After charging with a DUI, I searched for a lawyer that I can trust and rely on to defend me. I stumble on the Anthony Marcus Law Firm on Yelp. I was really amazed with the good reviews I was reading about attorney Marcus. I then went to other links that show more outstanding reviews. I, there and then decided to contact him, the reviews were really accurate, he was friendly, patient and explained all the steps of navigating the court regarding my case. I meet with him afterward. Immediately, I observed his confident and his knowledge of the law. He truly changed my anxiety to calmness. Not only he did what he said he will do, he is affordable. He gave me a discount after he initially gave me a good price compare to other attorneys’ quotes. When he appeared in court, Mr. Marcus immediately communicated with the DA and the court and got me a good deal from the court with no jail time even though my case involved property damages to others. I recommend him to my friend and he also was very accommodating. I highly recommend this honest and genuine lawyer to anyone in need of effective representation.

MR. MARCUS DISMISSED MY CASE AFTER 20 MINUTES WITH DA NEGOTIATION
Let me start by saying that Mr. Marcus saved my life. I was falsely accused and charged with misdemeanor (Battery). I had hired 2 different attorneys and none of them helped me to prove my innocence.
God lead me to Mr. Marcus and he immediately accepted my case. I knew that it was one of the best decisions I have ever made! I was feeling like my world was falling apart, he helped me regain a sense of peace and he was always there for me, he treated me like family and made me feel secure.

If you are looking for a good attorney and want one you can trust look no further. We have a local business and Mathew Harris has helped us with a few cases we were involved in. Mathew communicates thoroughly throughout the process, is very knowledgeable and his pricing is more than fair. Needless to say he has prevailed in these cases and could not be happier with the results he produces. I met with Mr. Falzone last week for a consultation at his Alameda office, which was most convenient for me. After our meeting I have no reservations about referring his family law practice to other locals. He was very welcoming, I'd almost say soothing in a way, as I felt a lot better leaving than I did going in.
He was able to answer all of my questions clearly without making me feel dumb for asking, and let me take more of his time than I expected. I'm not ready to hire him on retainer yet, but when the time comes, he's the guy I'll call.

I saw Mr. Falzone for help with a long-term child support issue. My child support has been in arrears for more than four years. I was concerned about my children and my relationship with my ex-husband. He helped resolve the situation and helped me get the child support arrears from my ex. This allowed me to assist my daughters with their college expenses. At every step, he explained my options and kept me informed. I was able to resolve this issue with a minimum of expense and his counsel helped to keep communication with my ex civil and direct. Until I worked with Mr. Falzone I was certain attorneys were only concerned with their retainers and generating bills. As the sole support for my daughters costs were a concern. I did my research and was fortunate to have him represent me. I was and continue to be very satisfied with his service and I strongly recommend Mr. Falzone for assistance in resolving marital and support issues. He cares about what is best for you and for your children. The fees I paid was truly a great value and money well spent. I had tried to handle my situation on my own without success. Mr. Falzone delivered, and he listened to my concerns.

Mr. Meng provided the utmost professionalism in an extremely difficult estate case wherein three siblings were deadlocked and the estate was not moving forward at all in over a year. In an extremely complicated and emotional estate case involving both parents passing away within six months of each other, three siblings with three different attorneys and no agreement; Mr. Meng came in and was able to move the case forward and settled within a couple of months. Mr. Meng was a hands on attorney even to the point of spending a Saturday going through forty years of “stuff” to have the case move forward. Mr. Meng knows the law and was available for consultations at any time. Most importantly, the case was settled quickly and equitably.

Mr. Lorincz understood the approach that I wanted to take and what I valued most, and applied it to his overall strategy. He was available whenever I needed him, and performed well in and out of the court room. He was steady in his demeanor, intelligent in his analysis, and consistent with his approach to the case. I cared enormously about my case so I did a great deal of research on my own. Paul accepted all of it, sorted through it and was very wise with what he chose to utilize and what he set aside for backup information. I have total confidence in Att. Paul Lorincz. All of his work is thorough, whether it is following the paper trail of a corporation or going before a zoning board. He has a calming affect on his clients. I referred a colleague to him, who was going through a messy divorce and needed to change attorneys. After she spoke with Paul the first time, she felt totally at ease. The divorce was completed within the time frame indicted, without the stress she had experienced, and to her satisfaction.

