I was involved in a really bad situation that would've cost me points on my license and a misdemeanor on my record. The court appointed me an Attorney who told me that the D.A. wasn't willing to negotiate and I should just accept having points on my license and a criminal offense on my record. I thought about it and told him " I'll think about it".. The next day I said a prayer and God told me " Get an Attorney, who isn't court appointed !!! ". I searched the internet and came across " The Law Office of Kenneth Mollins". After reading the awesome reviews , I gave them a call. I spoke with Tim and he assured me that he will keep fighting until I got the best deal available. He kept fighting for me until I walked away with an offer of no points on my license, a traffic ticket, and a reasonable amount of time to pay it. I highly recommend their Law Office because they are extremely knowledgeable, competent, helpful, affordable and they patiently address any questions or concerns you may have as a client. My first visit to New York City in 2023 was a wonderful experience up until I suffered a fall at Rockefeller Center. I suffered serious injuries after an unmarked drop at the sidewalk caused me to tumble. I was hospitalized and since that fateful day on June 1st, I have had to endure multiple surgeries and hours of occupational therapy.

I must say the representative that called me was very nice and he made me feel comfortable with the whole process and explained in detail how everything went from here. There's no amount of money that could buy out the suffering with headache's and everything else that goes along with the tumor, but the people (same people who made some COVID injections) (Pfizer) let millions of women get the Depo- Provera shot for over a decade while neglecting to label the side affect that it could cause brain tumors. At least they could do is compensate/ Settle out of court with us women who did develop a brain tumor due to their negligence

Years ago this man charged me and my mother 1000 dollars for a 10 minute consultation to tell us he needed 50,000 to take my mom as a client and told her to unbury the money she stole from the government . Even after we told him while my mother cried that she did not have this money that they were accusing her of Stealing in a white collar case . The lack of sympathy for my mom who is now deported haunts me And should haunt him good life niel Ruskin .

I received a speeding ticket and a ticket for not using my blinker on the Taconic Parkway a couple of months ago. It turns out the blinker ticket is 2 points and the speeding ticket would’ve been 6 points. I didn’t know any lawyers so I went on Google and found the Shelton Law Firm. I called Mr. Shelton that day and sent him the documents he needed. He was extremely professional and got straight to the point. He told me he would handle it and that he would appear in court for me and not to worry he will contact me when all was said and done. He did exactly that, he got my tickets reduced to 1parking ticket -no points —no raised Insurance premiums and no nonsense Now I have his number stored in my phone and I would Highly recommend him to anyone who is unfortunate enough to receive a moving violation I have to say when he called me after leaving the courthouse and told me what he was able to achieve I was more than just a little relieved. Through 4 years (all while I was overseas) of estate discovery, filings, depositions, delays and litigation, I am very appreciative that I had Regina (and her firm) as my advocates through a very stressful and frustrating process. I think Regina knows the law backwards and forwards, is very personable and I always appreciated her steadfast manner, experience & beliefs about how the system really works. We locked horns occasionally as I can be idealistic while she probably saved me a couple of more years of litigation and a good chunk of money.

Michael Santo is an exceptional attorney. He took the time to explain things I didn’t know.
