I was locked up in Maryland on a DWI and was told by two different inmates that the best attorney they ever hired was Charlie. Of course I had my doubts.
I was facing a number of felonies and misdemeanors in the DMV area and also had deportation hold. My girlfriend went online to find his website but found he does not have one. Turns out all his clients come to him by word of mouth and referral.
I had hired a couple different lawyers before because I was impressed with fancy interactive web sites but they proved to be losers. I think I ended up paying them to maintain those fancy websites and they all helped put me in jail.
My girl called Charlie on a Saturday at about 9pm expecting to leave a voice message. What a shock when he answered. He explained his experience in federal, state and local courts and turns out he is a retired 21 year police officer. He has incredible experience on both sides of the law.
He got me out on bond, even with the detainer from ICE and then convinced the Immigration Judge to release me on my signature. Unbelievable.
I used Charlie in 3 different jurisdictions and the cases were either dismissed or broken down with no jail and court costs only. He is also handling my immigration work. Asylum for me and family green cards for my relatives.
Charlie is a one stop shop. Criminal, civil and immigration.
Don't hire an attorney because he happens to have a fancy web site. I would say the fancier the web site the more you are paying for a car salesman. You need someone like Charlie who is an actual fighter and knows the system. Hell he was the system for 21 years.
He has no website because he gets tons of clients by referral. His only advertising is his name and cell phone and believe me he will answer.
If you are in trouble call Charlie. He is licensed in Maryland and Virginia. He is also licensed in California but he said that is only for the people who own wineries. Too funny.
He is the best!!!

Mr FitzGerald came recommended to me from a friend. Like the other reviews I was amazed that he answers the phone most everyday and time. His knowledge of the law and relationship with the prosecutors is better than any other lawyer I have had to hire.
My case was a DWI 2, ASAP violation, 2 counts of Driving on Suspended, and 2 Probation violations. This occurred in Montgomery County. I had replaced another attorney who I had first hired who said he got me a "deal" to serve 60 days.
Mr FitzGerald somehow was able to get all but the DWI dropped and I did 5 days.
He is now handling my immigration case. He is reliable, responds immediately, reasonably priced and knows his stuff. I recommend him if you have any legal problem.

I was arrested in Maryland for a series of felonies and I got Mr. FitzGerald's name from one of the deputies who knew him from his days as a police officer. I did not get bonded out so I called his number on Sunday expecting to leave a message since no attorneys ever work weekends and most make you wait for 3 days before they return the call.
Surprisingly Mr. FitzGerald answered immediately and told me he makes himself available 7 days a week and most hours of the day, since most arrests occur at night.
Well I am glad I called. Although his fee was not the cheapest (you get what you pay for) it was worth it and more. He filed a bond motion the next day and I was out on Tuesday. Meanwhile he tracked down two of the witnesses and the officer and interviewed them at length. This helped when it came time to go to trial.
In discussions with the prosecutor as to why the case against me was no good, he learned that the prosecution felt exactly the same way due to the evidence being suspect. I do not know how he was able to do so, but all charges were dropped. He is now preparing a civil suit for malicious prosecution.
If you are arrested for any offense, felony, misdemeanor, dui, drugs, assault....anything, you have to call Mr FitzGerald. The other reviews he has are spot on. This guy is knowledgable, knows the system inside and out, is always available to call and speak to, when he says he will do something it gets done fast. Trust me this is the guy to call.
He practices in local courts and federal courts (I know because my nephew used him in federal court...and won).

As a first time for sale by owner house seller I reached out to Rob based off of other reviews I had seen. I was not disappointed! He reviewed our contract before he even received the payment, always got back to us in a timely manner, answered all of our questions, and made us feel really comfortable. It's hard to believe that a month ago I didn't even know Robert Pope. In the past few weeks, he has been the calm in a stormy sea. His manner has always been professional. His accessibility and competence have been reassuring during a most stressful time.
Robert is a good listener, and an even better writer. His interactions with other members of the Bar are collegial and respectful, and I believe all of these qualities enabled us to resolve our contract dispute without need of litigation.

Attorney Spindle is simply an awesome lawyer. He literally went to bat for me on the legal frontier at the Loundoun courthouse. What a day to remember! Knowing that I wouldn't have to see the inside of a jail cell was blessing enough but to go the extra mile and further negotiate with the tough police Officer to reduce pending court charges on me was for lack of a better word phenomenal. Attorney Spindle went from persuading both the Commonwealth attorney, Cop and Judge that a "not guilty" plea was in my best interest accepting all fault to winning the court case for me when the judge, the final authority decided an improper driving infraction was my charge. That was a slam dunk of a court conclusion given I had been charged with reckless driving and an accident. I don't advocate for what I did, in fact I apologized to the judge but to have the blessing of a Spindle will always go a long way. Definitely highly recommend Attorney Spindle's legal brilliance. Mr. Spindle helped me out tremendously. I had a very bad DUI, where the victim was pushing to go to trial and attempt to get me upwards of 30 days jail time. Mr. Spindle was able to get me only 5 days jail time, after a continuation, and with all facts pointing against me. One of the best and would highly recommend.