I would recommend Christine Kerian for couples who are going through a divorce and want to work things out outside of the courtroom. Christine was helping me and my ex-husband with dividing our assets and writing an agreement. From the beginning, Christine was trustworthy, professional and responsive. She always kept me updated, and responded to my emails and phone calls quickly. She is not concerned about making money, but cares more about her clients being satisfied. It's difficult to write a glowing review due to the context (a divorce) as it would sound a bit odd. That said, I did a lot of research before choosing Christine and she more than lived up to my expectations. She is very good at finding middle ground in a difficult situation and is good at bringing both parties back to the topic at hand and explaining the different facets.
If you're looking for someone who cares, she's it. She really does try to make things equitable and less painful for everyone. I can't say I'd recommend a divorce lawyer as that's a very hard place for anyone to be, but if you're in that situation, I'd say go this route with her instead of pointlessly fighting a battle that's already been lost. She'll make what's very difficult a bit easier. And that's worth quite a lot.

Lisa is by far the best attorney I have worked with. She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the law, competent, hard-working, determined, reasonably priced and genuinely cares about you and your case. I had an interstate case that was rather complex. After speaking with Lisa, I knew she was the best attorney for the job. I had called about 7 other attorneys and they were all confused about how to go about my case and they were hesitant as to my next step. Not Lisa! Lisa knew exactly what to do! She was an angel. She is also one of the hardest working attorneys I have ever encountered. At no time did I ever feel in the dark about what was going on. She kept me up to date on everything and made sure I knew what was going on at all times. She oftentimes worked from home into the wee hours of the night (thanks Lisa). She managed to do all this within the retainer fee that I paid and my case was DONE. Yes DONE. She tied up all the loose ends of my case even though I wasn't in the state! I couldn't be more happy with the hard work she provided on my case. Beth, her paralegal, is equally as awesome. Ladies, my hats off to you. I chose Lisa just off of the reveiws from Avvo, and they have all proven to be true. She is super smart and really knows the law. Dealing with a custody case isn't the easiet thing to go through, but LIsa is so patient and she goes through every scenario that could happen. She very kind, but aggressive when she needs to be. Lisa Smith is an expert at what she does. She knows the law; she is professional, highly intelligent, and down to earth. I met Carsen almost several years ago when I hired her. My case required a special kind of attorney who could think outside of the box, someone who would know how and when to mediate with the other parties, but also when to bring things to a judge. She is always there to coach me and work through the difficult issues that come up with a high tension case. This attorney was knowledgeable and, most importantly, transparent. He didn’t frivolously charge me for every single, tiny interaction (although he isn’t cheap either)... but my ex-husband’s attorney didn’t! You get what you pay for. He was also honest with me about his knowledge in regards to opposing counsel for my divorce. He allowed me to be involved in editing documents as I felt comfortable, carefully reviewing them after the fact to ensure that they were realistic and enforceable. He was quick on his feet in helping me get out of a very tough spot, especially upon initial consultation. In fact, he had an emergency document drawn up for me within an hour! I walked away from my divorce with my sanity and proper child-support/parenting time of my child without having to go to court (all settled between the two attorneys). He comes across as fair, realistic, and level-headed.

Daniel A. Bachert’s a very kind and generous person . I have had an issue in family court in Texas and was beginning to feel completely overwhelmed and anxious . Mr. Daniel Bachert successfully represented me since 2015 in my case. I was all ready divorced and my ex-husband wanted to modify the child support. Even though the child support was modified, Dan was able to prove that my ex-husband was not only failing to pay child support, but the alimony and the court-ordered school expenses for over 10 years were also in arrears. My ex-husband was also found in contempt for failure to provide documents relating to the children. Mr. Dan Bachert provided excellent representation and service. He always gave me excellent legal advice. I will recommend him to anyone that has to go through any divorce proceedings.

