. Finally, a mutual lease break with multi-tenants. Mr. Chalker's knowledge and quick action was everything I would hope for in a lawyer. All three occasions ended in my favor thanks to him. Mr Jacoby was as thorough as one could be and exceptionally knowledgeable in his field. He took a surprising amount of time both listening to our circumstances and explaining how best to proceed. Most importantly, it’s very clear his excellence stems from a true care of people.
In addition, his staff is no less attentive and caring. I worked with Lisa Waltrip, who was wonderful. We navigated through a tedious Medicaid process with relative ease, with Lisa carefully explaining each step and simplifying everything.
On top of it all, one day Lisa sent an email-she’d stopped and met my mother. In a world where personal attention and care seems to be greatly diminishing, this floored me. What a truly exceptional group of people.

Where do I begin? Compassion, Grit, Tenacity, Work- ethic, professional, are only a few of the words I would begin to describe Attorney Jacoby and his team, more specifically in my case Ms. Marcano. Any questions, concerns, were always responded to quickly and with full detail by Mr. Jacoby or his team. I have an extremely difficult and challenging situation, but Attorney Jacoby has always been patient and will do whatever is needed to help. Bob and his team are true professionals and handled everything for me. Airbag and seatbelt restraint light
My name is Cameron and I had a BMW I three rex I just purchased the vehicle back in June 2020. A week after I bought the vehicle my seat belt restraint and airbag light came on. I am mediately took it two the BMW dealership where I purchased a vehicle they told me it was fixed after a few days and gave me my vehicle back roughly 2 weeks later the light appeared again. I took the vehicle back to the dealership where this time they kept my vehicle for just over a week. They returned my car where I drove it for approximately another week and the light came back on for a third time. At this point I was becoming very frustrated with the service that I was receiving from BMW because I just purchased this vehicle and I have two young children that ride in this vehicle with me and the car is indicating that there is something wrong with the seatbelts and the airbag.
I did some research on the Lemon Law through Google and that is where I found Brett Shainfeld, Esq. I called his number and spoke with them over the phone telling him a story about my car. I felt confident after our conversation that I had found the right person to help me with my lemon law case. All of the paperwork was done via email which was reassuring given all that has been happening with the pandemic in 2020. Brett explained to me the process of the Lemon law and immediately begin to work on my case. He was very forthright and always answered my calls or text keeping me informed at all times during the process. While Brett was working on my lemon law case I had to take my vehicle back to BMW for the same issue three more times.
In October Brett informed me that BMW of America excepted my lemon law case and would move forward with the buyback program. All I had to do in this whole process was provide Brett with the documents he requested from me. This made The process very easy and best of all I had no out-of-pocket fees as originally promised in our first conversation.

I hired Kelly to represent me, and this decision was validated every time I spoke with, emailed, or met with him. I would leave his office, hang up the phone, or read one of his email responses and feel instantly better. He was helpful, direct, and respectful throughout the entire process and gave thorough answers to my questions in a relevant way. No games. Straight answers, anticipating I'd make the decisions I needed to make based on my own judgement system and respecting whatever that might be. He was also very personable and sincerely seems to like his work and helping people. This is important!
You'll be doing the work (gathering documents, going through the budget courses, keeping track of communications from creditors, etc.), and you will want someone you can communicate well with and who welcomes your questions. We traveled internationally in November 2019 and had $11,000 of fraudulent transactions made on our credit card. After trying to resolve this directly with Citi for 6 frustrating months without success we engaged Michelle. Michelle and team were responsive and transparent. I felt like I knew what my options were at every point in the process and had enough information to make an informed decision on next steps. Michelle started by trying to navigate similar channels we had tried (lower cost option for me) and when it became clear that wouldn't be effective, we changed course to take legal action which fully resolved the matter within less than 6 weeks. I was happy with the settlement - we were reimbursed for all fraudulent charges, legal fees and a couple hundred dollars for statutory damages.

Best phone call I ever made. While speaking with Mr. Rothkoff for the first time, he asked "why are looking for legal help with managing your mother's estate?" My case was very difficult and I had so many attorneys decline my case but they would tell me to contact Ms. Speyer, so she’s very well respected with her colleagues they said she would help move things along in my case. Another review said she’s not coddling which she isn’t and that’s needed in order to get things done and keep clients on task it helped me so much. She’s very well respected with the court systems especially Phila Register of Wills and that helps when your trying to get information or get something done. She did a great job of keeping me on task and not letting me get bothered by irrelevant information especially the hatred coming from the other side, so her not allowing me to get emotional showed me she knew what I needed at the time to keep things moving along. As executor for both my father and sister's estates, I found myself out-of-my-league in completing the numerous court documents and deadlines needed to meet the State's requirement. Additionally, I was steering this during recovery from a heart transplant. Debra was invaluable to me, working closely to complete the inheritance tax requirements, determine the disbursement of funds to their heirs and nursing me along to submit the required documents needed for closeout.

Does the word lawyer conjure up visions of a suit standing on top of something tall screaming at you? Lawyers who bill at $400+/hr even if a paralegal does most of the work? Thank goodness none of them bothered to return my call.
Recently I had to go through the legal eviction process for the first time. Being naive cost me time, stress, and my tenant turned out to be quite cunning.

I contracted with Mr. Arcia's firm to help with a difficult mortgage refinance.
I had tried unsuccessfully to renegotiate my mortgage on my own. The lender was very happy to raise my monthly by $2000 when my lousy mortgage signed at the peak of the housing craziness converted from fixed to variable.
Mr. Arcia's staff took care of all the details during the 18-month process. Through it all they kept me informed and promptly answered any questions I had.
In the end I was able to stay in my home while actually paying a few hundred dollars a month less than before.
