I retained Mr. Passman to represent me for disability discrimination in my federal workplace. Mr. Passman was extremely thorough, honest, fair, professional and always looked out for my best interest. Mr. Passman’s billing is beyond fair as he does not nickel and dime his hourly billing. There are many times Mr. Passman either did not charge for communication, or charged a fraction of what should have been billed. Mr. Passman looked out for my best interest instead of dragging out the case to better suit his firm financially. Mr. Passman’s experience and confidence was apparent in all aspects of my case. I consulted with Mr. Camp on a very complex former spouse matter, and he was thoughtful, thorough, and very kind. He took extended time to discuss the ins, outs, and loops of a complicated set of circumstances. There are many lawyers who claim knowledge of this area of law, but Mr. Camp ACTUALLY knows it through and through. He is also up to date on Tricare changes coming up in 2018. I cannot say enough good things about this wise and careful advisor. I would hire him in a heartbeat; if things get even slightly complicated as my situation progresses, I am going to try to become his client.

I am a military reservist and was divorced 17 years ago. My original attorney advertised that he did military divorces in the phone book, and he convinced me he was knew what he was doing. Skip ahead 17 years. I began receiving my reserve military retired pay and my former spouse filed for her portion. The original order was not worded correctly and needed to be clarified. Her attorney reworded a corrective order. I couldn't locate my original attorney, so I spoke to my local JAG office which really couldn't advise me, but said the language in the clarifying order seemed correct as to form. When the pay division occurred I was surprised that my former spouse was getting more money than I was!!!! I began searching for someone to correct this mess...a local lawyer recommended the attorney they consult with on these type of matters...John Camp! Not only is he an expert in military and civil service divorces, he teaches the intricacies of these laws to other attorneys and judges. John was able to correct the clarifying order to properly divide my retired pay. I only wish I had consulted with him 17 years ago!!!! Not all attorneys are equal!

Mr. Camp is truly an AMAZING attorney!!! My husband, who was a retired Federal Civil Service Employee, filed for divorce after 40+ years of marriage. Because my husband was a Civil Service Retiree, Mr. Camp came highly recommended from the office of another attorney where I had previously sought advice. His experience and knowledge of the Federal Civil Service Retirement System is very extensive, and he was able to tell me of my all entitlements within the hour of our consultation. He quickly went to work on my counterclaim for the divorce, and in two weeks we were in court for spousal support. The outcome - I was awarded a substantial monthly amount. I could not have gotten through the complex situation surrounding the divorce, and then the difficult time of my husband’s death, without Mr. Camp being there every step of the way. Mr. Camp smoothly navigated the application process with OPM, and I am now receiving the monthly survivor benefit. I cannot say enough good things about Clepper Harrison & Duffy PLLC. From start to finish, I experienced the upmost professionalism and compassion. I ended every interaction with confidence and certainty. At the end of every call, Chanda and I both had clear expectations on what to do next--I had my tasks, she had hers, and every time we followed up, we were on the same page. She and her team are highly prepared, proficient, prompt, and consistent. I appreciated that the billing information was explained so well that I never felt like I had to wonder how much things were going to cost. I was billed on the 1st and the 15th of every month, and I personally loved that consistency. Although I have never worked with attorneys before, my personal opinion was that their fees were extremely fair and honest. Each bill had a running record of every item they completed, with times, dates, and explanations. I loved their practicality of providing phone calls and zoom calls, rather than meeting in person. My whole divorce was handled over phone calls/zooms and I never had to step foot into a court room. Although everyone's experience is different, I was able to complete an amicable, uncontested divorce that was finalized in just over 60 days. Without the help of Chanda and her team, there is no way I would have been able to do this on my own. I was very pleased with my outcome, which is astounding that I am even writing this sentence, because I am a person who never thought divorce was an option. My Ex-Wife and I hired Jeremy's Law to represent my son in Japan who was facing Court Martial Charges. Mr. Snyder was a blessing to our family during an investigation. My husband has an impeccable military career. As A 1SG a counseling session with a Soldier, to progress the Soldier's career turned into an investigation after words were taken out of context. In return the Soldier perceived the conversation as a threat and went to the MPs. Needless to say, my husband and our family was fearful of the unknown. Mr. Snyder quickly reviewed everything presented and began to work. Having Mr. Snyder's expertise was essential when working with the chain of command and military legal. I came to Sherry for some issues i had in the military, she worked with my budget and worked morning, noon, and night to get all of my questions answered no matter how big or small they were. She explained things to me like i was an adult and was very reasonable with her fees. it felt more like a donation than a charge. Robert is the best attorney I have ever worked with. From our first meeting, he explained everything to me in terms I could easily understand and was always very responsive when I had questions outside of our meeting. He answered the phone when I called and always got back to my e-mails. He got some negative items off my credit and got my credit scores from the 500 to over 800 I can actually qualify for a home loan now. He even got me some money to help me pay for my sons collage I cant say enough about how he has changed my life! If you have stuff that might be on your credit that's not your fault, I would say hire this man he's the best!!

