Ezra came highly recommended by several colleagues for employment agreements, and they were right - he's great! He was able to review my case in a short amount of time and was easy to get in contact with throughout the process. He was knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to explain things in plain language so that I could effectively advocate for myself later in negotiations. I felt comfortable asking questions throughout the process. He also gave pointers on how to negotiate in good faith, but he was willing to negotiate on a client's behalf, if preferred. I highly recommend him!

As a new attending physician out of a training, I reached out to Ezra Reinstein while working on several individual contracts. He helped explain the contracts and gave pointers on negotiation. He also helped me write other legal documents for my practice and was able to answer business related questions.
He has extensive experience in the Boston area and specifically works in the medical field, which really showed in his expertise and recommendations. He was easy to connect with on the phone, and the whole process was convenient.

Attorney Michael Perpall is a 1st class attorney. I have had the experience of hiring several others in my life, and they have all paled in comparison. I was very impressed with how well Attorney Perpall "digested" all of the information for my case in a very short amount of time, and recalled the details to perfection. Furthermore, he handled himself in court like a pro. I walked out of the court feeling vindicated. You can't control what judge you get and unfortunately the system is badly broken. Do yourself a favor and hire this man.

One of the worst, if not the worst, law firms out there. They are extremely unprofessional and rude. The administrative assistants and front desk staff barely speak English, making communication very difficult. It seemed the only person fluent in English was the attorney himself.
They provided incomplete answers to my questions and could not give me clear information. Several times, their team hung up on me or sent me to voicemail. After multiple frustrating conversations with the paralegal and front desk staff, I decided to take my business elsewhere.
I do not recommend this place at all. Don’t waste your time or money.

Mr. Lukowiak is the best attorney out there. He is very knowledgeable, compassionate, but with a bull dog personality. He will fight for you till the end, no matter how difficult. I had the pleasure of working with him for a couple of years and he got me everything I wanted/deserved and more. Sometimes that is not the case for everyone but Mr. Lukowiak was determined to get me to the finish line. He took on my messy case mid-term after my prior attorney was not equipped to fight this battle. He fought hard with the evidence, stood up against my narcissitic ex husband, and made sure my voice was heard. I highly recommend Jim and his paralegal Margaret without hesitation. Because of them, I got my life back. I am finally thriving and no longer need to fear the unknown. I have already referred a friend and he is helping her as he helped me. Please give him a try, you will not be disappointed.

I've had the pleasure to work with Jim over the past year in a custody dispute, that felt like it would never end. Jim is an amazing lawyer and fought for everything I asked for. Dad is no longer involved and we only had to appear in family court once. Where do I begin... I was so ready to give up on everything and just hand my son over to my ex-which I know/knew was the stupidest thing I could have ever done in my life. I was so exhausted by the lies, the taunting, the horrible comments etc. constantly being spewed at me by my ex. It was as if, I was fighting this unbeatable monster in and outside of court, I was ready to give up, even with me being a fighter-and never giving up easily anything!!! But, at that time, I was mentally drained. My family and friends kept saying, "hire a lawyer!" initially- I didn't want to, but I knew if I didn't- I could lose my son to my ex with all the lies he constantly told. So, I went on Google, and googled-child support lawyer....and James Lukowiak aka Jim "popped up"- like neon green lights. I decided to reach out to him for a consultation. While at the consultation it was nothing, but good vibes. Jim listened to every single detail during the consultation, and I finally felt like someone understood my dilemma...someone understood the monster I was facing and was willing to stick it out with me and help me through the most difficult situation in my life. Jim was by my side EVERY STEP OF THE WAY for the last 2 years, and I am so, so, so grateful for him and Meg ;-). Two years ago- I sat in the consultation with Jim and said, "I want full custody of my son and I want my ex to be exposed for the person he really is". Two weeks ago, my ex finally decided to sign his rights over to me giving me full custody and physical custody of our son. Jim is a great listener and he knows THIS game. I am immensely grateful for running into this guy, and watching how he works,the dedication he has for his clients is fantastic. I must say, I learned a smidge of the game while working with him. I cannot share a high enough review of Irv and Rakhlin Law.
Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I was left in a pretty bad bind with needing representation less than 24 hours before my hearing (nothing too major). I spoke with Irv around 6 PM, shared the details, went over game plan and we wereready to go for the next day. We were sending emails back and forth until 10 PM (talk about service!) and then touched base again in the morning for final assessments.
I was instantly impressed with how responsive, trustworthy, knowledgable, calm and confident he was on our initial conversation. I've spoken to many lawyers before, and Irv was the best at calming my nerves and really assuring me I was in good hands.
When dealing with the courts, it was immediately apparent that he was well respected by everyone in there, which really says a lot about himself and his character. People knew him and he spoke very well.
Overall, I would give Irv more than 5 stars if I could. He is knowledgable, well-prepared, trustworthy and an overall pleasure to work with. Thank you Irv!

I highly recommend Alan Cohen. We were faced with large (for us) overdue accounts and after many efforts to collect we consulted with Alan. He called us back immediately; he listened to our situation and asked pertinent questions. He provided advice on how our late fees procedures should work (we were posting these correctly) and how we should proceed. The upshot was that we were able to get the client on a payment plan that resulted in payments without going to court. I cannot say enough about the great advice (on how we should approach the matter) and his advice. I would recommend Alan's and his service to anyone needing help in collecting money from a client. We did it without damaging our relationship- yet getting the money we were owed (over $ 180k). We plan on using Alan whenever the need arises. Collecting overdue accounts is painful- don't put off calling Alan and getting advice.

I spoke with Mr. Alan Cohen in regards to collections on an out of state judgement that I have. I have had 2 attorneys working on this case and they can not find a way to collect funds.
