How would I know that? Unfortunately, I have had to secure the PNA firm on different issues concerning a family member.
Even though, I’ve interacted with many of the attorneys on staff, Jessica Richardson has been the one that was retained for several of the most recent cases.
Throughout each process, Richardson has shown a certain character that allows you to feel comfortable in insuring that everything is going to alright. She was honest and forthright during each case and was able to obtain a much better result than we had anticipated.
Jessica has been responsive and attentive to all of our concerns by answering our questions in detail with the most simplistic explanation, and always keeping us in the loop.

I was referred to Tawnya by The Alexandria Bar Association (ACBA) Lawyer Referral Service, for my uncontested divorce.
I arrived at the office for my consultation appointment. The receptionist (a gentleman, didn't catch his name) didn't tell Tawnya that I arrived. 10 minutes later, she came out, and was surprised to see me. Unfortunate, but fine. Now we can begin.
We get to her office, and the conversation went thus:
What's your situation? I'm getting a divorce
How long were you married? 6 years
I sent you paperwork, you didn't complete it. Yes I did, I emailed it back to you.
Do you have a signed settlement agreement? No, she won't sign.
Did you send that to me? Yes, in the same email.
Oh! There it is.
I was beyond frustrated. I booked a 30 minute appointment, and the majority of it was eaten answering questions that I had already provided answers and documentation for when she requested it 4 days prior. I was very thorough, to avoid this exact scenario. I wanted this meeting to be productive. It wasn't.
She talked me through the process, answered a few specific questions I had brought with me, but ultimately, nothing I couldn't have found online. Very disappointing experience.

In high stakes cases, there is no better than Bose. I was charged with Reckless by a super tough State Trooper who was a ticked off donkey. He didn't like that I had a bad record. I had another Reckless conviction in the past, numerous speeding charges and a - 5 record even after taking a driver improvement course. On court date, the battle was on. Trooper was fired up and they at first refused to take this charge down to something which wouldn't end my job as a commercial driver. I saw it. Bose spent hours in that room breaking down that trooper and the prosecutor. Finally, I ended up with a 3 point charge and a fine. Job saved. Bose came recommended by my family and they told me no one was better. I believe them now. He charges a little more than other lawyers but he is absolutely the best. His experience as a former cop and his decades of experience at this shows. High stakes cases - Bose. No question.

Two days later, I meet him at his office and gave walk-through on the incident. As an active listener and an experienced analyst, He connected all the dots in no time. With deep knowledge on different aspects of law like Security, Defense, Immigration, Crime.. if there exists any case he explained my next steps which made me feel confident. Mr. Bose's past experience as a police officer, investigator makes him see things in all possible angles. I knew with my incident I never think wrong. I was trying to save my mother’s house who had passed away very quickly. I needed someone who was in my corner and Robert was that person. I had an unfortunate situation that was stuck in an investigation phase for months with little movement with one attorney. I decided to look for a more experienced and specialized attorney. Before I consulted with Jessica, I met and talked to two other attorneys. Those two attorneys quickly indicated how serious my case was, which unsettled me in a big way. Then they started boasting about their experience and tried to get me to sign a retainer on the spot. With Jessica, the experience was totally different. During our initial consultation, Jessica pointed out what things were in my favor, what challenges were ahead, and what plan she had to overcome the challenges. I felt very comfortable with her during the consultation. Rather than pressuring me to sign a retainer, she even suggested me to consult with other attorneys to get a feel. After walking out of her office, I knew right away Jessica was the attorney for me.
After the retainer agreement was signed, Jessica started working on my case right away. She talked to the prosecutor and gather information about the investigation. She responded very quickly when I had questions or concerns. The investigation was completed in less than 2 weeks! It was a great relief for my family and me. I am very grateful for her service. Mr. Colbert was very strategic throughout the whole process!! My best friend was faced with two assault felony charges in the name of self defense. If convicted, he would have been sentenced with over a decade. Damon represented my best friend during trial with smart and strategic arguments/ proposals. Keeping the courtroom well informed of every detail that led to what took place. My friends and family were able to feel confident and comfortable, as we watched his representation. Which was a relief because leading up to trial we didn’t understand Mr. Colbert’s strategy or approach. But we chose to believe in him, and it all made sense in the end! My best friend walked out of the courtroom with all charges dropped, after months of incarceration! I highly recommend Mr. Colbert, especially for high level cases!

A relative was a pedestrian involved in a car crash- they ended up needing 5 days of hospitalization, about 6 months of rehabilitation, dental work, multiple initial surgeries, and follow-up surgeries.
The bills were huge, multiple insurance companies needed to be coordinated, lawsuits and court filings needed to be handled, this was way beyond our capabilities.
We needed a personal injury attorney- professionals who do this all the time. After several interviews, we went with Curcio Law, and that was the right choice.
Justin Curcio took care of everything, made important suggestions and gave critical advice. Ultimately, everything was handled remotely, we didn't need to go to court, and we got every possible penny from the defendant and insurance companies due to Curcio's negotiations.
Since the relative was a minor, Curcio was even able to structure the settlement so that it could grow tax-free until they are an adult- that's huge.
I have nothing but appreciation for the job they did. Strongly recommended.

I had a very unfortunate accident happen to me in April of 2023 while at the gym, when a mirror that I was stretching in front of fell off the wall and shattered on me. Rakin was able to take the details of a very odd case and get me a settlement that I was very satisfied with in the span of about a year. He explained everything in a way I understood and was very good at communicating when progress was made in my case. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to settle a personal injury claim.

A relative was a pedestrian involved in a car crash- they ended up needing 5 days of hospitalization, about 6 months of rehabilitation, dental work, multiple initial surgeries, and follow-up surgeries.
