Dr. Anaise helped with my VA medical claim for obstructive sleep apnea after I found him through hours of online research and comparison. I could tell by the reviews that I was making the best choice for me…and now I absolutely know I did! I contacted him through his online portal and I was contacted the very next business day. The email was detailed with regards to his opinion regarding my case, information that was needed from me, cost for his service, and the timeline. Unfortunately, not sure why, but I hesitated. Big mistake! When I finally sent my information about a month later, there was constant communication. I not only received my IMO when I was told I would receive it, but it very detailed! I’m no medical expert, but after reading through it, I just knew I made the best choice! After I reviewed it, it was then finalized by Dr. Anaise and emailed back to me the very next day. The hard copy was also mailed out two days later! The promptness of Dr. Anaise and Dr. Benham cannot be denied! The only delay in this entire process was when I waited to submit my information to him! I was granted 100% VA disability (less than two months later). The information from Dr. Anaise was clear, service was prompt, and quality was exceptional. My wife and I were very pleased with the service that Kevin, Carolyn and Hannah gave us during the preparation of our living trust. They have an organized process for trust preparation, which was helpful to us in gathering the required information for the document. Kevin walked us through each of the major decisions we would need to make, and was good about giving explanations of the pros/cons of the various alternatives. I was involved in an auto/pedestrian accident in 2021. I was simply knocked down to the pavement in a parking lot.
It didn't seem like a "big deal" until I started to have some debilitating back pain. I just wasn't able to stand for any length of time, which was negatively affecting my everyday life.

Mr Sawyer was the perfect person for the situation I was was facing two citations, the second one being a misdemeanor. I am not familiar enough to represent myself in this matter. Even though at times, I was clueless about the process of the proceedings. I am speechless when It comes to how much Mr. Brodsky is able to help. He did alot more then we asked when it came to my brothers court hearing, my brother was fighting 26 felony charges in 2005 with felony priors, with the help of this wonderful man he did no prison time, we had hope in him getting better with rehab because of his drug addiction in which Mr. Brodsky was able to get him an alternative sentence to get our brother the help he needed. I was looking for a good criminal defense attorney to defend me in a domestic violence case. It was a case of total misunderstanding and the cops acted totally out of context against my wife's wishes. Facing severe consequences, I consulted so many attorneys until I consulted Mr. Stepen Brodsky.
Unlike others who sees every case/consultation as an opportunity to earn money, the most striking quality about Mr. Brodsky is that he is very understanding of my situation and took the time/effort to help me understand my legal options and how to proceed even before I was his client. I believe he doesn't measure all cases with the same yardstick which comes from his vast experience and genuine nature to help others.
His approach from the onset was very efficient. He acted quickly to minimize the damage so that the case doesn't blow out of proportion. Based on our situation, he devised the best possible defense and convinced the DA to understand the truth in our case. He made sure that the DA sees our case with a different perspective as our situation was due to a total misunderstanding. One thing I want to mention here is that he never look at us (me and my wife) separately, but rather as a young couple in trouble. Even though technically he is defending only me, he always acted in the best interests of both of us, which I could defintely say is not how any other attorneys would have done.
Ultimately he was able get the charges dismissed which is very important for us. We couldn't afford to have a case like that as it would have haunted us for the rest of our lives. Some charges are more serious than others. But, the severity of any criminal charges could only be assessed by how adversely it affects the one facing them. Sometimes, the smallest of charges would do severe damage to a law abiding person's life. I believe the attorneys at My Criminal Defense law firm understand it better than anyone.
I was falsely accused of something that I didn't do. All the attorney's before I spoke to Mr. Stephen Brodsky, thought of just accepting a deal with minimum damage. They didn't even care to understand how much even accepting something like that would damage my reputation, career and ultimately my life. Only Mr. Brodsky was passionate enough to understand that and help me to fight the charges and got rid of them completely. I was searching for a licensed defense attorney in California that specialized specifically in defending nurses against accusations from BVNPT/BRN and came across Ray & Bishop, PLC through a google search. I read reviews that former clients have posted about their representation and also looked up their webpage online. I decided to take a leap of faith after reviewing their reviews, website, and blog and seeing the successful comments and how satisfied clients who were represented by Ray & Bishop, PLC. were. I was dealing with a criminal matter that was dismissed but later was picked up by BVNPT and was sent an accusation that my license was being investigated and that they wanted to discipline me based on these allegations. The process from when the incident occurred to posting an accusation was approximately 5 years. Long story short, I was assigned to Mr. John Bishop regarding my matter with the boards and he was attentive, knowledgeable, matter of fact, understanding, straight forward, and responsive in answering my never ending questions and concerns. He was genuinely concerned and was available via email and by phone. Even though he was busy he would return my emails/calls promptly. Luckily, my case did not have to go through an administrative hearing and after 5 months I received the most wonderful news I could have ever asked for “accusation withdrawn”
Words can’t express how grateful and relieved I am that this nightmare was finally resolved and I can finally move on. I received a discipline in another state and California immediately followed suit. During trial, I did my best in answering the prosecutor’s questions. John would then ask me questions that further clarified my answers so that my answers could not be misinterpreted. I truly appreciate John. It wasn't until I saw how he organized my medical history that I realized how much work really went into our case. He did such a good job that the Judge didn't even take the time to do the final hearing. Marshall definitely has a sense of humor and obviously knows what he is doing. It was a long process and I didn't get approved till the third appeal... but that sounds like how the system is set up. My only complaint is that he can be a fast talker sometimes which says more about my cognition. At the end of the day he got me a fully favorable decision and had more faith in my case than even I did.

