Farheena was able to knock down my rather high reckless driving speeding case into a regular speeding charge. She was poised and confident throughout my experiences with her over the phone and in the court house. I would certainly recommend her for anyone seeking help involving these matters in Loudoun County or elsewhere in the surrounding area.

All I have to say is they did an excellent job getting my sons charges reduced. Very professional and knowledgeable about the law. I give them a 10 rating would definitely refer them to my family and friends. Btw my son came out with 3 years but was originally facing 20 years need I say more.

I was charged with 2 felonies, malicious wounding and attempted robbery. All because I made the wrong person mad at me. If convicted, I was facing up to 30 years in prison. Because the police never contact me to hear my side of the story, I woke up one morning to 2 felony warrants. The prosecutor offered a horrible plea deal, which would have resulted in me going to prison and pleading guilty to 2 charges. If it wasn't for Farheena's confidence and professionalism, I would have taken the deal. We went to trial, and everything was working against us. The Judge denied every single one of our motions and agreed with each of the prosecution's objections. The prosecutor, during his opening, made statements that NONE of the 4 witnesses (including my accuser) ever substantiated. The prosecutor also informed our witness that he was an 'unindicted coconspirator', despite the fact (based on statements made by my accuser) that he was not involved at all. Despite everything the prosecutor pulled, Farheena remained professional. She had a game plan, stuck to it, and kept me informed along the way. During the opening, the prosecutor made statements that we had never heard before, statements that had never been made by my accuser or his witness. Farheena calmly and clearly rebutted each of the prosecution's accusations, and outlined to the jury what they were going to see during the trial. As mentioned, throughout the trial, the prosecutor objected to and the judge ruled against virtually all of our motions. Farheena knew the Judge's track record and was not surprised or rattled when our motions were denied. She always had a plan. She was also well aware of the prosecutor's demeanor going into trial and could anticipate what he would and would not do. She had an incredible cross of both my accuser and his witness. She rattled the prosecution's witness during cross to the point the judge needed to excuse the jury, and threatened to put the witness in handcuffs if she didn't behave. For the jury to see this witness absolutely implode under Farheena's questioning, I believe was a key turning point in the trial. During closing, the prosecutor returned to his 'practices', making statements that had not been substantiated and tying together evidence in a light that favored my accuser. He urged the jury to find me guilty, and made a compelling argument for them to do so. Farheena's closing was clear and concise. She remembered minute details from the day before, reiterating both mine and my accuser's statements to ensure the jury understood how each piece of physical evidence, external factors, and testimony in the case fit together. She connected the dots from her opening, through the trial, and tied everything together. She painted a clear picture of what really happened that night. I firmly believe that it was her closing that lead to the jury's ultimate decision of not guilty on both charges. I would recommend Farheena to everyone. She is the reason I have my life back. I wholeheartedly believe, if it wasn't for her, I would be rotting in a cell and my life would be over. Because this trial was held with Covid protocols in place, anyone who wanted to watch the trial needed to do so from a separate room. My accuser, his friends, and 4-5 interns from the prosecutor's office were in that room at all times. My gf and friends told me after trial that during openings+testimony my accuser and the interns were laughing, joking, and were confident the prosecution would win. After Farheena's closing arguments, everyone in the room was silent.

I was arrested for DWI with a .16 BAC in Henrico, Va. Bob did a great job representing me and keeping me notified with progress. When the day in court finally arrived, Bob Battle negotiated with the prosecutor and arresting officer. He was able to have my DWI charge reduced to Reckless Driving. I can’t tell you how much that helped me in my personal life and my career. I’m very thankful I was referred to Bob Battle. I could have picked several cheaper lawyers but, I don’t think they would have fought for me like Bob Battle.

I hired Mr. Battle for a DUI case. New to Virginia I was unfamiliar with laws and processes. Mr. Battle met with me, reviewed my case and outlined the law and my rights in terms that I could understand. He was always available, via email, text or phone. Based on the law I should have received some sort of jail time, however due to Mr. Battle’s experience, I did not receive any jail time and my blood alcohol level was thrown out of court. Could not have asked for a better outcome.

Mr. McGrath was patient and detailed in explaining what the charge was. He advised me on what to do to mitigate the seriousness of the case before the court date. I did not have to speak in court because Mr. McGrath handled that brilliantly. The judge reduced the charge from reckless driving, a class one misdemeanor to improper driving a traffic infraction which is not a criminal offense.

