After researching several attorneys I hired Regina as my lawyer to help with my divorce. I chose her for her experience, candor, and reputation as a family-oriented lawyer. I received all that and more. Regina is sensible and assertive while also being empathetic. She is an excellent communicator. I was well informed of my progress and what was required of me -- and only to the extent needed so my costs were not run up. She worked hard to achieve the best outcome for myself and my child(ren) while being professional and efficient. I was very happy with my decision. When first meeting Regina it was initially to create a pre-nuptial agreement, never thinking we would meet again to handle divorce proceedings. The prenuptial agreement was done timely, accurately and her advice was very exacting. When the separation/divorce was imminent she was not only a most knowledgeable legal representative but kind and emotionally available. Never did I expect to be navigated through such a most difficult time in my life with such caring. With Regina representing me I felt confident that my best interests were being taken care of and would highly recommend her.

She fights in court, she will advise you on courses to take to be proactive, to have that next step completed before the courts advise what each family will have to do to gain custody, or to keep custody. Relentless, resilient, unbridled, unwavering, steadfast, dogged, persistent, and tenacious are just some of the words I using when describing Enholm law firm. I will start from the beginning, Angela and her staff have always been professional first and for most but have that personal touch that makes a HUGE difference when dealing with family law matters. Everything in life starts with communication. Enholm law firm has always answered the phone with in just a few rings and returns emails in a timely manner. If I didn’t know that Angela and her staff had other clients I would think that I was the only person they dealt with. David handled my post-divorce case for six years mostly alone, opposing a team of two attorneys. He was able to deal with my doctors, forensic expert and more. David coped well with pressure and stress. I believe that his vision and ability to strategize were critical to obtaining a satisfactory outcome.

The only way to describe Eliza is to say she truly is my hero. Before I met Eliza I was fighting a custody battle for 3 years and even though I had other attorneys during this time I still felt like I was alone in the middle of a battlefield with no shield.
After the the first phone call with Eliza I felt like I could breath and finally start relaxing. Once Eliza became my attorney and had my back l started sleeping better at night. I no longer felt alone and weaponless on a battlefield, Eliza swooped in like Wonder Woman stood in front of me and protected me with her iron shield.

What can I say about CH except that he is the perfect hybrid of resilience and compassion. His innate ability to see obstacles in such a unique manner which enables him to figure out a solution no lawyer will see coming is what makes him THE MAN! He won't use a sledgehammer or a huge pogo stick to get through or over the wall.... he simply dissolves the weakest weight - bearing brick of the wall and watches her come tumbling down! My divorce and child custody issue is as messy as it gets. International - possible kidnapping, physical threats - all the pieces for a really good Lifetime made for TV movie. Brilliant is the best way to describe Cody Hayes. I had an extensive, and very complicated child custody case that spanned over several years (I used many different well known attorneys and still did not accomplish my goal). Cody Hayes is extremely intelligent and knowledgeable about family law and noticed things that my previous attorneys all missed. I highly recommend O'Connell Law for family law issues. I hired her for an issue after my divorce was finalized and the quality of representation was much better than what I received during the divorce process. She explained every step of the process and I never felt lost or like I wasn't sure what was happening or why or where I was in the process. Her communication with me left me feeling confident in both her as an attorney but also confident in my decisions during the process. She gave me MUCH information regarding each possible decision and I was equipped with the knowledge I needed to make the best possible decisions for my family. I know, from personal experience, that not all attorneys take the time to explain all of the information that you need during divorce, modifications and all that goes along with family law issues. She's patient with questions and very responsive. When Jill was not in the office, or otherwise unavailable, her paralegal was quick to respond or communicate information that I needed. She would always communicate my questions to Ms. O'Connell if she wasn't sure of the answer. This was important to me since, many times, at a different legal office, I would receive incorrect information from the paralegal, which would ultimately cost me money.
Divorce and modifications are issues that you need need someone walking with you, guiding you through the process, step by step, and that's exactly what you get with this law firm!
I've recommended O'Connell Law to friends and will use her again in the future, if needed.

I approached the Law Office of Kelli Allen in about February of this year ( 2023) to help me submit my Green Card Application. I was assigned to Berna Chacon- a bilingual specialist in data accumulation for Green Card submissions. Thank G-d I was. She was absolutely outstanding. I mean truly- it took me a while to accumulate the necessary data ( necessary being whatever Berna told me to put together) and we submitted my application in June of this year. Today is November 24, 2023, and guess what- I have my Green Card Truly great work by Berna -what a help she was! I couldnt have done it so seamlessly without her!. Prices at this office are reasonable to. And nice, and accomodating people! I would go out of my way to recommend this law office and Berna to handle anybody's immigration matters. What a great job they did and I am one happy camper!

