At first I was very worried that there was no hope for my case or situation. But without fail John has been there every step of the way with me easing my anxiety and reassuring me that he’ll get the best outcome. He’s kind and patient and has taken his time to explain every detail of the case and the defense. He even had a meeting with family members to dismiss their worry. He was very caring and took my case seriously and although I doubted that the case could get dismissed he made that happen. My case was completely dismissed and I could not be more grateful for the work and time Mr. Cromwell has put into this. I had a DUI case that was dismissed. If your looking for a great lawyer to do what’s in your best interest always this is the guy.

After being arrest for a criminal offense and finding myself in a situation that could effect my entire future, I went ahead with the grueling task of having to find legal representation. I went through a few consultations with other lawyers but I felt extremely confident and at ease with Mr. Cromwell throughout the whole process of my case. He keeps a very calm and kind demeanor. This truly helped with my level of stress and anxiety I was going through. Never once did I feel as if he was judging me. He answered my text and calls in a very timely manner and was always available to answer any questions I had. While in court I can see the other attorneys in the room come to him to seek his advice. First and foremost, my wife and I are extremely appreciative of the Roy Law Group. They are now family to us and we could not have dealt with the insurance company alone. The people that work for Roy Law Group took us on and walked us through every step of the long process. I wish we could recommend them higher than this review. Our story of "why" we recommend Roy Law Group. My wife suffers from Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) as a result of a horrific automobile accident and epilepsy. At first, her short term employment disability kicked in without any issues. We noticed a change in the disability insurance as my wife's treatments continued past the six month mark. We were told by the insurance company she was not going to receive long-term disability. The insurance company lied stating long-term disability was not selected for her at time of employment. Being she has TBI it was very difficult for her to understand what was happening. I had to do the work to find her original employment signing paperwork showing she had signed up, checked the box, and paid for this service. This was the first time we realized the insurance company was not here to "help" my wife. During this stage we received many complicated paperwork assignments from the insurance company and threats she was going to be dropped from coverage. You could feel the insurance company just wanted us to give up so they could save money. They do not care about your actual wellbeing. We did not give up like they wanted us to do. Months prior to the one year mark the threats became real as the insurance company randomly sent my wife a denial of coverage letter. They gave a ridiculous reason stating they felt she was fine now and was dropping her from long-term coverage again. Mind you, she had only been on long-term disability for a few months. Even though she was still receiving medical services and had multiple doctors stating the opposite. We did not accept the insurance games anymore and looked for help. Thankfully we talked with the Row Law Group. They are amazing people from the start and tell you up front what they will do. No false promises, as they walk you through realistically if they were able or not able to help and why. Luckily for us they saw what the insurance company was doing and had dealt with this same company many times. I love the fact they listen to your situation and you know they are in the fight with you. I have never seen complete strangers be an advocate for the truth and justice like the Row Law Group is. Over the process I could not imagine anyone else doing such an amazing tailored job to our situation as them. We have now had my wife's long term disabilities reinstated and now moving forward the insurance company has to still deal with our protectors the Row Law Group. If you are going through the ringer and fighting with an insurance company over short/long-term disability just stop the stress and fight alone. Don't delay like we did just CALL Row Law Group now. I wish we had called them earlier and my wife would not have had to cry or worry as much during the earliest stages of the fight. Our family is so grateful to the Row Law Group.

