I was facing a misdemeanor and another charge from a prior case. Jessie was able to get all of these charges dropped within a matter of 2 months. She did an amazing job negotiating with the DA and helping me out of a mess that was scary as I had no criminal charges in my life prior to this situation. I hired Jessie for an OWI 1st offense. I was petrified, I was never in any trouble with the law. I seen the reviews on Jessie and knew right then she was the attorney I needed. Jessie is very down to earth and always returns calls/messages in a timely manner. I was so happy with Jessie and her experience, she is worth every penny. I was terrified by the serious felony charge I was being accused of. I immediately started searching for a qualified attorney in Eau Claire and hired Jessie Weber. The first time I met with Jessie, she was very easy to talk to about every detail in my case even though some details were embarrassing. She was exceptional with communication and very professional in the courtroom. She defended me with no judgement the entire time and was able to get me a really good outcome where I could keep a clean record with no conviction at all. I worked w/ Dennis Stout as my attorney, though I met w/ Jim first, as his firm came recommended to me by another attorney as "the gold standard" for their services. I could not have been more pleased with the work they did for me, and the results. Dennis and his associates had to follow many paper trails and deal with J&J attorneys that made this particular case a miasma of processes to figure out. I am SO glad I did not make a "class action" choice. Dennis was quite accessible and the lengthy process was always fully explained. It took time but was ultimately worth it. I highly recommend the firm.

I was a passenger in a livery vehicle and was t-boned while making a left turn. Watching TV and viewing many lawyer ads, one would think every case was worth 10 million dollars. What I love about Mr. Lamonsoff and his firm is how straight forward they were. They explained the rules and laws around PI cases in NY and set very reasonable expectations based upon my injuries. I purchased a new home in 2019. Less than a year passed when I received a letter from Texas Department of Transportation informing me that a portion of my property was needed for a major road expansion. To make matters worse, my home, my brand new home, would need to be condemned as a result. In stepped Padau Law Firm. I hired Jack Hilgeman after an Auto Accident and I couldn't have been happier with the outcome. Jack is a very matter of fact lawyer who sets realistic expectations and then works ward to exceed them.
Because Jack HIlgeman and his paralegal Michelle make an awesome team, both are client driven and focused on results. Unlike the big name law firm who I originally had the displeasure of working with (DGM&S), Jack made sure to keep his promises. Today is the first time I have found the courage to publicly speak/ write of the multiple sexual assaults perpetrated against me by my own primary care provider. More importantly I wish to use this platform to publicly extend my lifelong gratitude to Attorney Stanley J. Spero, esquire, for giving me my voice, the courage to hold my doctor accountable and for his role in my one goal - the revocation of my doctor/ abusers medical license and in turn the opportiny to use his medical practice to harm another individual.
I say Stan returned my voice to me as the abuse had left me feeling numb, unheard and disbelieved and it was that one moment, in a public forum, he spoke everything my whole being wanted to scream- "provider sexual assault and misconduct are crimes and a betrayal of trust like no other".
My twenties are long behind me but so is the shame and fear and living on the fringes of not wanting to be the" one that rocked the boat". My hope is for all those who wish to make that first step, know that Stan will man the helm, guide you to port and drop anchor to safely bring you home.

I was extremely fortunate that I had found TELL, a website based help organization that provides support and guidance for victims of therapy abuse. They had given me Stan's name when inquiring about my options to handle the damages I sustained during therapy. Stan, took on my case, and guided me through the process every step of the way. He and his paralegal, Mayra, were always supportive and quick to answer my questions and concerns (of which I had many). Stan truly is an expert in the area of therapy abuse, he knows the system and what to expect! I had told Stan from day one that I would not sign a gag order no matter what the settlement offer. I'm sure there was much back and forth between the lawyers but in the end, Stan came through for me and we settled out of court in 13 months without signing a gag order (other than financial disclosure I am free to talk about my case). I could not ask for more. We also filed a complaint with the Board of psychology and are still waiting for the verdict. What I went through was horrific, but with Stan's help, I hope we have put a stop to another bad therapist from harming innocent victims. Stan and his staff were personal, professional, honest, detail oriented, and sensitive to what I had been through. I highly recommend them if you are in search of a lawyer who can handle therapy exploitation malpractice suits.

