I decided to choose Mr. Hirsch after seeing his reviews online and the amount of success he has brought to his clients in the past. Brian is a knowledgeable, experienced, humble, trust worthy, and a patient lawyer to work with. Through out the entire last year, Brian has never failed to satisfy me by giving me information I needed to be prepare ahead of time. He would answer my questions, file all documents, give me head up all in a timely manner. During mediation, I was Uncertain and unaware of many issues which that he patently explained to me until I was Satisfied with his answers. He gave me examples of similar cases and success rate which put my mind at ease. I am very happy with my divorce settlement agreement regarding custody, visitations, support, assets division, property division, etc. I was saved the hassle to go to trial and by having a successful mediation. Brian is not only persuasive, knowledgeable yet an firm attorney, he also charges a very reasonable price. This combination is hard to find and I was lucky to have that benefit. Brian is calm, keen, and fair. Going through a divorce is horrible and having an attorney that one can trust completely is key. Brian has years of experience and understands the law and the nature of people. My recommendation would be to hire him, and then listen to him and let him do his job. After enduring 8 months of extreme job stress and a forced resignation, I sought Ms. Bertini's advice and counseling on how to proceed. She and her staff were very welcoming and seemed genuinely sincere in their interest in my issues. I originally called Mr. Bohannon's office related to a non-compliance charge against my husband for interlock violation. We previously worked with another attorney but because the attorney was also friends with the judge and court employees in a small town, time and effort did not seem to be taken for fair evaluation of my husband's case and the attorney did not seem to address certain issues with the judge on behalf of clients due to his personal conflict of interest. My husband was not under court order for interlock but instead in a voluntary program. Thus, these charges should never have been filed. I searched for an attorney outside of the usual local group and located Mr. Bohannon. I called on a Sunday to leave a message as I needed representation ASAP and actually got a call back that very day! I was impressed with his communication skills, empathy for both myself and husband, and prompt response. I was able to schedule an in person meeting within a couple of days. At that meeting, he dedicated uninterrupted time to my husband's case, explaining what the possible scenarios might be in court and how he would handle each one, as needed. He worked diligently on my husband's behalf to keep him from spending time in jail, away from work and family, understanding that he was in a voluntary program. He was not afraid to discuss that my husband was not actually under court supervision and thus non-compliance charges were not appropriate. He began working with the DA before even entering the courtroom, ensuring that court proceedings went smoothly. Attorneys should do the job that they are hired to do, regardless of their relationships with court employees in the community and with Mr. Bohannon, it was clear that he took his job seriously and worked to get the best results for his client. If you do not have trust and rapport with your attorney, you are less likely to have success and Mr. Bohannon established both of these immediately and continued to exemplify this professionalism throughout the process.

I spent a lot of time searching for an attorney that has experience in handling expungements in VA. VA is one of the toughest states to grant expungements and to handle it by yourself is pure stupidity.
The next couple of days I spoke with many different attorneys via telephone and office consultation.
Office: I visited Mr. Vincenzes Law firm in Fairfax where I was greeted by his secretary staff and offered coffee until my appointment time.
Consultation: Mr. Vincenzes explained how the expungement process would work and what was needed from me. We agreed on a very reasonable price for 2 misdemeanor expungements.
Mr.Vincenzes and his partner Josh understood the urgency I was facing being a college graduate wanting to enter the Law Enforcement profession. I did not want this youthful mistake haunting my future.
Mr. Vincenzes and Joshua kept me informed and updated me with any news relating to my case.
Court: The prosecutor was hesitant to approve BOTH expungements. However, Mr. Vincenzes did not go down without a fight. He was able to explain to the judge every reason why it should be granted. Believe me, This is an attorney that is very skilled ( I trust him with my life). His Experience & knowledge in the courtroom and law is magnificent.
If I EVER needed any legal assistance in the future, I know who to go too. Give him a call and you won't be disappointed. Mr. Vincenzes and Josh are confident, caring, and trustworthy when it comes to handling your case.

When I was charged two, yes two i really thought my life was over. I had never been in trouble with the law and I was personally battling anxiety depression, and PTSD. The criminal charges were false alarm calls to Loudoun County EMT and deputies and the second was in Fairfax County for disorderly conduct. Fortunately, I went through AVVO and found Brent and his right hand man Sean ( a former prosecutor.) This is the BEST DECISION I MADE. TRUST ME. All got plead out and no jail time for me. I will always remember how thoughtful and considerate they were towards me and as caring. They took their time and really i can’t thank them enough. If you don’t hire Brent you are making a huge mistake. I was looking at a year in jail. I got no jail time. I am and will always be grateful to Brent and Sean. I highly recommend Atty. Taylor and his office. I was charged with doing 91 in a 70 mph zone, so it was a Reckless Driving Speeding Misdemeanor charge. He appeared in court on my behalf and I ended up doing 24 hrs Community Service, completing an 8 hr online Defensive Driving Course, and paying $431 in fines to the court, and my charge was dropped down to an Improper Control/Driving charge, which is an Infraction, not a Misdemeanor. A win in my book.
Regarding Attorney Taylor - he was great from the start. He responded to my call right away and was informative and reassuring. He clearly explained what the penalties and consequences of my charges were and explained what he could do to lessen the charges. I was totally stressed and at a complete loss as to what to do, especially since I lived out of state, and hiring him immediately took all that stress away. He was affordable and his services were worth every penny. His office was wonderful as well. Megan, a Legal Assistant at the office, was very responsive to all my emails, which I really appreciated. Getting through the whole process really would have been impossible without them, especially being out of state. The court appearances were scheduled and then continued 4 times! His Office kept me informed, finally appeared in court for me, and in the end, gave me a letter clearly articulating exactly what I needed to do and by when in order to fulfill the Deferred Disposition and get my charges amended. I can't stress enough how worth it it was hiring them. Thank you Attorney Taylor and staff!!!

I found Mr Hicks on Google as soon as I realized I needed a good attorney. He was close by and seemed to be excellently qualified for my need. We met and he explained his fee structure as well as what I should expect and what he would do to try and mitigate. His honesty made my first experience on the back side of the law at least tolerable and less traumatic. In the end he convinced the prosecutor to reduce the charge to a misdemeanor and suspended sentence with probation. He is also returning the lion’s share of my deposit, saying his ethics demanded a refund of unearned funds. You can’t beat that.

Corrie was incredible to work with, you can believe everything they say on their website. She treated me and my divorce case with compassion, respect, understanding, and honesty. In my opinion, honesty shouldn't be understated in today's world. I happily settled in mediation. She was very well prepared for any eventuality that could come up. I was visiting from out of state when an incident occurred that left me in need of legal assistance. After reaching out to several area professionals and repeatedly being told that my situation didn't warrant their help, I was feeling hopeless. I decided to make one more attempt to seek aid and it was attorney Findlater who picked up the phone. I again told my story believing I'd be turned down, but he listened. I was driving from DC to Florida and was pulled over in Greensville County Virginia. I received a reckless driving ticket 85/70 and was surprised to found out it was misdemeanor in VA being from FL. I did research on lawyers and Christina Pendleton & Associates was by far the best choice. The law firm offered a very reasonable and fair fee for their services with the speed being under 89 mph. Her law firm was in constant contact with me either by phone or email. They always responded to my emails in the same day which I was very pleased about. My reckless driving 85/70 was reduced to a infraction for defective equipment with a fine and no points. I highly recommend Pendleton & Associates if you are from out of town and need a lawyer to represent you.