I’ve known Shawn for about 20 years. He has been a local bar leader, particularly with organizing legal education events that are mandatory for us lawyers. Shawn has a reputation for his hilarious Business Law lectures at St. Martin’s University, where he’s been an adjunct professor for many years.Shawn’s commitment to zealously represent his clients is legendary. For example, he represented an owner of a sports bar who did not believe the indoor smoking ban was fair or legal. Shawn’s is dogged defense of Frankie, the owner, continued even though client actively broke the law by allowing smoking in his “private club.” The State wasn’t having any of it and closed down the bar. It’s not always easy to represent folks who deliberately violate the law. These clients are some of the most challenging, as they basically believe their individual rights trump the citizens’ rights to health and safety. Frankie died not long ago, perhaps because his right to smoke killed him. Shawn Newman is a very bright and creative attorney. To ask for help is difficult To ask someone to help you fight with you against horrible people is harder. Blooms form specialises on fighting for survivors of sexual assault. I came in for a consultation and Sam listened to me and gave it to me straight. This is exactly what I needed. To understand what I wanted to accomplish and how I may need to compromise. He gave me alternative situations and advised me that I may not get exactly what I was looking for because of my situation. But he also explained that what I was looking could be accomplished down the road if it didn’t work now. The consultation was so informative he even told me I might not even need him and I could do it myself. I knew this going into it. (And was relieved to know he wasn’t just trying to get my money. As I’ve heard other previous horror stories from friends and family when it comes to other Lawyers.) However my other Co-Parent had already hired a lawyer, I wanted the peace of mind Sam brought to the table. Also his firms reputation was nice. And it shined through in his professionalism and timely communication. In the end it went exactly how Sam and I discussed it would happen. In six months I will be 50/50 Co Parent. Thank you Sam!!! I went through a high-conflict divorce that involved false accusations and threats around taking away custody. It was a stressful process, but Sam guided me through it, kept things in perspective, always had a game plan, and somehow managed to add in some humor through it all to lighten the mood. We won literally everything I asked for in court - I'm so glad I trusted him with one of the biggest decisions of my life. Highly recommend.

Sam is great. I would not recommend another family law attorney to anyone. My case was quite extensive and very high conflict. Sam got me a result that I would have never expected. He conducted himself professionally with me and with counsel on the other side and it is easy to see that Sam is highly respected amongst his peers. I knew I was going to hire marc 10 minutes into our consultation. Ive never been in any sort of legal battle but marc really made me feel at ease. He fought for me! He was super dedicated and made me feel like I was more than just his client! He cared! He answered any question I had and was super attentive to my case. What stood out the most for me was when we had a hearing and instead of taking the easy way out and opening up his computer to start up zoom, he flew down just to do it in person! I was threatened by a company over a negative YouTube video I made to expose some shady business practices. Marc reviewed my case and was immediately on-board to defend me and stand up against this hostile company. Marc's motivation stemmed from his aggressive support of the First Amendment. I didn't know this, but he even helped author NV's Anti-SLAPP laws which would have been the basis of our case. Marc was sensitive to the issue of cost, and we made a deal which worked for me. Additionally, I was impressed by his responsiveness via email to questions and suggestions -- few emails went unreplied after 15 minutes. Bottom Line: During one of the most stressful situations in my life, Marc made me feel relaxed.

We're glad we found Atty. Leduc. My son's case would have been dumped into the deep without any chance of seeing the light. The initial lawyer we hired is just interested of what he gains. Atty. atrick is an amazing attorney. He took on my husbands case. He managed to get a 20 year sentence down to really no jail time at all. He fought for us when no one else would. Mr. Bullman represented me in an : " ILLEGAL POLICE STRIP SEARCH " Where I was violated, humiliated and treated like pure trash. I was very terrified afterwards and did not know what to do or who to call to help me. (As I felt helpless) From the moment I called him, He immediately went into action. Mr. Bullman and team were a tremendous help in us trying to get resolution on our breach of contract case. He and his staff were on top of things right from the start. He was also very compassionate about our situation, communicating on a personal level to us that let us know he understood where we were coming from. I am a local San Diego civil attorney and I strongly recommend Peter Mesich as your attorney to handle any criminal or civil matters. He has personally represented my family members and friends over the past year - each receiving either an early dismissal, not guilty result or a very favorable resolution. He is the lawyer's lawyer and the guy a lawyer like myself turns to when friends or family are in need of representation. He works very hard on his cases and he "runs out the groundballs." In a recent case he handled for me just last month, he contacted the police, county witnesses, experts and all witnesses even before the first Court hearing. He was thus more prepared than the seasoned prosecutor at the very first hearing! You cannot go wrong with Peter as your attorney.