Burt, “B”, or Mr. Padove as he is known in practice, is highly knowledgeable and effective legal counsel. More importantly, he is extremely ethical, very realistic, and does not waste time when he has a chance to act, nor will he waste yours.
Throughout the process of a very convoluted divorce (which included my son), Burton has saved me thousands of dollars in legal fees by making sure we do not go to court for long shots (which often I created as emotions run high during divorces). This is the reason why you hire an attorney. I would have made bad choices on emotion without him and his expertise.
He could have easily gone to court at least 5 separate times for issues knowing it would be a waste of time and collect thousands of dollars in legal fees, but chose not to (while giving me the option so should I choose to). Burton does not tell you what you want to hear, he tells you what you need to hear, and gives options that are realistic, and then acts with fast, surgical precision.
He has advised me counsel in the best manner, even had to create novel motions due to the unique and complexity of my case, and did so effective and efficient, like it was the back of his hand.
Like the other title review states, he truly has a heart, and he truly does care! If I did not work in Customer service, I would be surprised that he does not have hundreds of 5 star reviews, but given that I do; satisfied customers often don’t take time to write reviews, they go on with there happy life.
The course was not easy, but Burt has given me back my life, stability, and a sense of well being. I thank him from the bottom of my heart, and I hope this review will allow YOU to consider him as your GO TO attorney. He certainly is mine.

Vrionedes , is very knowledgeable in all around lawsuits, when I hired him , He was very confident , caring on his toes with my injuries due to this slip and fall which cause me to get a knee replacement and ongoing Physical therapy.He won my case for me without a doubt . I have been a trial attorney for over fifteen years. When I was injured in a car wreck, I looked carefully for an injury attorney who: a) would take away all of the hassle and stress of personally having to deal with claims adjusters and opposing counsel; b) would not only keep me informed on a regular basis of the status of my case, but proactively make sure I was doing all the things I needed to do on time; c) knew Personally Injury law thoroughly -- both substantively and with demonstrated litigation experience -- from the claims stage all the way through courtroom litigation; and, d) MOST IMPORTANTLY, one who was not afraid to seek the best possible outcome in my case aggressively. (I have been around enough attorneys to know that many are either afraid of litigation/trial, or they want to take the first or second counter offer from the other side because it's quick money in the bank.)
Elizabeth exceeded my expectations on all four of my requirements. I consider myself to be pretty on the ball with my to-do checklists, but sometimes when I slacked on sending in treatment reports to the firm, for example, she would email me personally reminding me to get a, b, or c done, and would also update me with that status of the case/negotiation so I always understood exactly where things were.
In addition, on our second settlement obtained (the UIM claim), Elizabeth was actually confident that she could get the other side to an even better number than she'd already negotiated. It was me who let her know that I trusted that she could, but that just for my peace of mind I wanted to settle at the good enough number she already obtained and move on with my life. She would have kept fighting, though, and with confidence.
I know another attorney who also retained her and came away also completely pleased with the communication and with the outcome.

In June of 2020, I was entering a grocery store and slipped in a puddle of water on the floor and broke my ankle. I was on vacation from California and did not know any Attorneys. I hired George to represent me in a dispute I had with a boat yard. The boatyard failed to properly winterize my boat causing damage to the engines, and the cabin. The boatyards insurance company tried to offer me a small amount of money, but once I had George on the case things changed rapidly. I ended up getting the compensation I was asking for from the insurance company, and they had to dispose of the boat themselves. Mr. Geller accepted my case after others declined to take it on. After I explained my situation (what happened) Mr. Geller pretty much did all the driving from that point forward. He kept miscellaneous costs to a minimum and was very flexible with scheduling. We did most of our communications via email and phone, which was very convenient for me. His office is conveniently located downtown and next to a parking garage with ample parking space so when I had to come in, I had no issues with directions or finding parking (rare for downtown).
