We had lost an initial case against the City of Chicago for past due violations. Even started a payment plan. Mr. Ritenhouse was referred to us by another Attorney. He was honest from the beginning about upfront costs. And was very informative about how the City operated. He immediately filed an appeal and kept us up to date of the status. I was waiting for a green light when my car was hit and pushed about 60 yards back, into a curb. The irony is that my insurance company also insured the person who was at fault. Our firm hired Anthony as co-counsel to handle a very complex wrongful death case in Montana. To say that I was impressed would be an understatement. Its hard to put into words what Anthony helped our family with and through. It was the worst time of our lives and not knowing anything about attorneys, it was nerve wracking to say the least. I am just so thankful we ended up with Anthony. Its scary to take on a legal battle of any kind but when you have someone like Anthony on your side it makes it so much easier to bare. The fear one feels when in deep with the IRS is beyond words. “It’s all your fault”, you tell yourself and so do others without batting an eye. You change the station every time a “tax forgiveness” ad comes on the radio or TV. At one point I was turning off the song Somebody’s Watching Me by Rockwell with its infamous line “I wonder who’s watching me now, who? The IRS? I would do anything to avoid thinking of the IRS. If you’re reading this then you know exactly what I’m talking about. Get help, call Greg. He understands and he’s a nice guy that will sit down and speak to you like a normal and concerned person. I promise that you will feel some relief after you’ve met with him. I wish you the best in your struggle.

Paige and James are an incredible team! I was in a very complicated and uncertain predicament both financially and legally. I had a tragic situation that took my father's life, my mom was extremely ill and living in an outragelously expensive nursing home. I had met with 4 estate planning attornies before I found Paige and James and every single one basically told me there was nothing they could do for me. (and charged me a lot to tell me no and nothing!!) I was an emotional mess, exhausted and confused. I called a 5th attorney who couldn't help me because she didn't handle Lake County, but referred me to James Siebert. I met with James and Paige to discuss my situation. They didn't tell me no, they said maybe and we will have to see. They gave me multiple options to my senairos and advised me on what they felt was the best way to handle each issue I was faced with. An IRS Criminal Investigator came snooping around my house and began asking me a lot of alarming questions. The investigator had a badge and a gun! Basically he was not welcomed into my house. The Tax Attorneys at 1-800-LAW-FIRM calmed me down. The tax attorneys told me that an IRS criminal investigator investigates tax crimes and helps prosecute tax crimes. I was very disturbed by the IRS coming to my house. I thought I might be able to talk myself out of the problem but the tax attorneys told me this was a bad idea. The Attorneys talked to the Investigator and after some negotiation the problem went away. That’s all I can really say about this but the Attorneys did a good job and I did not go to jail.

IRS sent me letters saying I had to pay them back for a big tax refund I got. I was shocked because I did not get any type of refund. I could not figure out what was going on and I was scared. So I started calling some people to figure out what to do. My CPA referred me to Federal Tax Defense at 1-800-LAW-FIRM – I had about a 20 minute conversation with one of the Tax guru’s over there who totally knew what I was going thru. I completed the paperwork and they called the IRS for me and explained what was going on. It seemed fairly easy to them but very complicated to me. The Tax Defense team got the IRS to begin an investigation on my case and all the crazy letters stopped. Now I am able to move forward because the identity theft defense was granted by the IRS – my Lawyers won. I’m glad I retained a Tax Defense team who knew what they were doing. I made a good decision and their customer service was very good. Thank you.

If you need a divorce or family attorney, Atty Danielle Thomason is the BEST of the BEST! I only wish I had found her for my divorce 10 yrs ago. I had a horrible experience with my original divorce attorney so I panicked when served an unexpected modification 10 yrs post divorce, and all I can say is how GRATEFUL I am for Danielle. She is compassionate, empathetic, listens, and treats every person like she's walking in their shoes. She's not all about the "billable hours, minutes, emails etc." but about truly helping her clients...she would even call me after my work hours because it was hard to chat privately at work sometimes. I am a single mom of 3 with my last off to college and have lived on a limited income for years. So when I was served with modification paperwork at the beginning of covid when money, life etc. was stressful enough, I am so blessed I found Danielle. She is a top notch attorney (the kind you think you'd find only in Boston) who knows the law inside & out...she is amazing at her job (my ex husband even commented such in our pre-trial hearing)! When I was served, the modification was to pay me no child support and me pay $15,000 in college tuition (which I do not have). Final outcome - I was able to keep my child support and my ex-husband has to pay for our son's college tuition and I pay nothing. I can only say that if you need a divorce/family law attorney, you would be extremely lucky to have Danielle Thomason in your corner!

Mr. Rinaldi kept me and my 100 year old DAV father of WWII (Marine Corp) warm and dry in my home for over 6 years while defending my case every step of the way and he did an "OUTSTANDING" job all the way to the very END! During my initial consultation Mr. Rinaldi was very straightforward. He explained every possible outcome in layman's terms, concerning my debt collection matter. Within days of being retained, he filed documents on my behalf with the court and initiated communication with the Plaintiff's attorney. I expected my case to be open for 9-12 months. However, because of Mr. Rinaldi's experience in debt collection matters he was able to get the Plaintiff to voluntarily dismiss the case with prejudice. What I expected to take up to a year, Mr. Rinaldi got resolved within 30 days of being retained. I couldn't have asked for a better result.

