I had a very difficult case, though I am sure they all are, and had a consult with Tara Burd. Tara was the third lawyer I interviewed, and although ultimately the case was settled a different way than with attorney's, I would have hired her over all the others. I was impressed with the meeting as Ms. Burd addressed issues that were overlooked by the other attorneys. I unfortunately have had to hire many lawyers for different business reasons over the last few years. Tara was most impressive. Her professionalism and intellect were clear, but she also had a true kindness and concern over my situation. I was and am highly impressed with her both personally and professionally. I thought investing in bullion might be a good idea given the recent upheavals in the stock market. I made a verbal contract to buy gold bullion from an online dealer. However after researching the company and finding some very alarming reviews, I no longer had the confidence to invest in them. Speaking with Tara on the telephone, at no cost to me, she told me her views and recommendations. Later she followed up with an e-mail giving more sound advice. She'es a great help. If I need legal representation I know where to go.

I used Jim the first time concerning a contractor working on my house. He did an amazing job and he was able to help us get that contractor removed so we could hire a new contractor to fix and finish the job 15 years ago. I also use him for my business. He is currently drafting my husband and I a new will. He has handled business liens, reveiwing company documents, and can assist in keeping corporate books in order. He always provides reasonable, honest advise. No one wants to have to hire an attorney but Im glad we have someone we trust if we need help.

Ashley Scarpetta was consulted to learn if our aging father's will needed fine-tuning to accurately reflect and ultimately fulfill Dad's longstanding wishes for his family. Ashley welcomed our concerns by answering our many questions, educating us in a manner that was easy to grasp.

this past year we had a circumstance that required an Attorney that handles Estate issues. A family member had removed a property from an irrevocable trust which incurred major tax implications. Darcie, who was refereed by a friend, was so, helpful understanding, thorough and timely! She is organized, extremely thoughtful, and exhausted every avenue in efforts to help us come to a solution, which at first we thought could be possible. in addition to Darcie being a pleasure to work with in a situation that was not ideal, she went above and beyond to lay out the implications each action we in tale. In my opinion, educating us beyond her scope for our own good, was far beyond what was being asked of her. It was apparent that Darcie truly wants more than just the desired outcome for her clients! I had an issue with a family law case. The attorney I have has not responded to my phone calls and emails for two to three weeks. The attorney had not provided the final order to the judge for approval so we could close our case and I wasn't sure what direction to go in. My probate question was a little more complex because my father's estate covers property in several states, and quite frankly I didn't understand how to properly navigate my way around making sure things were filed correctly and in all the right places; and then there were things I wouldn't even know to look for and check over. But Attorney Brian Dolan did, even in counties outside of Florida which as it turns out is where I should be concentrating my investigation efforts.
I would recommend Brian to everyone, it doesn't matter which side of the probate estate your needs lay: heir or creating a will for loved ones.

