I use superlatives sparingly, but Lauren is exceptional. When I came to her, I had been thrust into the Twilight Zone - kicked out of my house, able to see my son only sporadically at my ex’s whim, feeling hopeless and powerless, and fearing for my child’s future. It was a situation I never anticipated finding myself in, and one I wouldn’t wish on anyone.
Lauren immediately sprang into action, formulated a strategy, and explained how to execute it step by step. At each stage, it proved effective beyond my expectations. Over the course of a year, I exchanged over 300 emails with her and her staff, and most of mine were answered within minutes. She was always available and willing to communicate, explain, and answer questions. Through a very difficult and at times harrowing process, I never felt alone. Her staff was always friendly, patient, and supportive.
Lauren’s extremely competent, hard-working, and meticulous. She was always very well prepared, and aware of the most minute relevant details. I felt my case always had her full attention, despite not being particularly lucrative. She’s also honest, ethical, and direct. This means you will not be overcharged, and also that she’ll never sugarcoat or overpromise, as other reviewers have said.
My divorce and custody battle was hell, but Lauren made all the difference. I can move on with my life, and be there for my son. Enlisting her help was the one good decision I made in an otherwise very difficult situation.

I can’t find words to express my gratitude for an exceptionally excellent job Lauren had done during my divorce case which was finalized recently. She is truly the most intelligent, diligent, highly knowledgeable, confident, fearless and bold attorney. I didn’t start with Lauren but it was the best decision I made when I hired her (as my 3rd counsel) after firing two previous incompetent and non-transparent attorneys. The divorce was stuck and lingered unnecessarily for nearly 1 year before Lauren represented me. No attorney can beat Lauren in strategy, transparency, timely response, knowledge, and for an honest advocacy. At the court hearing, she communicated clearly with fact based evidences and fearless actions. She was able to make opposition to payback some of the fees. She is very caring and warmest human which we need during the divorce, and also she had been honestly upfront to me by providing true advice, had never promised anything that she couldn’t see within the reach by laws.

Arthur was hands down the best we were in and out he handled our situation professionally and very quickly we put together a portfolio of pictures and videos of a worn down apartment with lead nice mold our landlord was not making repairs so Arthur worked his magic and we were all very pleased with his services I recommend him to anyone thank you.

Myself and my former roommates worked with Arthur in order to resolve a dispute with our former landlord. Arthur worked directly with us and was consistently attentive and professional throughout the process. He did an excellent job of explaining all applicable laws and procedures, thereby making the process far less stressful than we were expecting. I recently had the privilege of engaging with Attorney Jeff Feuer for a landlord-tenant dispute and am compelled to commend his exceptional service.
Having spent numerous years as a CPA in the consulting industry, I am familiar with the consulting realm. Hence, when I say Jeff's professionalism and expertise truly impressed me, it's from a standpoint of understanding high standards of service.
In August 2023, I found myself amidst a challenging situation. I had unknowingly entered a sub-lease agreement with an real estate sales agent lacking legal authority. Consequently, I faced eviction within a week. My attempts to secure a refund from this agent were met with resistance, followed by the sales agent's baseless and defamatory emails sent to both my educational institution and employer, just trying to prevent me from bringing him to the court.
It was in these trying circumstances that I reached out to Attorney Jeff Feuer. Jeff's methodical approach stood out immediately. He attentively absorbed all facets of my case and equipped me with a wealth of legal knowledge that even my own research hadn't unveiled. With his guidance, I penned a more legally sound demand letter. Attorney Edward J. Swan saved me when I was in a terrible spot in Probate and Family Court. When I first met with him, he explained everything so I knew what to expect. It took a lot of work but we won my case due to his diligence and determination. He always kept me informed about what was going on and he was always prepared. I have known Mr. Ciano for over 30 years now. He's a very firm all business guy. Frank doesn't waste any time. He's emotional but in the way you want your attorney to be.
He's animated and at times theatrical and I mean that in the most flattering way. He's compassionate! Is a better word. He will argue for his clients until the end and then he still will argue for his clients. Can't go bad for anyone who has Frank on their side!

Many qualities set Mr. Shaw apart. He has incredible attention to detail, time management, great communication, he is humble, and easy to approach. Ian deserves more than the five stars. I hired him to help me with a restraining order. He wrote down every detail of my story and cared about every detail. Rita helped me to resolve long standing tenant problem. I spoke with number of attorneys before her and was under impression that my situation is unsolvable. Over the almost 4 year period since we hired Jonas Jacobson, he has very professional in his service and diligent in his work on my case. The case was due to Wells Fargo wrongly foreclosing on my home in Lexington, Mass and Jacobson succeeded in taking all the necessary steps to handle this less-than-ideal situation, worked out a very good settlement agreement with Wells Fargo (after having to do a long appeal) and just today handled the closing so that we have paid off this bank, severing our connection with them and salvaging our over $200,000 of equity that would have been lost otherwise.