Our working relationship with Mr. Seigler spanned over 4 years. It was not associated with criminal defense, but with civil problems regarding an easement. I hired Chris 3 years ago to update my Trust, Will and Medical Declaration. I found her to be personable, professional and prompt. She offered advice and suggestions that my previous attorney had missed. She also set up a Legal Vault account that included a wallet card to give emergency medical personnel immediate access to medical information and directives.
Recently I was unable to locate the user name and password needed to renew Legal Vault. I called Chris' office and within a day she contacted Legal Vault, emailed me the information I needed and renewed my account for me.
I've worked with several personal attorneys throughout my life and Chris has been the most prompt and responsive. I highly recommend her.

This was a tough case to begin with. Sarah Jacobs-Manwarren was not our first attorney, she handled the appeal process. It was a year and a half long appeal. Fred went above and beyond his duties for my wife and I. We were set to close on our home in L.I. when Fred Lutzen noticed we were getting a bad deal on our mortgage loan. We had excellent credit and were going to close with a package that had a higher interest rate. We were not aware and would have closed conteny with having a home. He shared this information with us and we ended up getting a new loan and literally ended up saving $4,000 in closing and about $90,000 in overall costs through out the course of a 30 year loan. In addition, Fred was always available and kept in constant communication with us. Whenever I am presented with the opportunity, I would refer anyone to Fred Lutzen.

Carolina assisted me with an ongoing matter that I had with a neighbor in the apartment complex I lived in. For over 1 year, we had multiple complaints with these neighbors to the building management that included several calls to the local police department. Unfortunately, our building management didn't do anything to rectify the situation. Our complaints really fell on deaf ears.

When a person is wrongly terminated it takes away more than your job. You loose the essence of who you are, your confidence, your trust in people, how you interact with the outside world. Dave Currie was the best person and lawyer I could have found for my case. My case was a sexual assault case, the incident occurred at a nationally known massage establishment by a licensed massage therapist. Needless to say the case could have been extremely uncomfortable for me, but Dave made every step of the process comfortable and as easy as possible. Dave Currie is an outstanding lawyer. I was injured in and explosion that left me with permanent hearing damage. Due to my field of business, it was a career ending injury and very important to me. The first lawyer I contacted was horrible. The initial consult was great but it wasnt long before I was wondering what else I needed to be doing and where my case stood. After numerous attempts to reach him and few, if any, return calls, I researched specialized ear injury lawyers and found Dave Currie. After speaking to Dave on the phone for a brief description of his expertise, I fired my current lawyer and went to meet Dave and his team. Let me just say that immediately upon entering his office, I felt amazed at how professional and courteous everyone was. I sat down at a huge table and had 3 people completely focused on what I had to say. Kenya Cantrell, one of Dave's associates, began taking notes, and was ALWAYS available when Dave was not. She promptly returned phone calls and emails, and followed up with all my questions and even questions that I didn't know I had at the time. I was also very impressed at the level of communication that I had with Dave. There were quite a few times that he returned calls and emails on the weekends and days he was out of the office or off. Dave's knowledge of the specifics of my injury were very impressive. He knew some of the doctors that I have seen on a first name basis and was personally sympathetic to my condition. He was very honest with me at all times and if at any point he was unfamiliar with something, he said so, and promptly researched information and followed up with me about it. Dave went above and beyond to make sure that I knew what was going on and what all I needed to do while we were awaiting a hearing. He is very professional yet so comfortable talking to you, its like speaking to an old friend. As time started boiling down, we scheduled a deposition. Dave walked me through what would happen and gave me the direction that I needed to enter the deposition with confidence. After about 5 hours of depositions, things went exactly as Dave had explained. A few days passed and the negotiations began. Dave informed me in great detail what similar cases had settled for and suggested that I not set my sights too high. After many counter offers and Dave's expert negotiating, we settled for about 10 percent higher than the highest settlement for similar and some exceeding the damage that I suffered. I am so pleased that I chose Dave Currie. This was the only time I ever needed a lawyer and I was so relieved that everything went so smoothly. I couldn't have asked for anything more in a representative or a friend.
