Bryan was not only a great attorney but he was very honest and straight forward. He was always available and easy to talk to. He worked very hard with our case and explain everything with detail. Bryan is an excellent defense attorney that is very knowledgeable when it comes to felonies/measure 11 crimes. My family retained Bryan for my brother as he was in very difficult situation with a couple of measure 11 charges - because of Bryan's knowledge in the system, he was aggressive where it mattered most and was able to get his sentencing opted out of measure 11 sentencing (7 years in prison or so) to only probation with zero prison time. He has great communication, is straight forward, and really advocated for his client. You can tell he is very passionate about what he does and isn't just in it for the money. We would 100% Bryan again and recommend him to anyone who may need his help!

My mom was in an auto accident and was promised by these people to get 60% extra. Of course later they denied that. VERY misleading and un professional. They basically did nothing she had to make all the calls. The also left important things out of the assessment like a neck fusion getting messed up and dental injuries pain suffering etc. Her leg was basically disfigured to a degree and she 36000 they are keeping 11 and the hospital is getting a chunk . This has been debilitating and have been paid out for basically doing nothing and she is disabled and really needs the money
And they have been holding her share for over a month .. on top of that they kept dragging it out and waited till basically the cut off so she was basically had to 2 accept the offer.

I received and DUII and reckless driving charges with an accident. No injuries but I had a high blood alcohol test. Max was able to get me diversion and the reckless driving charge was dropped. Chelsea and her staff are second to none. Compassionate, tough, knowledgeable and they care about you as a person. Chelsea and her staff worked very hard for me and my case. Advised me on what was happening each step of the way and weren’t afraid to let me know if they thought I was making an emotionally charged decision or one that was in my best interest. In the end, they got me out of a very difficult situation to my advantage in the long term, all while dealing with a less than cooperative opposing side. Mr. Hwang represented me in a very difficult estate. I was the personal representative. He guided me adroitly through some very unusual twists and turns. He help me use a specialist attorney for a controversy involving a Contractor. He always provided very precise instructions His legal documents and pleadings were thorough and clear. His attention to detail and precise wording make sure there were no loopholes And kept me protected from adverse parties. In negotiations with some third parties, he was tough and put the others on their heels, resulting in the best outcome for me as his client and for the estate.
I have seen many of Mr. Hwang’s estate planning packages Including wills and trusts. . They are impressive, incorporating contemporary elements that reflect up-to-date best practices. I do have a basis for comparison because I see a lot of estate plans given that I am a professional fiduciary and am often in the position of administering trusts and estates. Mr. Hwang gets my top rating!

I cannot give this man enough praise in helping me through the most difficult time I have experienced.
His knowledge, professionalism, positivity and kindness all made this situation far easier to deal with than it could have been.
I had gone to another large firm to begin with and they had taken my $2500 retainer and strung me along long enough that they then told me they had earned those funds and would no longer represent me. So Stephen’s help was all the more needed & appreciated.

I went to Chas for Estate planning needs. He was great. He got back to me right away with every question I had and his explanations were clear. He's a good listener and brought up important issues I hadn't thought of about my particular situation. He completed the work quickly and he got every tiny detail right, even down to who will be my cat's new owner if I "predecease" her-- that had been a worry of mine. His price was very fair. I was referred to John by a co-worker, and after my initial consultation I knew he was the attorney for the job. John is a fantastic lawyer who is extremely knowledgeable, and communicated every step of the process to keep myself prepared for what was ahead. I felt that my problems were now his problems. He was able to get my kids out of the awful living situation they were in while living in another state and into my custody when the services in that state failed to ensure my kid’s safety. He was relentless when the other party thought they could weasel their way out of the situation. He is no nonsense and to the point, and you will truly believe he is out for your best interest in both the situation and financially. When you are faced with situations that can be completely life changing and you are overwhelmed with the process, feel very helpless and it's such a great feeling to have someone who you can come to that will step right in front of you and take the fight head on. John is passionate about what he does, has an unsurpassed skill-set and knowledge of how to help you accomplish your goals. If you meet and explain to John what you are facing or needing he will tell you immediately if it is something within his area of practice and if he tells you he will go to work for you then you can relax knowing that you have just hired the big dog in the fight. One thing to consider when choosing an attorney is that if you go to someone else you may end up facing him on the other side and that wouldn't be good for you. If you approach John and you are not honest or are asking for something unreasonable or if you're trying to get him to bully someone he will simply tell you he can't work with you. John takes his work seriously, has a respect and reverence for the law and will work to get you the absolute best outcome he can. It's a great feeling to be able to walk out of his office and immediately have a buffer between you and whoever may be attacking you. In my life I try to avoid conflict and confrontation but John actually likes it. He will go straight to the source of the problem and turn the tables immediately. It may sound like an easy way out, but the fact is that I consider John somewhat of my "hired gun". Bottom line, you pay him money, he takes your problems and makes them his. Kent Anderson saved our house! After a significant drop in income my wife and I were having serious financial difficulties, bills were piling up unpaid, our credit cards were maxed and we were falling farther and farther behind. When the foreclosure notice came we didn’t know what we were going to do.
Kent Anderson was our saviour. He assessed our situation, gave us all the options and helped us to make an informed decision. But he didn’t stop there. He kept working for us over several years keeping our mortgage lender at bay, continuing to look for solutions when we thought it was hopeless, eventually getting our lender to modify our mortgage to a payment we could afford.

Brian Thompson guided me through dealing with my mother's estate. We had an initial consultation where he told me to keep excellent records. I had no idea how important that emphasis would be at the time, but after that I made sure to keep everything in a spreadsheet. I don't know how I could have done this without Brian and the tax professional we used.
Along the way I found the process complicated due to some weird small investments my mother had, and selling her house. It was not a huge estate, but it was complicated.
Every time I asked Brian a question in email he answered back with clear recommendations. He even called me once when he sensed that I was confused.

We had a very bad experience with Mr. Hwang. This was the only appointment we had with him. I think he is impersonal, angry, self absorbed and not patient.
What do people need when they are going through the worst of their lives? -Patience, kindness and awareness of other people’s feelings, as death can be devastating for the family and friends.
Knowledge without these traits is like getting a big enciclopedia.
Please read all the reviews that have been written about him. I did not before setting an appointment, and regretted it.

Jinoo Hwang was referred to me by another lawyer who recommended him for his skills in creating a trust that was more useful for me because it was applicable in all 50 states and not just one. Jinoo's knowledge of recent changes in trust laws were invaluable in creating a trust which is inclusive of my estate but also allows me the flexibility to designate specific things to individuals in the event of my passing. The final piece that I was impressed with was the succession of trustees and the inclusion of a third party to act as the trustee in case of need. All trustees are fiduciary and charged with administering the trust in my best interest. This final piece afforded me much peace of mind. I recommend Jinoo's services in this manner.