Tracy gave excellent advice on a number of criminal charges that I had in California forty-six years ago. She instructed me to get a record and she found that I had no convictions except one, which unbeknownst to me, was expunged. This old record came up when I applied for a trusted traveler card. When I had questions, she answered them promptly. Her price was fair. I highly recommend her.

When I had a question about how to get my RN license after waiting 5 months - she answered my questions very promptly! She took time out her weekend to call me and go through all of the steps I have done - THEN she called me back after she did her own research on what might have kept my application with the state held up. Like many Veterans, I filed a claim with the VA for a host of illnesses, to include two bouts of kidney cancer, which resulted in the removal of half of my right kidney and complete removal of my left. As a result, I have been on daily dialysis for the past two + years. After receiving the VA rejection letter, I spoke with an old Air Force buddy and close friend who several years ago also filed and was rejected. He told me that after fighting the VA for nearly five years, he reached out to Attorney Eagle. Attorney Eagle took his case and began the appeal process which resulted in a 100 % service connected ruling from the VA. I put off calling her and my buddy kept pestering me to pick up the phone and to give her a call. Finally, I quit stalling and gave her a call. I knew within the first minute of speaking with her that she was a fighter and that her mission in life is helping Veterans like my buddy and I to get the benefits we deserved. We talked for a good 30 minutes and then I heard her say “You have a case “. That’s all I needed to hear. She went right to work on my appeal and within a reasonable amount of time, I got the call that the VA had reviewed my appeal and I was rated 100 percent service connected disabled. I served in United States Air Force from 1970 – 1974. I was stationed at Anderson Air Force Base in Guam from 1971-1973, as fuel specialist. During that time, I was exposed to many different toxic chemicals including Agent Orange. I was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2011 and then two years later with thyroid cancer, the residual effects dramatically affected not only me but my family. After speaking with a representative for the Missouri Veterans Commission, I submitted a claim for exposure to Agent Orange. That claim was immediately denied. After this denial, the representative suggested I seek legal representation and was given the name of Katrina Eagle, Esq. Veterans Law Attorney. Little did I know then the dedication, tenacity and compassion this woman would show me for the next ten years! Over the course of the last ten years, numerous denials, frustrations and moments of utter disappointment and lack of the energy to continue this fight occurred, however Katrina was always there never wavering in her support and encouragement to not give up the fight. The Board of Veterans Affairs (BVA) denied our claims several times, the cases were then submitted to the US Courts of Appeals not once but twice and both times the Courts sent them back to the BVA for review. My Air Force veteran husband was in the hospital for eight months with an acute leukemia when we heard about Katrina. I had to resign from the post office because it was getting too difficult for me to work with my knees. I had already had surgery on one knee and it wasn't quite right. I was depressed and my anxiety level was through the roof by the time I found him online. Thank God for finding him. I really didn't think he would be able to help me, because I lived in MO. Stephen took my case when other attorneys refused. It was a case against a highly political entity in Mississippi who have many, many attorneys on “outside” retainers. This prevents them from representing a person bringing suit against the entity.
Stephen had no qualms about taking my case. I must say he fought a great fight for me and we did claim victory in my case, although the specific details can’t be discussed.

