We worked with Bill to purchase a home and to sell a home FSBO. Bill was very detailed in explaining the process to us and advised us on each issue that arose. He was very quick to respond to questions and requests and we were so glad we had him to look over everything and protect our interests. Although the process of selling and buying a home is complex and often frustrating I was extremely fortunate to have worked with Matt for both of these events. Throughout the process he communicated clearly and was very thorough. During negotiations of the Purchase and Sale for our new home he was able to explain things in a maner which were easy to understand. Matt also made good suggestions about what we needed to get clarification on from the seller. For example, the seller had a clause in there that he could sell the home prior to us buying it. This turned out to be for tax purposes and ended up being acceptable to us, but there were about a half dozen red flags which Matt brought to our attention. When the bank had issues during our closing, Matt was able to get everything in order so that we could still close. Whenever we had questions, he was responsive and above all I found him to be very trustworthy. Thanks Matt!

We used Matt when we decided to sell our house. It was our first time, and we were working on a tight deadline as we had already purchased our new home. Matt came highly recommended. We ran into some potential property line issues and some title search issues amd Matt worked quickly to resolve them in plenty of time before our set closing deadline. Attorney Dowling turned things around for me. I have a very complicated case, made much worse by the fact that it was not handled properly by my previous attorneys. Attorney Dowling worked very hard, stopping the loss from the moment that she took over my case. I would strongly recommend her to anyone who has cases related to custody and cross-states jurisdiction.
During the week, we exchanged many emails and had discussions over the phone to clarify my questions and doubts. She understood my case in its complexity and spent hours on documents that I sent her, in order to figure out the right angle to handle the case from. Unlike my previous attorneys, who did not want to spend the time to explain the legal theories and related risks in detail, attorney Dowling would explain the situation patiently and clearly.
From our communication, I feel that attorney Dowling has a very good grasp of legal theories and has a good understanding of different situations and difficult matters. She is the kind of attorney who would only go to the court with a full understanding of the case and thorough preparation.

I have used the services of Michael Bartnik for several business and family matters through the years. He has proven to be a knowledgeable attorney who makes himself available to answer my questions as they occur. He is well versed in business matters and recently worked with our new landlord to draw up a lease that benefited our company. He has assisted in closing out estates - specifically one which involved a charitable trust. Also, he has drawn up the required paperwork to help us form a 501C3 while assisting us in the format necessary to submit it properly. Michael Bartnik has helped with personal issues such as a will, and a fight with a medical insurance provider that needed to pay a claim - all with a successful conclusion. Lisa Wnuck and her staff assisted me with settling my father‘s estate. When an unforeseen issue arose, she and her staff resolved it to our full satisfaction. We were impressed with the professionalism with which they handled the situation.
My accountant was also impressed with the income tax planning she provided when it came time at the end for his office to prepare the Estate’s income tax return. Because expenses were paid when they were and distributions made when they were, income taxes were minimized.

I came to Vicki with an outdated will and living trust. After a friendly, warm question period, she outlined her plan. She emailed the will and trust to me within three days with the instruction to go over it, change any facts, check on name spelling and content. I emailed them back to her, as requested. The next meeting, a few days later, the will and trust were signed, witnessed and notarized. I feel the fee charged was fair and I am very comfortable with the realization that Ms. Rubin-Howton is my new lawyer.

I met Carrie in 1999. She was my ex-husband's attorney. She helped him get custody of my daughter away from me. After that I knew she was good. If she could get my daughter away from me after I fought tooth and nail to keep her that's all I needed to know. In 2003 I needed an attorney so, I called Carrie's office. She was surprised to see me. She asked me if it was in regards to my ex-husband because that would be a conflict of interest. I said no. Right after that my current husband passed away. I needed a special attorney to handle a complex case involving probate, guardianship, sale of realestate, income tax and asset management. I literally searched google, asked family and friends for an attorney that could take care of all these matters for me and all roads led to lee. It took 2 years to resolve each and every issue but at the end of it all ... I prayed and thanked God I found him. He will always be strait with you, work hard to resolve an issue. He is very reasonably priced which surprised me because I had dealt with attorneys half his ability and paid much more. We requested Last Will and Testament, Durable Power of Attorney, Living Will and Health Care Surrogate legal documentation to be drafted based on our rather uncertain desires for eventual satisfaction of our personal final decisions.
Attorney Jacobs stipulated a fee, arranged a personal interview with us in quiet, comfortable office, and comperhensibly briefed us on the broad ramifications of end of life legal documentation and the decisions to be made by each of us. He followed the interview some days later in another informal meeting when our ideas were finalized and personalized in documents he later developed.
In the third and final session, again in a quiet, comfortable office, Attorney Jacobs explained in detail the documents put before us, introduced us to competent witnesses he had arranged to be present and guided us through each document, our approval of each document, the formal signing and witnessing of each document while responding objectively to any questions we offered.

I spoke with David on the phone initially involving a family member and possibly amending a Power of Attorney document that was drafted before the new Florida laws came into effect after 2011. My ex-husband passed last month, and lived in AZ. Our children live in Hawaii, and they had no idea what do do upon hearing about the passing of their father. We have been told that no Will was left, so we knew we needed to talk to an attorney to help us with this process. On the recommendation of another law firm, I was put in contact with Mr. Struse. We spend an hour long Zoom conference call with Mr. Struse and we all felt confident that he was the correct attorney to speak to about our concerns and helping us navigate our next direction. He answered all our questions, listening patiently, giving us ethical / straight forward advise. We left the conversation with the knowledge of how probate works and knowing how we need / want to move forward. I've used the services of Slosser Law Firm's, Timothy Struse, in the past when he deftly sorted out my deceased mother's property holdings and got my sister and I on track to transfer the property title. The property had been taken out of the Trust to be refinanced when my mother was still alive, but was mistakenly not put back in the Trust. So when it came time to make sure the remaining properties were in order to sell and sign off on the escrow documents with only one Trustee instead of two, hiring Timothy Struse again was a no-brainer. Timothy made the process easier and saved my sister and I a lot of time and effort. He's affordable, fast, pleasant and knows what he's doing. You can interview other attorneys like I did prior to hiring him the first time, but I guarantee you I am most happy with Timothy and can't recommend him highly enough.

Tim Struse handled our case of Trust settlement. My sister and I had been working with another lawyer for 6 months to obtain our rightful inheritance after the death of our father, but the trustee of my father's Trust (his second wife) chose to interpret the documents to give herself all the income from the Trust assets for life even though our father had made it clear in the last amendment he signed before his death that she was to receive a lump sum and his children were to receive the remainder. We were getting nowhere until we hired Tim Struse who promptly drew up a Trust Distribution Agreement which all parties felt was equitable. Throughout the process, Tim kept us informed of progress, answered all our emails (sometimes within minutes) and made us feel like we had a powerful ally. I would highly recommend Tim Struse to anyone with Trust or Estate problems.

I was searching for an attorney to do some estate planning...but I was concerned about how much my particular situation might cost. Most of the attorneys gave me estimated costs for "typical" wills and trusts, but indicated that exact costs would depend on my particular situation. Michael Presutti was the only attorney that made me an offer over the phone that seemed more than fair. He offered to review my situation, determine what he believed was the best way forward, and to then give me a price to execute that approach....and he did all of this with no up front costs. This enabled me to make an informed "go - no go" decision without having a sizable amount of money already invested in a particular attorney. And his charges were exactly what he agreed to in advance.