I had found Danielle while searching for a divorce attorney online. I was impressed with her reviews and the outstanding results she had performed for her clients over the years. The amazing part is that her performance is supreme yet her charges are very reasonably priced compared to many other attorneys and that is very difficult combination to find in a successful attorney for any client. Danielle is great! I recently finalized my divorce which lasted about 1 year. From my first interaction with her, she was very attentive to my wishes and understanding of my hopes. She was direct with me when my ideals were not realistic yet patiently willing to work with me if I was still determined to stay a certain course. She listened to me when it was just she and I and fought for me when she interacted with opposing counsel. She’s articulate, sharp, knowledgeable, intuitive and most importantly, honest. I would like to share the experience that I had after doing a Google search for Workman's Compensation Lawyers in Arlington, VA. There were many attorneys listed all over Northern Virginia and even into Richmond, VA. After researching websites and reviews of several attorneys, Charles O'Donnell was the attorney that impressed me the most. I have multiple existing Workman's Compensation against Amazon Logistics which I have been handling by myself primarily because when I made calls to attorneys 3-4 months ago for help, not one would give any assistance. Their legal assistants listened but at the end of the day, my case was a little too complicated or they just did not believe thay would prevail if they had taken my case.
I believe most attorneys will give a free consutation, but I truely got much more. In the end, my phone conversation with Mr. O'Donnell lasted one hour and six minutes. Mr. O'Donnell is a great listener and was very thorough in understanding all the complexities of four different accident events that were on record with Virginia Workmans Compensation Commission. Even more important was the information that he shared that related to my accidents that affected both knees. Mr. O'Donnell maybe could have taken my case (?) but declined as I already had a working settlement on
the table that I had negotiated but had second thoughts about.
From my experience today talking with Mr. O'Donnell, I would highly recommend that you give him a call if you have a need for an attorney in Northern Virginia or DC Metro area. I like people that forget about themselves and think well about their clients. That person is Charles O'Donnell and I truely believe he will represent your interests as good as any attorney in our area.

The accident that I had was horrible and it changes my life completely. I was here in Virginia alone with no family members. When Mr. O'Donnell and his staff member came to see me in the hospital I was able to see how they work and that they care about their clients. With his help and his staff I did not feel alone anymore. They fought for me and did everything they could to get me the treatment I needed and to be able to walk out of this accident with something to start a new life. I though my life was over when I had my accident but Mr. O'Donnell and his staff should me that It was not and that there was many things I can do after the accident. He saved my life. I originally came into contact with Mr. Rowlands when he represented the individual I was suing in General District court. (In other words, he was the opposing counsel).
He litigated that case so well and effectively, that I followed up with him regarding a matter I needed assistance with regarding a Federal inmate I'm advocating for. He completed the most thorough and complete version of that particular document (a Power of Attorney,) I have ever seen.
The third matter I consulted with him on was regarding a civil matter in General District court I had started on my own, but then needed to follow up on with counsel.
For one thing, one generally wouldn't choose to secure the services of former opposing counsel, but due to his excellent work, I was so impressed with Mr. Rowlands as a whole, that I knew he was who I would want handling any legal matter I may ever have.
He was a superb litigator (with a difficult client who he was working with under far less than ideal circumstances,) and we worked together to reach a settlement that was satisfactory and in the best interests of all parties.
He is a great communicator and truly goes above and beyond to get the job done.
Even more impressively, regarding the third matter, while he certainly gave me the resources and information I needed to handle the matter, he also advised me that in his opinion, while I have a case, the time and energy required for me to pursue it really wouldn't be worth it, in the long run. He also advised me of an entirely different option that I will be pursuing in the interest of justice.
Mr. Rowlands has impeccable ethics and skill. He is very easy to work with (regardless of which side of the table you're on!) and I could note rate him any higher than I have.
I will most definitely go back to Mr. Rowlands for any legal matter I may have in the future.

Frugal Legal Services should be the staple for how all parents are represented in custody cases. Ms. Burroughs worked hard and diligently on my case and set realistic expectations. Unfortunately I had 2 incidents within a 6 month period that I needed a lawyer for but fortunately I had Ms. Corcoran!