I hired Dan after attempting to file what I believed was a simple custody and support arrangement regarding my then 2 year old daughter. Her mother had started refusing to allow me to see her, even though I had been sending her money to help with my daughter's expenses. I filed the initial paperwork and attended the first mediation on my own, believing that it would be simple. We were only together a short time but were not married, and I wanted to help raise and provide for my daughter. Unfortunately, her mother wanted me to provide for both of them and was determined to keep me out of my daughter's life until I agreed to her demands. I hired Dan because I quickly found out that the system favors mothers, and despite my intent, I was not going to be a part of my daughter's life if I didn't get legal help. Dan put me at ease right away. He worked closely with me over the next few months attempting to come to an arrangement that worked. Unfortunately, my daughter's mother held her position, and ultimately we had to go to court. My daughter's mother was extremely unreasonable and grasping at straws, making her volatile and unpredictable, but Dan was prepared for every possibility. His knowledge and professionalism kept me and my then fiancé calm and collected throughout the process. In the end, not only did Dan negotiate true 50/50 shared custody and cost sharing, but due to his presentation of the facts, I picked up my daughter the very next day. This was more than I could have hoped for after 7 long months of not seeing her at all. I highly recommend Dan as his expertise guaranteed me the chance to help raise my daughter and ensured she is part of my family as well as her mom's.

Attorney Snearly helped me beyond measure. I went to her to get a Divorce and child custody issues. Attorney Snearly listened to my concerns. I explained what was most important to me for a settlement. Attorney Snearly gave me honest and fair feedback. She fought unbelievably hard for my wishes. I was referred to Lynne after another lawyer mismanaged the beginning process of my divorce. When I met Lynne I was immediately drawn to her straightforward and professional demeanor. Megan very quickly grasped the nuanced details of our personal situation and worked with us with both efficiency and empathy to reach an agreement that felt comfortable and reasonable to both parties.
Of note, she also has a good team and works well with them to achieve closure without excessive billing. This was important, and helpful during a process neither of us had experienced before.

Mr. Villareal is very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to explain and help me better understand a revised Marketing Non-Compete Agreement at my yearly evaluation. My initial agreement went from 2 pages to 6 pages.
He was readily available or returned my calls/emails in a timely manner. I never had an issue communicating and conversing with him.
I had a meeting with my employer to speak about the changes and there was no room for compromise. At the end of the day I was able to make a more informed decision about my future with my employer.

I had the pleasure of working with David Pace in a highly contensted arbitration matter involving two sophisticated companies embroiled in a complex contractual dispute. I acted as co-counsel with David and others at his firm where we worked closely for over a year litigating against an opponent whose lawyers outnumbered our side by at least 3 to 1. David mastered the technical aspects of our client's business, the operations of our opponent's business, and he had extensive knowledge of the industry and the law surrounding the issues in dispute. He and I worked closely together to coordinate complicated discovery into technical aspects of the contractual relationship between the parties, to defend against claims brough against our client, and to prosecute the claims initiated by our client. David served as the thought leader to drive core case strategy during discovery and to set up the case for successful resolution. David was critical in assisting with the defeat of numerous motions for summary judgment filed by our opponent which ultimately played directly into the successful reolution of the dispute. Immediately after our oponent's summary judgment motions were denied, the parties engaged in a mediation where David played a key role in setting up the framework for a successful resolution of the dispute. While mediation was initially unsuccessful at resolving the dispute, through coordinated effort with David we were successful at keeping the pressure on our opponent heading into the arbitration at which point we were able to secure a successful resolution for our client.
My experience working with David was exceptional. David is an excellent lawyer, a good man, and a friend. I would highly recommend David.

David is highly intelligent. He is a brilliant legal tactician. He doesn't just know the law, he knows how to lead and persuade.
In my case, David's strategic approach toward the opposing counsel was highly nuanced in spite of appearing to be brawn and bluster. The case went to mediation. By the end of the day, the opposing counsel was completely flustered and embarrassed.
David has a chess master's approach to legal maneuvering and the law. He is a gifted critical thinker.