Peter was a guiding light for me during a very nerve wracking period. I received a misdemeanor and a potentially steep fine, and did not know where to turn. Peter came very highly recommended and was a real savior. He took total control of the case and made himself readily available at any time. He worked tirelessly to have the charges minimized to a much more acceptable fine with no other repercussions. Peter handled the whole case in the most professional and up front manner. Peter was an absolute life saver to me. I had not dealt with DUI issues before, so when this all began, I knew I needed a good attorney. I originally liked the fact that Peter had been a prosecutor before working as a defense attorney. My case was a bit complicated, but after I got into the process, I did see that Peter made a great difference. When I was working out the consequences of my DUI, I saw that other people with the same BAC that I had were assigned to the nine-month program at OHS. In addition, the same people that were assigned to the 9-month OHS program were assigned 14 days of the Work Project Program - I would have lost a lot of income if I had been subjected to such lengthy programs ! I was given three months of OHS classes and only 4 days of the Work Projects Program. That is an amazing testament to Peter's skill !! Before my Arraignment, Peter indicated to me everything I needed to do to get a reduced sentence, and I did all of it. I didn't want to bug Peter too much while the case was in process, but I did waste some money on bail bonds because I hadn't contacted him... I could have been out on my own recognizance !!!! Peter will help you immensely; keep calling him about those minor details, he won't mind. He would prefer to do a great job for you. That is way his service is a great investment. Delete review

If you are looking for a Lawyer that cares about you than the money. You should hire “Bubba Head “. I had hired another Attorney that gave me little to no hope of winning my case. After a pre- consultation with Mr. Head. He gave me free advice to help assist my Attorney. Upon realizing Mr. Head’s expertise. I decided to release my Attorney and hire him. Mr. Head went to bat for me and had my charges reduced to a lesser offense. Mr. Head is one of the hardest working Attorneys out there and he will work hard for you. In closing , Mr. Head I just want to say thank you. I will never be able to to express my gratitude.

You will not find a more experienced attorney who will get you the best possible outcome in your case than Bubba Head. A very well respected attorney in Atlanta referred me to him for my personal injury claim resulting from being rear ended in a car accident. My case was complicated and Bubba knew how to navigate through the multiple layers. Ultimately, Bubba wrote a masterful Holt demand letter that included all of the details of the incident and resulted in the company granting our full request. Besides being the most competent attorney you can hire he is the most compassionate attorney you will find. He understood the nature of my injuries as well as the associated stress of the accident and was supportive throughout the process of my recovery.

I was referred to William Head because I am out of state- I could not have been more pleased. I am young, had many questions and was very concerned. He treated me as a person, not just another case. Peter worked with us over the course of several years as we sought desperately needed out of district placement for our two sons. Peter is extremely knowledgeable and deeply experienced. I am a Chinese national who recently moved to the United States. Due to my unfamiliarity with American traffic laws, I once failed to stop in time when I saw a police car with its sirens blaring. At the time, I didn't have an Indiana driver's license, and due to a language barrier, the police arrested me and charged me with attempting to use a vehicle to escape—a felony in Indiana. Fortunately, I met ROY, a very friendly and understanding lawyer who took the time to talk to me about other things to make me feel better. He advised me to get a driver's license, which I promptly did. At my first court appearance, ROY explained my situation in detail to the prosecutor, emphasizing that it was a misunderstanding. The prosecutor accepted this explanation and dismissed the charges. The entire process went very smoothly, and I didn't receive any punishment. ROY's fees were also very fair; I ended up spending much less on legal fees than I had anticipated. I highly recommend ROY, and I will certainly refer my friends to him if they encounter similar problems in the future.

Roy is there when you need him. He is patient, honest and makes himself accessible. He will assess your situation and give you accurate information about how he is able to help your situation. He’s aggressive and works for your best interest and outcome. He tells you upfront about his fees, which are extremely affordable and then doesn’t come back for more later on. Reed presented information regarding gun laws. He presented the information in a very clear and understandable way. He provided real life situations and was able to answer all of our questions. He spoke for 1 1/2 hours and he was so interesting the time flew by. It was obvious that he was very knowledgeable and an expert in the area of gun laws. I hope our club invites him back again.

We had a situation where the Mother withheld contact from the Father. Amber helped in giving voice to our concerns with the Mother's criminal record, bizarre augmentative behavior and association with recent violent felons. In the end, with Amber's help, the Father did obtain primary residence for the good of the child.

Mr Polinske was very straight forward and showed a excellent knowledge of the process that would be followed in my case. In our first phone call he described in detail how my case would progress and the timeframe he laid out for the case was right on the money. I had tried to contact two other attorneys but never heard from them. Mr Polinske returned my call the same day that I first called. He and his staff remained responsive the entire time until the dismissal of my case. I would not hesitate to call him again if his services were required.