Quite Frankly, I can't think of a better attorney in the state of New Jersey than Phil Stern. He got my case dismissed against one of the biggest collection Law Firms in the business and a Judge who always seemed to side with the collectors. I thought I hadn't a bats chance in h*ll. I consulted with, and hired Eric Long to defend a tort claim (defamation) filed against my son. Eric was patient and professional throughout the course of this claim. He was also kind which helps when you are going through huge anxiety attacks because of what appeared to me to be a hostile and unfounded claim. Eric Long assisted myself and two other students in a student affairs case with my university. Myself and two other close friends who attend the same university were accused of breaking a COVID-19 safety agreement. Eric was always within reach over the phone during the case and was always very quick to find answers for any questions we had. I was living a nightmare for almost four years. I sold my home and the buyers' attorney fell for a scam e-mail, wiring my mortgage payoff to a fraudulent account at my servicing bank. All of the funds were completely withdrawn from the fraudulent account in a few days. I had no idea that any of this happened until the bank deducted a mortgage payment from my account weeks later. After my real estate attorney discovered what happened, the bank was notified of the fraud and told me not to worry, and that they would freeze the account until the situation was rectified. The buyers' attorney refused to take any responsibility, claimed to be a victim, and never notified the buyers that their home was subject to a lien from an unsettled mortgage. The local police and the FBI were notified and investigated and found that the scammers succeeded in getting the funds overseas. Everyone involved in the transaction denied responsibility and then the bank denied saying that they would freeze the account and referred me to collections, destroying my credit and putting my security clearance and livelihood at risk. I hired Tim and PLG to represent me in this matter, and when the bank refused to even discuss what had happed, he filed a civil suit on my behalf. Tim and PLG were relentless in fighting for me and helping me navigate through dealing with my employer as my clearance was in jeopardy. Were it not for Tim, I would have lost my clearance and my job. Unfortunately, there is little recourse for victims of this type of fraud and it is impossible to fight major banks, insurance companies, and attorneys without having the best on your side. I was lucky to have Tim and PLG on my side and I received a favorable outcome. Tim is passionate about what he does, seeking justice for his clients, fighting for "the little guy"! I hope no one ever has to go through what I did, but if you do, you need Parlatore Law Group in your corner!

Robert is the best attorney I have ever worked with. From our first meeting, he explained everything to me in terms I could easily understand and was always very responsive when I had questions outside of our meeting. He answered the phone when I called and always got back to my e-mails. He got some negative items off my credit and got my credit scores from the 500 to over 800 I can actually qualify for a home loan now. He even got me some money to help me pay for my sons collage I cant say enough about how he has changed my life! If you have stuff that might be on your credit that's not your fault, I would say hire this man he's the best!!

Robert is amazing and has the knowledge and expertise necessary to help you.
He is fantastic at stopping debt collectors that are conducting intimidating and abusive tactics and performing illegal practices to collect consumer debt.
I was injured in 2014, as a result I suffered a financial hardship and couldn't pay my creditors, I had lost everything by 2017, surrendering the last item I couldn't pay and was basically homeless staying with freinds.
When I returned to work, working for financial recovery and to gain the basic necessities to survive I was defeated by an attorney of law representing a debt collector because I chose to go it alone without representation, that was in 2020.
In 2021, a year later I was served again by the exact same attorney representing another debt collector.
I could hardly believe what was going on and felt that the attorney was actively searching my name for debt and wouldn't stop until every penny I had would be theirs and i would be homeless. I had had enough, my only hope this time around would be representation.
I called Robert Mitchell's office for help, Robert called me back immediately as he knew that there was no time to waste.
He obtained information from me (plaintiff attorney, my credit report and state that debt originated) and a brief history of the debt, he then put my mind at ease and assured me he will be doing all he can to help me.
Within a few days Robert found many problems with the collection lawsuit against me and immediately launched an aggressive countersuit against the plaintiff which not only resulted in a dismissal of the case but a deletion of an erroneous account on my credit report with a substantial monetary settlement in my favor.
I was amazed at what Robert accomplished in a short amount of time, as I had only expected a reduction, a wash or dismissal of the case.
In conclusion, i would like to say that if you are finding yourself in a similar situation or something in regards, please don't ignore or hide from it, don't get the feeling you have no where to turn to, I would recommend you call and consult with Robert immediately, he can be your only hope, the winning edge against the illegal practices debt collectors are resorting to.

I cannot say enough good things about Clepper Harrison & Duffy PLLC. From start to finish, I experienced the upmost professionalism and compassion. I ended every interaction with confidence and certainty. At the end of every call, Chanda and I both had clear expectations on what to do next--I had my tasks, she had hers, and every time we followed up, we were on the same page. She and her team are highly prepared, proficient, prompt, and consistent.