My concern for my grandchildren to have a secure and stable home was the reason I stepped up to become their legal guardian, since they were in the system from early on in their young lives. However, issues which placed their safety in jeopardy was the reason I decided to adopt them.
I knew the adoption would be bitterly contested, nevertheless, I placed the best interest of the children ahead of any concern I had about any objections, and proceeded to look for an attorney who could help me.
I do most things online, but this time I went to the yellow pages of the phone book, and as I thumbed through the pages of attorneys one firm stood out to me. I contacted their office and was met with a friendly greeting and very helpful person who relayed my concerns to the attorneys. They set up a free consultation with me that was very timely, and during that consultation the attorneys listened closely to my story. They were honest with me and explained that there was a chance that I would not win my case, and they explained clearly why this was. They also told me that with all the information we had, there was a very good chance that I would win. I was encouraged by the attention and professionalism displayed by this firm and by Attorney Chad Rayle who took my case.
Chad was prompt with supplying me with information and asked questions whenever he need to via phone, email, or by face to face meetings. He gave me the impression that he cared about my case and especially about my grandchildren, and I felt comfortable that he had a good grasp on the tasks at hand. He also had the advantage of the advice and experience of two very knowledgeable senior attorneys who seemed always available, although they are also very busy. This gave me the impression that they were very good at what they do, because many people come to them for legal help.
The fee was very reasonable, and I was kept affront of the financial aspect so that I had control, and they also worked with me considerably to help keep it affordable and I appreciated that.
From my perspective Attorney Chad Rayle picked up my case with authority and confidence. He researched, information which helped us strengthen the case and kept me informed and included. Chad always contacted me with information so that I could make informed decisions whenever it was necessary and then allowed me to make them. I felt that he always let me have control especially when it came to decision making, by the way he gave me information, explained what it meant and whenever I was unsure of what to do he explained what choices I had in a way that made it much easier. He also made me feel welcome to contact him whenever necessary.
I was struck by Attorney Rayle's positive attitude, focus, professionalism, and assertiveness. These are important qualities that I look for in a professional and because of these qualities, I felt that I could relax and allow Attorney Chad Rayle to handle my case, which was contested and a very difficult one I might add.
When I needed assurance, Chad gave me that assurance and I knew that I could trust him. I felt that Chad, as well as the entire staff at the firm handled me with dignity and respect from start to finish which was very valuable to me.
This case was truly "one for the books" because of it's delicate aspects, and when it was all said and done, the court ruled in my favor; Attorney Chad Rayle had won my case for me.
Because of my experience I have nothing but the deepest trust, admiration, and respect for Attorney Rayle because of how he handled me and my case, and because of his intelligence, knowledge of legal matters, and professionalism.
If I were ever to need an attorney again I will most certainly go to Attorney Chad Rayle, and I highly recommend him to anyone needing his services.
I am exceptionally satisfied with Attorney Rayle's services, and because of him my confidence in the legal system has been strengthened.

Ms. Patterson is a true professional lawyer. I have used her services at least three times in the past 8 years. She was always pleasant to discuss my cases by walking me through the legal process and discussing my options. She always made herself available to sit down and go over the issues step by step and update me on a regular basis on the status of my cases. What I appreciate the most is that I always felt being protected when she is handling my cases. She really fights to get the issues settled to my best interest. In all three cases the issues were settled in my favor. Two of those were contract disputes and the third was a real state transaction worth $80,000. I saw her in real action through mediation sessions and let me tell you....she was a real aggressive lawyer fighting to the end for an acceptable resolution to my case. Her fees were extremely reasonable and she will always be my first choice to go to lawyer.

We went to her for estate planning and Eileen held our hand through it all. We had no idea where to start or even if we should do it. But you really have no idea how much there is to consider, even if everyone is healthy and you don't have "that much." There's stuff you don't even think about! She explained everything to us very clearly. We were very comfortable and happy that we did it. I've recommended her to some of my closest friends and I'm pushing them to now get their affairs in order. It really does make you sleep better at night. There's so much I didn't know, you really do need a pro to keep an eye on that part of your life for you. She's very sharp, personable, and easy to work with. She is an excellent communicator and we can't recommend her enough.

I've known Jenna and her family for a number of years. I have known her to be interesting, funny and informed on many topics. I needed to have my will, Health directive and trust re-worked to better reflect my current needs. She took my old documents and agreed with me to the re-write because several laws have also changed over the years. She called and e-mailed me with questions, discussed possibilities and then produced the draft in a timely manner. I looked everything over and then we met for her to answer any remaining questions that I had.
Since I do not speak "legal-eese", I had many questions. She explained everything fully and to my complete satisfaction, without making me feel uninformed. We were then able to complete the documentation and I expect the final documents soon.

I was found in the position of being the Executor for my good friends estate due to her untimely passing. This was a very complicated estate and if it were not for Mr. Bauer and his staff I would not have endured all the things that were involved. I hired Ms. Arnett to create my Living Trust and my Last Will and Testament. I knew the time had come, but I was naive. I thought I just needed a Will. But after interviewing me and taking meticulous notes on my wishes, she helped me understand that especially because I own a small business, a Will was not sufficient enough to honor my wishes. And this was no upsell. It was a lesson about how little power a Will has and how much it doesn't cover. And I think most lay people like me would be surprised too. It's not just about who you want your deceased grandmother's jewelry to go to. What would you do if you were still alive, but unable to make decisions for yourself? If you own a small business, what's going to happen to it if you die? What if you have no wife, siblings or children, such there would be not be an obvious or lawful choice as a beneficiary? And if a Court had to ultimately decide for you, would you want some random Judge making these decisions - all because you didn't want to spend the time and money to create the needed official legal documents that ratify your wishes when you were still alive?
Ms. Arnett was willing to negotiate a very fair cost for drafting these docs and was more than patient with me when some life events caused me to take a really long time to review and proofread the drafts of all of the docs, even though she prepared them in a timely manner. And when it was time to sign all of the documents, she included two of her own assistants, necessary to serve as two witnesses, with one being a notary public. I give BT Arnett my highest recommendation!