I am relieved as much as I am impressed with your hard work and dedication to this case. Here is my review:
This was a false positive urinalysis case. I consulted Mr. Grover Baxley briefly over the phone. He knew which questions to ask, and gave advice even before the retainer fee was paid. At this point, he was polite, professional, but also detail-oriented on initial questioning. He outlined the lengthy military legal process, as well as his fee schedule. On paying the retainer fee, Mr. Baxley gave clear instructions on the items needed from me, including a rather detailed "Love Me" document -- basically a binder of my entire life including disciplinary actions, CVs, and accomplishments/awards.
Mr. Grover Baxley will work behind the scenes. For some people, at times, you may feel as though there is no progress in the case, and that this is all a test of patience. However, and especially on discovery of evidence, Mr. Baxley will be prepared to cross-examine -- will be prepared to use even the government's own witnesses. If you have an engaged Area Defense Counsel team, this will make your defense even stronger. Mr. Baxley will call occasionally for updates, to clarify information, and to schedule conference calls for larger updates.
In my case, Mr. Baxley arrived in the area the week before a scheduled trial. I was able to meet Mr. Baxley in person at this time, and we were able to discuss the upcoming process in depth. I was assured that my defense team was as prepared as it could be. Mr. Baxley engaged the courtroom during the trial. He strategically cross-examined and was careful with his questioning. And his closing arguments evoked in me emotions I'm sure I shared with some jury members.

If you’re where I was just 7 months ago, you’re in a bad spot, with your career, reputation, and everything else you’ve worked your butt off for in jeopardy. I searched for the BEST military lawyer upon being notified of an allegation of a positive urinalysis result for marijuana. Having never done the drug my entire life, and knowing the government wanted to bring charges against me, I knew I faced an uphill battle and long road ahead. I submitted a form, giving a brief synopsis on what I was up against, and Grover quickly called me back. Right away, I knew I had found my lawyer to defend me as I navigated this nightmare of a process. Today, I type this with an immense amount of relief, as Grover successfully won the BOI, convincing the panel members their claims were UNSUBSTANTIATED and that I had committed NO MISCONDUCT!
Being accused of something you know you didn’t do, and coming to terms with something that can have devastating, lifelong implications is horrifying, but Grover never faltered as the government made every attempt at kicking me out. This man is worth triple his price and is worth his weight in gold.

I contacted Mr. Baxley in February of 2022 after a positive urinalysis result. Not knowing how this result came to be I knew I needed an expert. I have 12 years of honorable service (active and guard) with no history of ever being in trouble. I don't think there's a better attorney in the entire Southern Indiana and Louisville area.
He fought my case with me for more than two years and never gave up. When I was offered a plea agreement he felt was unfair he explained he explained why he felt this way. From there we continued to fight my case until he was able to negotiate a resolution that left everyone, especially myself, satisfied. There was a time when I was certain that I would be serving a lengthy sentence, but he assured me there were other options and we should keep fighting. Even though I was confident I would be serving a 10-year prison sentence, he was able to negotiate a plea agreement for me that included zero prison time.
More importantly, he never misled me. He acted with honesty, integrity and always helped me understand the process. He never promised me, or anyone I've recommended to him, something he couldn't deliver. David is not the type of attorney that would promise the impossible to a client.
I've encountered several attorneys in the area and I've found nobody understands the laws and court process as well as David.
His willingness to fight for his clients and his experience as an expert negotiator is the reason I'm able to enjoy the pleasures of freedom today.

Elif worked on my wife's case around 2013. My wife had been previously married on a conditional green card, but returned to her home country without properly closing her GC when the marriage failed. When I met my wife I was an expat living outside the US, and we found out she had a deportation order that was a few years old even though she had already left the US. So getting the court to reopen her case required knowing the ins-and-outs of the system.
