I can't imagine going through our trust litigation without Mr. Dominick. I am so grateful for his invaluable help and council. We recently moved to St. Pete and were in need of a good, professional and inclusive attorney to completely rewrite all of our legal documents. Kira Doyle and her great staff were all and more than we had hoped. The documents were thorough and covered all the mandates for the State of Florida.
They were completely welcoming to my wife and me. Kira Doyle and her staff treated us "just like every other couple," respectfully and graciously. As we come from a different state where this is NOT often the case, this environment was a relief.
Additionally, the documents and the process by which they are written, approved and finalized was professional and efficient. Kira and her staff were easily available to answer our questions and sent updates and their own questions frequently.

Brad assisted me in helping settle part of my late father's estate. I was having problems dealing with one of my father's banks, who were extremely unhelpful and basically just giving me bad information (causing me a great deal of stress in the process). He got back to me the same day I called. I explained the issues with the bank, and he took me through all my options, explained what the pros/cons were of each, and helped reduce my confusion and let me know that I could get this settled relatively easily. I really felt supported and appreciate everything. Also, his legal secretary, Hazel, was absolutely amazing, keeping me informed about everything.

My wife and I are both 74 years old, and we felt it was time to set up the proper estate planning accurately describe our final wishes and also avoid paying any unnecessary taxes when our assets are passed on to our beneficiaries or heirs. The Law Offices of Frye, Fortich and Garcia handled all of these matters for us. We had the good fortune to get the proper legal advice and documentation from Austin Frye and Lauren Garcia. They took all the time we needed to clearly our goals as a couple and individually. Not once did we feel that any question we had was too basic and unimportant. The entire experience was very professional and quite comfortable given the subject matter. We even had some good laughs along the way. I’m Lou and my father passed away and left me his estate that had a 50 percent share of the property he owned with his girlfriend for 30 years.
I was lost and Gus and Austin was my father’s attorney’s that I also inherited.
I dealt mostly with Gus , who is a true professional and is always prompt returning calls and emails.
Gus also helped with me purchasing an additional percentage of the property.

My experience with Frye, Fortich & Garcia has been a very positive experience.
My husband and I did our trusts, but unfortunately, he passed away before we were able to implement changes. Ms. Garcia outlined everything that needed to be done for the estate. She guided me in the necessary paperwork and completed all the necessary court papers. In the process, Ms. Garcia also caught a big mistake the courts made by appointing the wrong executor. This was promptly corrected. I was advised of all the steps taken throughout these proceedings and told of all papers needed. If I did not have them, I was always provided with help. My questions were promptly and kindly answered.
My experience has been very positive all the way through. Everyone in the office is courteous and prompt.

If you truly want to save your home from foreclosure, you need Margery Golant on your side. Her wealth of knowledge about the mortgage industry is incredible and she will fight for you with every bit of that knowledge. Many, many nights laying there next to my wife, shaking instead of sleeping.
The feeling of abject failure and the loss of so many years of work and dreams.
My initial mind set when I got behind on my mortgage was “I didn’t pay and I deserve to get foreclosed”. It certainly is a pretty straight line to that opinion. And you can rest assured that the so called judges in the Foreclosure Court, who are appointed, not elected, by and large believe this is true too. The long process of defending ourselves from the loss of our family home, which was the repository of every bit of our income (beyond consumables) for most of our lives, was an eye opening experience and some hard lessons about the law and in particular lawyers.
Lots of lawyers will line up to take your money, and as much of it up front as they can get you to pay. I have more than several acquaintances who paid eight thousand, ten thousand dollar retainers. This was quickly burned up on ticky tack back and forth with the bank/servicer and then they lost their homes. One leader in my scout troop found out she was going to auction 7 days before it happened and her family of 5 had to move in with her mother in law.
I’m here to tell you what you need is a Knight. On a Crusade. And that is who Margery Golant is to her clients. When she says: “I am personally disturbed to see consumers being taken advantage of…” she really means it and I have seen it many times in our long and SUCCESSFUL battle to not be foreclosed. Ms Golant had 3 judges disqualified from our case for public comments they had made that clearly showed the bias so prevalent in Foreclosure Court. She had our case removed from the Foreclosure division and put in Civil, where the judges answer to the voters, and care that the decisions they make are legally valid. She had the Service of the foreclosure thrown out 6 times. She fought a brilliant war of counter tactics and strategy that went on for well over 9 years. It seems crazy looking at it written here. Meanwhile my kids grew up in their home and thrived. Words can’t express our gratitude and if you are in this terrible situation, believe a survivor that this is your best choice for representation.

I had been renting a condo for a few years in San Francisco. When my landlord decided to sell, I was interested in buying the unit, and we reached out to Greg to help facilitate the for sale by owner sale.
Greg was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! He was very clear and responsive in his communication and was able to answer any questions from either I or the seller. He set up a timeline at the very beginning of the process that both the seller and I were able to follow and focus on the next items relevant for each of us. Very pleased with Greg's service. Wife and I received an offer for a private sale of our home. We wanted the deal but didn't know how to get it done. We were stressed. Then we found Greg and our stress ended. From acceptance of offer through close of escrow, Greg took care of everything. He dealt with the buyer, he dealt with escrow, and he advised us on what we needed to do and sign. We required a fast closing, and Greg made it happen by keeping in constant contact with buyer and escrow, skillfully nudging them to keep on schedule. Greg's clear instructions and ability to reply quickly to our questions made this unusual (for-sale-by-owner, no real estate agents) sale process very simple for us. He served as a resource for both Buyer and Seller in our case because we both felt comfortable with sharing.
Greg asked all the right questions at the intake interview, and followed up with initial documentation even before his first downpayment invoice. This timing gave both Buyer and Seller a confidence that he had our interests at the forefront.

My wife and I were very pleased with the service that Kevin, Carolyn and Hannah gave us during the preparation of our living trust. They have an organized process for trust preparation, which was helpful to us in gathering the required information for the document. My wife and I met with Anne Rosenthal twice to prepare a new estate trust. Our first visit was to organize the new estate trust. She was efficient and very helpful with details on creating a special section for our grandchild. The documents were created and sent over for review. They included everything we had requested. The second meeting was to sign the documents and, again, Anne Rosenthal was efficient and in about 30 minutes and job was done. About a week later we had a binder with the estate trust. From beginning to end the whole process took about three weeks to complete.

I met with Tom about an existing revocable trust that I needed to update. He listened to what I what wanted to change and and asked questions about the reasons I wanted to update it and why I was making changes. This year I finally prioritized planning my estate and that of my parents. I sought out Pablo Palomino because he is bilingual and because of his volunteer work. I anticipated the process to be daunting but Pablo, and his highly skilled team, did a great job of painlessly walking me through a comprehensive plan, proactively researching and correcting some abnormalities on my property title, and delivering a full package including a revocable living trust, will, power of attorney, health directive and more.