Nancy Parchesky of Personal College Advising would like to thank Jen Taddeo of Doherty, Ciechanowski, Dugan & Cannon, P.S., for helping her boys with their health proxys. Parents need to be aware of the law concerning their children eighteen and over (especially those who have a child going away to college): once a child is 18 hospitals do not need to include the Parent's wishes in the decision
making process. Jen is running a special program just for this situation, and I, for one, sleep better knowing my boys decisions will not be left to the insurance company. My children, also feel better knowing they have a lawyer they know and can contact if need be.

My wife and I had put off doing any estate planning for a long time. In fact it was the only open item in our financial plan. Part of the issue was that my wife and I were being a bit irrational and just wanted to avoid the topic. Jen made the process easy and painless, and a little fun. My wife, Jen and I laughed our way through the process. Jen's pre-first meeting checklist and final meeting "flowchart" made us feel extremely comfortable that everything that was supposed to be covered was and that we understood all the contingencies. I am so happy that I contacted Derek to help me with my divorce. I had spent a ton of money retaining a lawyer prior to reaching out to Derek, and ultimately didn't get the assistance I needed. When I contacted him, I was at my wit's end, emotionally, dealing with financial strain, unhelpful professionals, on top of a painful divorce situation. I met with him twice for consultation and he was very patient, compassionate, knowledgeable, and authentic. I have never been divorced before, so I was totally lost, and he explained all my options, rights, and responsibilities in language that made sense to me. He was also able to provide consultation by the hour, as needed, so I didn't have to go through the upfront cost of a huge retainer fee, when my divorce case didn't really call for it. I spent weeks and then some searching for the right lawyer, and then upon a recommendation from a friend found Derek Lucas.
I explained my complex and complicated situation to Derek, and he picked up on it right away, and agreed to work with me in the way I wanted and needed, and lastly we agreed on a fair and reasonable payment for the services. Derek lived up to all of my expectations.
Derek kept me up to date as requested and as he agreed.
The case was concluded in a satisfactory way.

I was rerferred to Mr. Lucas by a friend, another lawyer who didn't handle the type of law I needed. I could not be more pleased. Kristi was referred to me by a good friend when I was searching for the first step on what to do so that my husband could legally adopt my oldest son. My husband had been his Daddy for over 10 years and it seemed only natural to make it official. I asked questions and Kristi answered thoroughly. I cannot express my appreciation for all she did for us. As we are not from this state, we do not have family here, so when I asked her if there was any way we could get started on the paperwork when I could arrange for family to be in town as witnesses, she did not hesitate to accommodate my request. After my father passed away, I had Jen look over his trusts, which were basically a foreign language to me. She was able to explain them and helped my family and I understand it and what steps we needed to take. A year later, I hired Jen to write my own will and trusts. Ms Fay was contacted to help my family update my Grandmothers Power of Attorney, Health Care Proxy and Will during unfortunate timing due to the COVID pandemic. Ms. Fay went above and beyond to get these papers completed and notarized while having to social distance due my grandmothers living situation. Attorney Dardeno provided legal assistance for the sale and purchase of our homes. He found that the home we wanted to purchase in SOMERVILLE had a fence placed in the middle of two properties that were previously owned by two brothers but the land was never sold or transferred so the land we would have been paying taxes on would be legally owned by the abutting neighbor as the city records were never changed and it would have been a nightmare for us. We bought a different house. Thank God he had the search done back over 50 years. Not sure I explained this correctly but I'm sure you understand.

When we went to Mr. Dardeno, we were in a difficult real estate situation. Without going into too much detail, it was a no-win situation that involved dealing with a party that was less than trustworthy.