Joe represented us in a bogus shoplifting arrest. He was always able to be reached, was very accessible. He knew exactly how the process worked, recommended the best course of action to take, and was very well-respected by the prosecuting attorney. Joseph King was court appointed to represent my son on a drug related charge. Throughout the entire case, Mr. King kept both me and my son apprised of each step of the process. He was able to secure my son's trust in authority and gain insight into what brought my son to this stage in his life. There were several occasions when Mr. King took time out of his busy schedule to sit down with my son and really listen and get to know him personally. I felt as though he served more as a mentor than as a lawyer. My son spoke very highly of Mr. King every time they met to discuss the case. My son listened to his suggestions and put them into action. I truly believe that children, no matter the age, crave positive attention and react accordingly. I believe that Mr King had a major impact on my son's attitude toward his future. In the time spent throughout this case, I noticed a difference in my son's feeling of self worth. Had an unfortunate need to have an attorney. I initially went to an attorney that helped me out in the past. He refused to take this case and instead tried to turf me to a colleague of his who I researched and found that they had done something illegal and had been admonished in the past. PLUS, they wanted 5K to represent me. I received Mrs. Graham-Williams' advertisement in the mail. I researched her and other attorneys and used my gut feeling and decided to go with her. Am I glad I did! I called her and gave her the particulars of my case. She matter-of-factly told me that she thought she could get the issue resolved for me. She also quoted me a price that was substantially less than what was quoted by the other firm. Following her specific instructions, I was able to have my case handled expertly. I was facing a felony charge and potential jail time. Instead, the charge was downgraded to disorderly conduct. No jail time. I could not have asked for a better outcome! If you hire her, I suspect you will NOT be disappointed. She makes you feel comfortable, and she has a confident air about her. She's not cocky, nor full of herself. Filed my first, and hopefully only, divorce through them. Really affordable and was cheaper than any other attorney’s in my area. The attorney appointed to me, Michael Ephraim, David Grey and their whole legal team were attentive and made sure to remind me about papers to get signed and to review which really helped me due to my ADHD. I highly recommend this firm to anyone that needs the services they provide.

Ms. Mroczek is a wonderful attorney. She isn't a surface level attorney, and she dove right into my case, getting to know me and my children right away. She showed that she cared about my situation. One of the things that made me feel the best, was that I didn't have to refresh her memory of my case when I went in for meetings, she remembered every detail. She is so well spoken, driven, responsive, and intelligent. She and her staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and worry less about my upcoming case. Her online case management system is extremely organized and easy to use. When things would come in from the opposing counsel, I would panic, but Ms. Mroczek stayed calm and handled each situation amazingly. I would absolutely trust her with any case going forward, but hopefully there won't be a need. I was appointed Michael La Fratta as my attorney. From the beginning I was very impressed with his service and knew I was in good hands. Once retained, the Spiggle Law firm was very responsive and provided me with specific and relevant input into my requests for a Religious Exemption and a Religious Accommodation. My employer initially approved my Religious Exemption, but verbally (and in writing) denied my Religious Accommodation request. Once Spiggle Law Firm responded to the denial request, however, my Religious Accommodation request was granted.

My friend and I were recently in a car wreck wherein my handicapped equipped van was destroyed, my wheelchair was crushed and glass was strewed everywhere. I suffered bruises and contusions and my friend, broken ribs. We were hit by an underinsured, drunk motorist. Ms. Margolies negotiated the hospital bills, therapy and replacement value on my wheelchair. My partner and I have been in a committed Gay relationship for over 39 years. We were actively involved in the LGBTQ Rights movement while living in Miami Florida. Upon moving to Tarpon Springs Florida we were subjected to anti-Gay discrimination in an over 55 condominium community culminating with an order for us to remove our Rainbow Flag. I would definitely recommend Upton Law. Always answered when I called if not I would here from her that evening. Ms. Upton was so awesome I was sick and went to the hospital so I missed my Henrico court date. My #1 LAWYER reach out to me to let me know I had a warrant out for my arrest. I am fortunate to work with Ms. Minear regarding a confusion in my J1 waiver application. My J1 waiver application was a bit complicated. The employer's attorney made it more complicated and that forced me to consult other attorney's including Ms. Minear. Every other attorney gave me the answer but they couldn't provide any reference for the answer. Ms. Minear is the only one provided me the exact reference and that made the application easy. She didn't charge me any fee even after repeatedly asking her. She answered all email in time and guided me through the situation. I am feeling bad as i couldn’t pay her and decided to write this review. This is my first online review about anything. She is one of the best personality and immigration attorney i ever worked with. I Strongly believe world must know about personality like her and should feel the difference.

Marc Anderson helped me tremendously. I had two tickets in Virginia one being a reckless driving ticket. He was able to complete remove the one and decrease the other. Biggest thing is to listen to what he says and he will not stear you wrong. He will do everything in his power to help you out and was with me the entire time always answering phone calls. Even following up after the court dates to ensure everything was in great shape.

Marc Anderson is the cosummate professional. I hired Marc to assist my son with a reckless driving citation. Marc walked and talked us through the entire process of making a good defense, including obtaining driver records, provided links to defensive driving course, recommended voluntary community service, etc. He also explained to my son how the judge was likely to consider each piece of "evidence" and thus why it was important to do what he was recommending and in a timely manner . He was also available at any time though out the process for follow up questions and advise. Most important, we followed his advice and got the citation reduced to Defective Equipment, a non-moving violation. A great personable guy to have in your corner. Luckily I had never had the need for a lawyer before in my life, so I was skeptical in how to select one. Of course, google shows you a million results, and then ads in your apps after you search, but after calling different lawyers and dealing with their unavailability; I dialed to the Law Office of Scott S. Ives, I expressed how urgent my matter was, he dropped what he was doing and immediately started helping me out on my case! He has proven to be reliable, knowledgeable, empathic, and well known in the local area. The other party had the "big" firm, with all the names and partners, and the more expensive bill, but Mr. Ives proved to be triumphant in the end; if you hire the other guys, you will rarely speak to your lawyer, you will end up talking to the receptionist, the paralegal, and rarely your lawyer. That doesn't work for me, I want to talk to the man that is going to be standing next to me when we enter the ring and that is what you will get here, with Mr. Ives! We came in Drake office back in 12/2016 with really bad situation in my case. My I-130 was approve but same time I was on deportation with a supervision.