Robert is amazing and has the knowledge and expertise necessary to help you.
He is fantastic at stopping debt collectors that are conducting intimidating and abusive tactics and performing illegal practices to collect consumer debt.
I was injured in 2014, as a result I suffered a financial hardship and couldn't pay my creditors, I had lost everything by 2017, surrendering the last item I couldn't pay and was basically homeless staying with freinds.
When I returned to work, working for financial recovery and to gain the basic necessities to survive I was defeated by an attorney of law representing a debt collector because I chose to go it alone without representation, that was in 2020.
In 2021, a year later I was served again by the exact same attorney representing another debt collector.
I could hardly believe what was going on and felt that the attorney was actively searching my name for debt and wouldn't stop until every penny I had would be theirs and i would be homeless. I had had enough, my only hope this time around would be representation.
I called Robert Mitchell's office for help, Robert called me back immediately as he knew that there was no time to waste.
He obtained information from me (plaintiff attorney, my credit report and state that debt originated) and a brief history of the debt, he then put my mind at ease and assured me he will be doing all he can to help me.
Within a few days Robert found many problems with the collection lawsuit against me and immediately launched an aggressive countersuit against the plaintiff which not only resulted in a dismissal of the case but a deletion of an erroneous account on my credit report with a substantial monetary settlement in my favor.
I was amazed at what Robert accomplished in a short amount of time, as I had only expected a reduction, a wash or dismissal of the case.
In conclusion, i would like to say that if you are finding yourself in a similar situation or something in regards, please don't ignore or hide from it, don't get the feeling you have no where to turn to, I would recommend you call and consult with Robert immediately, he can be your only hope, the winning edge against the illegal practices debt collectors are resorting to.

Taylor and the rest of the team at May Potenza Baran & Gillespie were absolutely great to work with! They helped us with the sale of a business and lease negotiations. Throughout the process they listened to what we had to say and provided guidance on matters we were unfamiliar with.

Mr. Frank Ward is an honest and sincere lawyer who I will entrust with any future needs. On calling to discuss a speeding ticket (21 over), he provided advice on how to personally approach the issue and have the ticket dismissed. We contacted Mr. Ward after I received a DUI while driving through Alabama. These reviews are no joke and we checked all of them before contacting Frank. If there were more stars I would give them to him. Having to use an out of state attorney I thought would be tricky but he made everything as easy as possible. I presented Mr. Postma with an extraordinarily complex case that was essentially 30 cases in one. To defend this case required him to develop a good working knowledge of a subject that requires years of study to really understand. He had about a month. He was able to prepare a superb brief and present the facts in a compelling way. He maintained his credibility and objectivity. I don't know the outcome of the case yet but I can say that I was well represented. I have worked with a variety of attorneys over the years and Mr. Postma was the best I have ever worked with.

I have to say, Mr. Postma's reviews are true.
I fired my former attorney and had to find a new one. No one would take my case. Then Mr. Postma gave me a 30 minute consultation. He was suspicious of my reasons for firing my last lawyer but asked me to bring him some documents to verify what I was saying. He then took my case 2 weeks before trial. His cross examination of my wife was fabulous. He found some information on her that even I was not aware of. The judge granted me 50/50 shared parenting time and parental responsibilities, which my former attorney in Greenwood Village said was not likely.
My former attorney made everything so complicated, but Mr. Postma simplified everything for the judge. I now realize I was sputtering whenever I talked about my wife's accusation, and Mr. Postma helped me realize this and helped my simplify was I was really upset about, which turned out to me something that surprised even me. He helped me calm down, helped me realize what was actually important at trial and what was not, and helped me simplify my own testimony at trial and during cross examination.
Mr. Postma is personable and seems to have an actual real life example from his long experience as an attorney for what I was facing, how the judge would process the information, what my ex-wife's motivations were and how she would react at trial, and what the judge's likely decision would be. He is like a chess player who has thought out every possible move a dozen moves in advance. I can't say enough about this attorney.

I was recently divorced using another attorney in the area. I was in a 16 year marriage attached to the military. I was allotted a percentage of the retirement per the Final Agreement. When I attempted to start that process with DFAS, I was quickly notified that my Order was written incorrectly and needed to be modified and signed by a Judge. I wasn’t sure what to do so I reached out to Mr. Dejesus’ office. He was quick to respond and was able to help me. He was very knowledgeable in regards to how the modification was to be written and made the changes. He and his staff stayed in communications with me while waiting for the other parties to comply. I was on a time restraint to get the corrections per DFAS and even though that time had expired, to no fault of ours, Mr. Dejesus was reassuring that everything was an easy fix and they would honor the modification. He was right. Through his persistent follow ups with the other parties, I got my modification and was able to submit it with no problems. I would definitely recommend Mr. Dejesus. He is attentive to his clients and knows his job. You just have to trust him.
