We last did our wills 20 years ago, so thought that now might be a good time to review everything again. We originally worked with Mary Galligan, but this time we were fortunate to work with her equally excellent son, Michael. It was a pleasant and highly productive meeting in which our Wills were completely updated. The experience was so nice that we went out for a nice lunch to celebrate our ultimate demise. That sounds strange, but it felt really good to have our power of attorney, medical POA and Wills professionally done so we don't have to worry about those end of life decisions. Michael was efficient, professional and best of all willing to listen to our concerns. My wife and I highly recommend Michael for any Probate or Estate Planning you might require.

I consulted with Mike on a family law matter and he was very frank with me about my options. Rather than try to sell me his services, he consulted me according to my best interests. He told me that I could complete part of my case on my own without hiring an attorney in order to save money and that it would not affect judgement of my case one way or the other. Ms. Gray was absolutely amazing in a very difficult situation that I was faced with. My brother became extremely ill and comatose, and I had to get a Guardianship in order to get him the medical and long-term care that he needed. We've been through a few attorneys that have done little to nothing except cash our checks. David Doehring and his firm have accomplished more in the past 5 months than the others did in 5 years. If you have need for a probate attorney, give David a chance. He was upfront about a plan of action in our situation and so far has executed it to a T. And unlike other attorneys, he doesn't try and milk the clock. He tries to make sure you get value out of every attorney hour.

My wife and I came to Susan (whom we met in our local chamber of commerce) to arrange our will. We were also advised to form a living trust that would protect our own interests. We ran into all sorts of problems dealing with the property partition of our uncle who passed away. There were too many contenders and too much dirt, to be honest. We desperately needed a quality legal representation, as court was the last resort to settle the dispute. Susan was recommended by the lawyer whom I had dealt with in the past. Jaclyn Nayar! I don't even know where to begin. She was my lifesaver during a very dark time in my life. Besides being professional and getting the job done to my satisfaction, Jackie is a kind, caring, and compassionate person. When I hired Jackie I was ready to give up. My husband left me with no warning. 3 weeks after that I tragically lost my sister. 2 months after that I was served with divorce papers. I consulted with a couple of attorneys that were just not the right person for my case. One of them had me in tears by the time we hung up from our phone consultation. I contacted him because he is a partner at the law firm my parents hired for my sister's death. He made me feel like an idiot for asking the questions I asked. He practically hung up on me. It was like this little divorce case wasn't worth the time. I decided to go through the divorce on my own without an attorney. After suffering 2 major losses, my mind was not in a good place to try to navigate the legal system. We are so glad we found Glenda. A friend recommended her to my sister for POA for her father in law. I contacted Stum Law Firm for help with credit matters I was disputing on my credit report. I had tried to resolve several erroneous and false reportings on my credit report on my own but had absolutely no luck getting through to the creditors to receive proof of my debt(s) in an attempt to resolve the matter.
I was in the process of needing to secure a larger line of credit for business purposes but was unable to do so due to the errors on my credit report. I contacted Stum Law Firm and realized I was in good hands from the very first phone call. They took the time to get all of the details regarding my issue and made the retention process really easy and simple and they started working to resolve my credit matters almost immediately. The next time I spoke with the attorney about a week later, he was calling to inform me that he had contacted one of the creditors and they were removing their claim from my credit report immediately. The second was removed about a week after that. Completely removed from my credit report!
I can honestly say their customer service and professionalism really stood out throughout their time handling my case and I have recommended them to so many of my friends and co-workers who are experiencing the same issues with their credit. They didn't waste time and they truly cared about helping me resolve the credit issues I was having.

Guy is the best attorney my family has dealt with. He assisted my father and me in establishing my father’s trust. We first met with Guy in 1994. My father passed in 2016 and having a living Trust was the best and easiest way to settle his estate.

Mr. Draisin did not want to take my case at first, but after reviewing all of the details and evidence, he fully committed to pursuing a lawsuit. The service that Mrs. Norah-Davis gave me on my case was great. After being in a car accident where I was hit from behind at a very high speed, I had incurred lower back pain due to the impact. Mrs. Norah-Davis dealt with the insurance companies and made sure none of the medical expenses were paid for out of pocket since I was not at fault for this accident. All of my physical therapy sessions were paid through my settlement as well as receiving a settlement check to compensate for the pain I endured well after the accident occurred. We did not know Linda at all when we were in need of a new lawyer and she was a referral from our current lawyer Penny White. Linda helped us in our time of need getting custody of our granddaughter.

I suffered broken vertebrae and other injuries and was off work in a back brace for weeks. A colleague recommended Jarrod's firm. My daughter bought a home on land contract. She paid religiously for two years but noticed the neighborhood was really declining and the property almost lost half of its value since the inception of the contract, (She paid 72,500 for the house in Jan 2013 and its now valued at 44,500). Knowing she would never be able to get a conventional loan since the value of the home was far less than what she owed, I reached out on AVVO for some quick advice ( she was just going to finish the land contract out and not seek additional financing) . I heard from several attorneys, most of which said she would be sued hugely. They said the home would be sold as a sheriff sale and what monies were owed after that on the remainder of the contract, she would be responsible for and consequently, sued for!!! I was panicked, as she is 23 years old and put all of her savings down on the home. Mr Ott reached out to me, citing an old Land Contract Law which could apply. I met with him that week. He was knowledgable , throrough and kept my emotions in tact saying this sectionaed law could apply. He was so eloquent when trying to negotiate the terms on which to opt out.
What I have learned from this is......................dont ever sign a contract without an attorney reviewing it! Mr. Ott said that we should have put a stipulation in the land contract that she would refinance only if the market value of the home was worth the owed price. Mr. Ott negotiated a cancellation of land contract professionally and with minimal monies needed by my daughter. He was upfront about legal costs and billed accordingly and more than fairly.
If you need an attorney, hire him!!!!

Mr. Ott has been helping me in a probate/potential will contest matter. He gave me good personal service and was very responsive to my questions, concerns, and needs. He did speedy research (on issues dealing with out-of-state law) and continues to monitor my case as it unfolds (or drags out), which is work beyond what I initially expected. When I ask for specific counsel, he is usually very responsive. What I like about his service is that I feel that he "has my back", i.e., he's been acting as my eyes and monitor even when very little on the case is going on.

I had a really messed up probate case after my mom died. It was a mess. I called around and Attorney Gasper seemed to be able to see through the mess and made sense of it all.
